-Introduction: A loner thief who is always wary of strangers, but once known, becomes a trustworthy ally.

-Physical and psychological description: Brask is a loner. This is because he is wary of strangers until they gain his trust, which isn't often. He doesn't give them the time required to get to know him before he goes on his way...alone. If someone does manage to gain his trust, he becomes a lifelong friend and will fight for them even against impossible odds. Brask has dirty blond hair. He has startiling blue eyes, with a tint of gold. He has extreamly pale skin compared to most.

-The background/History of Brask: Brask was abandoned soon after birth. He was found three days later by a women dressed in a dark blue dress named "Jessa". She "adopted" him as her own. She raised him on the plains of Sacae alone, teaching him that honesty was the most important virtue in life. In fact, that was the only virtue she ever taught him. On a cold evening, when Brask was ten, they were sleeping in their tent when bandits began to raid their possesions. Jessa heard them and told Brask to run for his life. To not stop until he got to Pharae. He began to run, but he was not seen. So he stopped in tall grass and watched the bandits. He then saw Jessa trying to sneak out as well. Just then, a tribe of Sacaen warriors began charging the bandits. A nomad horse crushed Jessa's arm. She screamed in pain. But she couldn't be heard. She saw Brask watching. She tried got up slowly, her crushed arm hanging down, limp. Another nomad, thinking that one of his comrades had injured her on purpose for attacking them, shot her through the neck with an arrow. Brask was shocked. He had never seen a person die. It was horrifiying. He would never see her alive and well again. He was saddened. He started to think about how easy life was to kill...and he was pleased. Yes, his adopted mother was dead. But he now knew that he had the power to control peoples lives. He grew up. He is now 23. Brask has never told a lie, but he has stolen many, many things. From jewelry, to books, to food. He has not yet killed a person, for he has had no need. He has lived almost happily as a theif, but he feels there is something missing in his life. He wanted exitement. Not the chase of the local officials, but something more. Something...he could share. Brask currently resides in Pharae, waiting for some exitement to happen.

History: Arcturus was born in Ostia, where he lived as an only child with his parents, Exoma and Caressa. When he was 10, his mother (Caressa) died of a strange illness, and his father was forced to move to Pherae to find work. At 15, his father (Exoma) joined the army and was eventually transferred to Caelin to join the Cavalry Division. A year later, young Arcturus joined the division, showing extreme promise with horses, since he worked at the stables alot to help raise money to support the two of them. Eventually, his father gave up the army, seeing as his son had surpassed him. Arcturus now serves under the great knight Sir Kent. (Not that Kent ^_^). Where he has been for over two years now...
