One thing that I find astounding is that when I listen to different songs, they just fill me with so much emotion that it gives me inspiration to write. Does anyone else feel this way? If not, what I think worth trying some time is listening to a song that really carries a lot of power in your mind and see how much more vivid and strong your ideas are towards your story. Music always seems to make my mind more clear and more ideas come to me that way. Let me know how things go if you choose to try it too. biggrin biggrin

When I get an idea, I ahve this notebook that i take everywhere with me. I usually get my inspirations from movies. Especially movies w/ a diff. topic than normal movies have.

Yeah, I mostly type it out.

If i get an idea, I tend to keep a notebook nearby, but since mostly it's in the form of dialogue that later becomes a scene, it tends to bug me until i write it down anyway.

Same here. I have horrible handwriting and I am halfway fast (faster than writing on paper) when typing. I also keep a journal though I might need a new one since one part is from when I was a noobish little kid, one part is when I tried to get back in it. And I need to start a new one for a story that I really want to keep up with.
