Ah... that Shizuru... That's probably why she was originally just standing there all creepy stalker-like behind Natsuki. Shizuru was just strolling through and saw the back of some cute girl - so she stops to get a better view as Natsuki was bending over (The lacey underwear probably caught her attention.) Then she realized it would be awkward if Natsuki turned around to see some weird, blushing, grinning idiot. So thinking fast, Shizuru came up with a reason to justify herself being there, and randomly blurted "don't pick the flower" then made some bullshit metaphor about giving it a chance to let it grow beautifully.
And thats how they became best friends XD;
Since then, Shizuru harbors her inner perverted thoughts... until she just can't restrain herself anymore and waits for opportune moments when Natsuki falls asleep.
