Although he could not help the flirting, Aear was gentlekitsu enough to not attempt to bed any mated female. It just would not be right. He landed just outside the HQ door, opening it for the females & ushering them inside with a flourished bow. "After ye, lovely lasses."

Morty was the first to go through the open door, having slid off her mothers back when she landed. She crawled/trotted her way through, saying, "Fooooo!" happily.
Morgy giggled at her daughter and nodded her head to Aear in thanks, trotting after her daughter.

He followed them inside, chuckling at the kit's antics & 'word'. Padding with sealegs to the kitchen Aear gave his head a small shake. "So what were ye thinkin fer a meal, Morgana-lass. I can cook, but I'll tell ye now my menu is rather limited." He laughed heartily.

Morgy followed after Morty to the kitchen, contemplating, "Well, what can you make?" she asked, moving inside the kitchen area and watching as her daughter slid around on the non-carpeted floor.

Keeping an eye on both kit and her mother -hey, she was pretty!- Aear checked the fridge first then glanced in the cabinets. "Stews and broths and biscuits and the like. Things ye can make in a small galley with only a few pots and pans, if ye follow."
The male chuckled at himself, a merry twinkle in his russet eyes. "Hearty things, more often than not. And about a dozen ways to prepare cucumbers." Again he laughed.

"Hmmm...how about a stew? That would keep Morty full and help her fall asleep faster for her nap." she said, padding over to the table and gently nudging her daughter from under it, pulling her paw from her mouth gently.

"As the lovely lass wishes." Aear pronounced with grin and a flourish. Afterwards his mouth and paws were full as he pulled the ingredients and cookingware out and set to preparing a simple but filling stew. He worked deftly, with a sailor's grace but it was clear to see he was no cullinary expert for finer meals. He did seem to know his way around this one, however, and anytime his mouth was free bits of lilting sea shanties fell from it in happy waves.

Morgana nodded and she kept herself occupied to keep Morty occupied. She played about with her daughter, sometimes playing 'peekaboo' and other baby games. She loved spending time with her daughter, but she loved it even more spending time with both her daughter and son.

Gathering all the chopped & otherwise prepared ingredients up Aear dropped them unceremoniously in a large pot & turned the stovetop on -with a mindful eye to were the kit was. He had learned with Seer in the galley of the Hiril Anorfalf how even the best behaved kits could have accidents. She had been all right of course, but given him & Valefor quite the scare.
"There." He said with a nod & a wide roguish grin. "It'll still be a half an hour but thankfully there was some precooked meat to work from. Cuts the time considerably, though it likely won't be near as juicy." He shrugged, giving another grin. "But I figured ye'd rather have something fast, te be getting her te nap."

Morgy looked up from spinning Morty around on the floor, the babies laughter filling the kitchen, "That should be fine. She usually doesn't get tired until after she eats and her belly is full. But if you don't mind if we play 'Catch the baby!'" and with that she slid Morty to Aear, the baby on her back, squealing happily as she spun around.

Now Aear was an old paw with kits by this point but this was a new one. His russet eyes widened even as he prepared and "caught" the baby. He grinned, seeing how much Morty liked this game and shoved her gently but with enough force back to her mother. "Hahaha! The things I've missed with our house mostly carpeted!"

Morty squealed again when she was sent back to her mother, spinning about on her belly, all four legs spread out on the floor, her wings spread out as well. She absolutely loved this game!
Morgana laughed as she caught her daughter and tickled at her sides before spinning her back to Aear.

This was fun! Aear caught the kit again blew playfully on her neck and whisked her back to her mother. "Novel way te pass the time, Lass! How'd ye come up with it?"

"Oh, its what we all do in my kitsu family whenever there are new babies. It's a good way to keep them entertained." tickling her daughter and then passing her back to Aear.

"Hahaha! That I can imagine." Grinning he followed the bloody female's lead and tickled the young one before sending her speeding back to her mother.
They continued to pass Morty back & forth like that as tantalizing smells started to issue out of the pot. Aear got up once or twice to stir but that was it until the stew was ready. The sailor sniffed the air with a grin. "Ah. That aught te do it." He said with a wink, sliding Morty back to her mother. "I'll get it ready, aye lasses?"
Getting up he fetched bowls and filled them -Morty's a much smaller serving than those of the adults but still probably more than plenty for a kit her size & age. Carefully he brought them over, setting theirs near the girls. "Careful, Lass." He warned Morticia sweetly. "It might be a bit hot fer ye yet."
