Adam shot a look at Iris.

"Simply that we know of who you are.... those who work on the 70th floor are personal secritarys, managers, deliverers and such to Mr. Draggonov, we are also special...." he grinned and thrumbing a hand against a small ring he hand around his middle finger, bright blue and the shape of a tear he brought up that hand and ran it through his shoulder length almost white hair. "You want an explination?" His eyes looked to Adams whow had murder blazing within. "We are incharge of the magic in the United states, as simple as that."

"She doesnt know what United States is."

"Oh Joanne will tell her soon enough, its a very big and powerful place in the Aboveground." he walked up to her and studied her eyes, "Like the old mans.... we are the keepers of the Draggonov'ssecrets," he went on, " we protect and hide magical accurances that go on and we make sure that 'we' are not exsposed to the humans. Those that are not born nativly to the aboveground or that have a pass to live here that are of Underground decendence, we make sure they are sent back to their rightful place. We were surprised though when the bosses insights on the Underground worked to send Adam here back....see theres a few places in the world that are directly linked to the Underground. We cant go through...but those who truly belong can....does that make sense?"

Adam was trying very hard not to hit the pretty boy.

"Not just one book Missy but all fantasy books. The Labyrinth book just so happens to be the most accurate book that has directly spoken about the Underground," he seen the look on her face. Oh what a stubborn thing she was, "now how are you going to know any of this unless we tell you. I dont expect you will learn any of this just like that now will you?" He folded his arms and leaned forwards slightly, "I am Christopher Iris head of the force that...yes monitors the magic going on. We get ride of the people that do not have passes or that are native to the Aboveground by sending them back through certain magical leeks we have found in the city." he winked, "It seems we have a hot head on our hands....and not just in temper." he cocked his head at her and studied her eyes. "Your element is fire," he chuckled, "No wonder my preminitions say we wont be getting too close."

Adam rolled his eyes and heard a click as carts filled with many breakfast treats strolled in.

Iris wasnt at all impressed with the girl, rather then venture deeper into the conversation that he knew would wined up being a fist fight rather then laughs he decided to hold his tongue towards the girl. SHe would learn where she stood soon enough, turning he went towards his desk and picked up a few folders and envelopes, "I'm going to drop these off and then i shall be back in time to come with you to the Castle Adam, Mr. Draggonov is expecting a full report on the Pixie breakout in Maine." Nodding to everyone he grabbed his trenchcoat of deep brown and walked out the door.

Adam watched him leave then went back to talking with a few of the servers, "Just set them in the next room." they nodded and kept wheeling past and down a hallway. He looked to Sky, "Well...after you." he looked then to Joanne.

"I would hope so Bane is one of the best cooks in Manhattan, and he gets paid enough for it he better make something delicious."

Adam nodded, "now if you dont mind i'm going to go see how that designer is coming along and i shall be right back."

Adam soon returned with a woman with dark hair pulled back tightly in a bun. Her sharp eyes studied the girl as soon as she entered the door and the 6 carts that followed behind her presented many array of clothing. "You are sure there is no restriction on money," the women said with an equaly as sharp tone as her looks. Adam nodded silently to which she placed bright red painted nails to her chin in thought. "With that hair and her eyes....and her figure....she is a 4 i am sure but just in case," taking out her tap measurer she ushured for Sky to get up. "You may eat to your delight after but make sure that once i measure you, i measure you and no adjustments."

"Devone Let her eat, she has had a surprising day today, you cannot complain we give you wel more the money you earn at your own store."

"Thats because what happens in these walls they must stay in these walls," Devone countered back eyeing Adam with a calculated smile. "There are many businesses that enquire what goes on in the KDC.....why they see people come in and out that do not talk and seem to never come back."

"Well thats why we are raising it to 30% yes? Have a bagel and wait in the lounge Ms. Devone and let the girl eat." She sighed and played with the crimson scarve around her kneck.
