When I have a panic attack I'd say about a 10-11 if we can go higher than the scale xp but on day to day I'd say a 6-7 because I have a few panic attacks a week.
Today's been the first day I haven't had more that 3 panic attacks in one day for a long time

My anxiety level as of late has been at a 3 or a 4.
