VCPR is Vice City Public Radio and it's off of the game Grand Theft Auto Vice City! it's a hilarious radio talk show!!! if u haven't played the game u probably don't know wat i'm talking about! but it's just on of the radio stations in the game! and the talk show is called Pressing Issues where they "press the issues"! lol! it's so funny!
