He blinked slowly, looking away and smiling to himself. "I could go with you if you want. that way neither of us would be alone... and there would be many lands to explore. I know of this beautiful lake. been to it once, didn't suit my taste but I'm sure you would love it. Maybe.. after the storm ends I could show you the way there? But that is.. only if you'd want to travel with some old fire wyrm." He was hopeful that she would agree to him staying, he closed his eyes and awaited the answer but had a feeling he already knew what it was.

Abeni's ears perked, listening to the fire Wyrm. A smile spread across her features as she turned her head to look at Adegoke under her wing.
"I would love to travel with you, Adegoke. A lake sounds like a great place to go to." She curled her head around, nudging him with her muzzle. "I mean, who knows what the future may bring?"

He gazed at her gratefully. Finally someone he could be around, that wasn't afraid. "The future will bring many unexpected things, who knows what we may face. Whether it's trouble or great fortune, we'll stick together won't we?" He nudged his own muzzle against hers and looked at the rain which he had been steadily growing a fondness for.

A smile curled it's way onto her muzzle, as her gaze flickered out to the rain. "Yes, we will." She looked back at Adegoke, her smile deepening. "The future will be fun to look forward to."

A smiled of his own erupted softly unto his face. "And hopefully it won't keep us waiting, it will come quickly and we can start a brand new journey. As though a new life has started." He nodded his head lovingly

"A new start at life with someone doesn't seem so bad. Especially with someone I can enjoy it with." Abeni ducked her head under her wing as a large cold drop of water ran down her spine. She smiled, gently pressing her nose against Adegoke's chin.
