Alya gathered her stuff up and strapped everything to the saddle of her horse. She then straightened her bow over her shoulder and ajusted the quiver of elegant arrows on her back. She then mounted her horse. Her horse walked casually towards her brother but she stopped off to the side Kieron, just behind him. She heard him speak shortly after stopping and then came up beside him, "We shall..." She smiled looking at him. her smile wasn't a teasing kind of smile but a warm sincere smile.

Rose came walking up to Noyad and Elyon. She had a hand on her hip and a playful look on her face, "Excuse me, am I not a friend of yours as well?" She giggled a little.

Norolith looked back at Rose and laughed a bit saying, "Of course your my friend, but I'm able to talk about politics and such like that with Elyon here. With you, I'm able to talk of news from the outside world, which you Hobbits seem to often be very curious about." He then looked at Kieron and said, "Yes, let us go." He walked back to his horse and climbed aboard, turning the animal to get going.

Releasing a small chuckle as she watched the two, Elyon strode over to Periko, a rather massive horse that a few years ago had been bred. She smiled at it, patted its head, before she abruptly mounted the animal, and with a click of her tongue allowed the animal to begin to walk.

Kieron groaned for a while as the horse moved slowly behind Norolith. His head tilted backwards so that eyes looked up to the sky. His mouth was wide open now before a hand finally moved over it. A muffled yawn was heard from Kieron. He soon looked at the three women. "At least I'm not stuck with just men..." He whispered to himself.

Alya then lead her hourse over to her brother. She smiled, "It sounds to me like we have a new lifestyle ahead of us." She was eager she loved something new. Alya then dismounted her horse and helped Rose on to her horse. She then remounted her horse with Rose sitting infront of her.

Rose settled in the spot she was given on Alya's horse, "Thank you Alya."
They were set to go.

Norolith looked over at his sister and said, "This isn't just some adventure, the fate of all of Middle Earth rests on our shoulders...Don't take this lightly...WE RIDE NORTH!" He yelled to the party, and with that, he lightly kicked his horse and within moments he was out of the gates and heading north on the North Bree Road which ran from the city of Bree in the north, all the way to Rivendell, and through it, finally ending in Minas Tirith.
Radagast stopped near Alya for a moment and said, "Do not take your brother's anger seriously my lady...He has a lot on his mind. With your father ill, Norolith stands to become King of Arnor very soon. A big step for someone of such a young age as him. On top of that, these troubling signs are weighing heavily upon his mind." With that, the Wizard rode after Norolith.

Alya responded to the wizard, "He's just forgotten that I look at the light of things and study the heavieness of the situation on my own." The wizard then took off for her brother. She then looked down at Rose as she urged her horse ahead, "Things just seem to be easier to deal with if you look at things like that." Rose simply smiled. By now Alya had caught up to her brother and Radagast but stayed behind them just out if earshot so as to not be listening in on any conversation that may be going on. She respected her older brother quiet a bit as well as his privacy.

With a small click of her tongue and a small squeeze of her legs, Elyon motioned for Periko to begin its troting after the group. With a snort, and a shake of his mane, the young half-elve watched with given amusement as the large horse looked around eagerly, as it had never left the city before. She released a small giggle, patted the side of his neck, before she added on, "Now, now, be calm, sweet Periko, the road is long and trecherous, you would not want to get hurt, now would you?"

BOOK 1 CHAPTER 2 The Journey North Norolith meanwhile drew back to Elyon's side and said, "It has been far too long since we've seen each other. Your looking well Elyon, I wish I could say the same for the people of my country. Minas Tirith is in the same state of good strength as it always is but...Our people...They lose faith. With Goblins attacking Osgiliath again, and with the troubles in the northern territories...My father...King Arathorn...He looks to me to make things right, being general of the armies, and I...I would do it...But...Now with him ill...I feel as though I must bear the entire weight of Arnor on my shoulders..." He had a grim look on his face, though he tried to smile.

Remaining silent throughout this short monologue, Elyon released a small smile as she glanced to the road before her. "They are all but simple tasks you must perform in order to prove yourself worthy for your ruling, Norolith" Elyon retorted as she tilted her head back to look at the sky.

Norolith groaned and said, "Yes but, I already had to deal with the border conflicts with the Goblins and Morgul Orcs, and when my father fell ill, I had to take on the politics as well. I just...I just feel like I would be more effective on the battlefield than I would in the council chambers...Radagast tells me he has forseen a great battle in our future. To make matters worse, the White Tree of Isildur in Minas Tirith has ceased blooming again, and thats always been an omen of impending doom." He sighed, and then said, "What of matters in Rivendell? Have you had to deal with Goblins yet?"

Elyon nodded her head lightly, releasing a small 'Ah' of understandment as she did. Furrowing her brow lightly as the conversation reached the great White Tree, Elyon released a weary sigh, that is, before she abruptly looked up at Norolith again. "Goblins? No, no, though, we would have much preffered to find known beasts rather than those we do not understand. Our land, our peaceful Rivendell, has been filled with fiends that fight like both animals and humans." She replied rather heavily, averting her gaze as she did.
"I feel quite guilty for leaving father and the others fight such beasts at the time being, but, there is no other way..."

Norolith chuckled just a bit and said, "Well, if what I hear is true, than the Dunedain Rangers are quite capable of handling themselves in battle. I've only been along with you on Warg Hunts, so I haven't witnessed a battle between evil beasts and Dunedain in true battle. Your father and the others will be fine I believe." He sighed and said, "Did you know, that according to ancient legends...One of the Dark Lord Sauron's titles was the King of Werewolves? You say these were beings which fought like men and beast alike? Were they like wolves?" Saying that Sauron was somehow involved was a very radical claim, since Sauron was defeated, and locked away in The Void for eternity, never to return, but Norolith was making that radical theory none the less.

Elyon nodded, giving a small smile as her gaze returned upon teh road. "I hope you are right Norolith, I really do." she concluded simply, before she listened on, brow slightly furrowed this time, "Well, now that you mention it, those creatures did look very much like wolves"
