~Magical_Trevor~ Name: Aireth Affinity: Anima Preferred Classes: Pegasus Kinghts/ Falcoknights. I love them because there so easy to use. They use my favorate wepons and there flying units. They can move all the way across the map without beening tracked down so there exelent spys. I know there female, but you shouldn't take them to likly. It says in the rules that male Peg Knights aren't allowed, no exceptions. Wa ha! So far I'm the only legitimate tenmakishi. heart

What does sexual orientation have to do with ANYTHING, pray tell? stare Well, it even says in the game and in the RP rules that only those with a pure heart are allowed to mount pegasi. Which means only pure-hearted maidens. 3nodding

Wyvren are fierce!

Of course, you want a mage... that kills wyvren... Not my problem. I'm a Mobile Suit! er, that is, a mobile wall. Wyvren are just too dang fragile. Let me put it this way: I believe two types of units get Tri-attacks: Pegasi and Knights.

Of course, you want a mage... that kills wyvren... Not my problem. I'm a Mobile Suit! er, that is, a mobile wall. Wyvren are just too dang fragile. Let me put it this way: I believe two types of units get Tri-attacks: Pegasi and Knights. True, everything CAN be killed. It just takes a lot more for female Pegasi riders than male Wyvern riders. I've seen Florina charge after those treasures in Sonia's level, with the rising and falling of bridges. Lady never was hit for more than 10 hp the entire trip. Now Vadia or Heath for example. They get thrown into the arena, and die almost instantly because of some sage coming around with Elfire, screwing s**t up. I hate that. In conclusion, I'd take Florina over Heath AND Vadia anyday.

And being a "tragic lost soul" dosent really fit with the feirce wyvern riders does it >.>
And I really can find nothing that says they cant be male. Though I've only played the one FE game, and that did have only the three pegasi sisters. Is it the same in all the others too?
Wasnt it a Male knight that founded Ilia anyway? I forget sweatdrop

Don't think I'm suggesting anyone should be a Wyvern. I personally never use either of those two OR any Peg knights (next time I will though.) (I'm gonna catch a lot of flack for that comment.) My fighting style is based around Hector and Oswin. Almost any unit has potential to rot. Last time I specifically used my Anima magic users. Needless to say, I was very impressed by Nino. However, I felt it took too long to level up Priclilla. Are either of these units "bad?" No, they were just not what I usually fought with. I would like to add that when you get the oppertunity to fight Vadia, she acts like a real pain. Wyvern are good at... um... I'll get back to you on that. Oh, yhea. Rescuing.

There's never been a peg knight who wasn't female, that I can recall. FE1/3 had the sisters Paola, Katua, and Est, and there was also Sheeda. (Edit: Paola and company also appeared in FE2, I think. I don't have a Famicom, so I haven't played my copy of the game yet. gonk ) FE4, the player peg knights were Fury in the first half and Fee in the second. I believe there were a set of sisters among the enemies, although it's been a long time since I've played the second half of the game (first gen FOREVER!). (Edit: There was also Femina, if you didn't pair Fury up.) I forget who was in FE5 because I still haven't finished it. FE6, we had Tate, Thany, and Yuuno. Once again, a set of girls. FE7 = duh. Fiora, Farina, Florina. FE8, I haven't encountered a set of sisters yet, but I started playing later than a lot of people because I waited for my import copy rather than using the ROM, and I've been busy. So far I've only met Vanessa and Taana--no set of sisters. I don't recall any enemy peg knights ever being male. So even if there's not a specific quote we can point to about peg knights only being girls (I don't recall one; anyone got something there?), evidence does strongly, strongly suggest it.

And don't forget your basic mythology, guys. Pegasi are like unicorns: They can only be approached by pure maidens.
Now, whether or not that refers to virgins or whatnot is left entirely up to the beholder of said myths. sweatdrop

Hatsui FE8, I haven't encountered a set of sisters yet, but I started playing later than a lot of people because I waited for my import copy rather than using the ROM, and I've been busy. So far I've only met Vanessa and Taana--no set of sisters. Vanessa has an older sister... but Tanna's not related to them. sweatdrop

I forget sweatdrop Wyverns are definitely NOT holy creatures. stressed Like Yoshi said, Pegasi and unicorns are sacred and cannot be approached by anyone but maidens. =/ Heath was pretty lost (a wandering deserter with a cloudy past and no reason to fight), and he was most certainly a Ryuukishi. There's nothing that specifically says DANCERS can't be males either. rolleyes It's just COMMON SENSE. Seriously, give up. It's getting pathetic.
