Hell I've got to try Seima. It's the only FE I didn't play past the first chapter...
I can just barely understand Japanese, I still need guides to help me through the storyline... And I didn't find one about Seima sweatdrop .

Evil-Lloyd Has anyone besides me beat this game yet?... ninja Most of my friends from the FE fandom have beaten it already (although they don't hang around on Gaia). I'm just slow because I waited for my cart instead of playing the ROM, and I've been fairly busy with other things. sweatdrop I'm totally digging Ewan (he's so, so adorable...and such a little pimp xd ), but his defense blows. I have him at 19 unpromoted, and he only has two points. I WEEP. crying

The katakana is "Yuan," but I've seen it romanized as Juan and Ewan. Ewan's a hot name though, I love Ewan McGregor. Trainspotting is such a cool movie, as is Velvet Goldmine.

Trainspotting is such a cool movie, as is Velvet Goldmine. Yeah, we've had a lot of discussions about it at the FE forums I frequent. sweatdrop Some people just go with "Yuan," and some people apply logic to look for a real name they were trying to approximate (like how "Efuramu" is supposed to be "Ephraim"). Some people settled on "Juan," some on "Ewan"...I like Ewan better as a name, and I think it fits the setting better, since it's a fairly European styled setting. I will no longer complain about Ewan's defense, though. 5 at level 1 promoted is kinda disappointing, but it could be so much worse... Like Noel. I just beat chapter 14 and got Noel. Since I chose to promote Ewan to a sage, I'm all "YAY I have my dark user!" Great, right? Right? ZERO LUCK WHAT THE HECK IS UP WITH THIIIIIIIIS gonk

Lyndis I'm still on Chapter 6. I've not had any time to play. That's always my excuse, isn't it?! I need to finally get around to working on it. gonk I play in little spurts because it's really, really hard for me to play the ROM. I have tons of things to do so when I use the comp so I have to use my time wisely. For instance, I just spent 2 hours cleaning up my lineart on Photoshop. sweatdrop I coulda used that time to play, but nooooo...

I usually use the computer for doing stuff... important? Not that I'm saying that I do like playing, it's just... easier to play in the car or around the house, you know?

I mostly just play when I've got a few minutes between classes or whatever. GBA + Fire Emblem's suspend feature = my new best friend. Few turns here, few turns there...it adds up.

College works in my favor here...when I have an hour between classes that are on the far end of campus, it would be pointless to walk all the way back to the dorms and have to leave again twenty minutes later, so I go find a comfy chair at the student union and maybe buy a drink and stuff. And since I'm habitually early for everything, I'll usually end up getting to class and having ten or fifteen minutes before it actually starts. Things like that. Flying home for Thanksgiving break next week, though, so airport time should give me plenty of time to get some more done. whee

If I had a laptop that would work too, but unfortunately I have neither. Being a poor high school kid sucks more than a cheap French whore. Anyway, I haven't played since I finished chapter 9. Plus I won't be home for Thanksgiving (going to Las Vegas, behbeh) so I won't be playing then either. Maybe tomorrow I'll play when I'm home from my dad's.

Maybe tomorrow I'll play when I'm home from my dad's. I had a laptop, but Ghin's sick. And I don't have the cart. So I'm stuck with the home computer, which is usually occupied. xp So it's going to take me a while to get anywhere. Las Vegas, eh? Well, I've some tips for you. (I was watching World's Best Las Vegas travel scams the other night) WATCH YOUR MONEY! Unless you want to end up poorer than you are already. xp Did you know there is enough money in Las Vegas alone to cover the national debt? Also, don't trust random people on the streets selling stuff too good to be true. wink
