The rocket detonated on the underside of the Apache, disabling the gun. No missile pods were present; it was essentially disabled, and it appeared the gunner had been killed anyway. With a surprised lurch, the pilot jammed back on the stick and pulled away, and the other helicopter quickly followed suit.
In the meanwhile, Cado understood something he hadn't before - he had been given the shotgun to engage in very close quarters combat. From this distance, it wasn't really capable of doing anything to agent armor. Fortunately, Gabriel instead finished off the Agent with a single round through the head.
In the meantime, Joshua was in the ring underneath the bleachers, trying to hold off agents who were trying to breech into the locker rooms where Ivan had retreated. The gunfire was intense; HK416s and P-90s exchanged almost pounds of lead in mere minutes. The fact they were holding off was near-on miraculous.
The people in the bleachers were interestingly not panicking and running, however; they were panicking and just staying there, unsure of where was safe. Out in the hallways there was gunfire, but inside the stadium itself there was a firefight. Nowhere was safe and they didn't have anywhere to go.
((You're at a football stadium, Foreigner. You went up on the bleachers, leaving you only bleachers and the field itself as targets, and most of the combat is now taking place in the open pathways underneath the bleachers.))

((Wait, what? How far away were those guys? Cado can sling a single 'nade pretty far, but if he tosses a whole belt he can't even get far enough for taking cover NOT to be a necessity.))

((Ah, okay.))
Gabriel hopped down from the bleachers and entered the pathways beneath the bleachers from the opposite end of where the others were.

Shae smiled as he saw Gabriel's bullet neatly lobotomize the enemy Agent. He himself turned to the bleachers and ducked under, cracking off shots rapid-fire.

((Don't you have Arms 1? You fail to understand the weight lifting advantage you have, apparently. I visualized them being somewhere about half way down the field, given the firearms they're using, the way they're using them, and the methods by which other characters have made escapes. So at fifty meters, buckshot is going to hurt, but it's not going to be an instant kill by any stretch of the imagination. Amirite? Or amicrazee?
Also, in the future, I'm going to say "screw it" to close ammunition following and just give like a color system so people can have some idea of how much they've got.))
Gabriel and Shae came around just in time to see a 5.56mm round take off the point of Joshua's chin. He was way too high on chemicals to care, though; instead it made him made. "YOU STOLE MY CHIN, YOU -" he cut himself off with a long burst of automatic gunfire, emptying a magazine in the direction of one of the enemies. It killed him, rather efficiently too. Well, other than the whole magazine. Other than himself, there were only two other members of his team standing, and they were beginning to lose it; blood stained their agentcoats. Where was the backup? Hades had nothing to say, either; he seemed to be waiting.

((Oh, hey. I do have arms one.
Still, a grenade belt isn't the most aerodynamic of projectiles. D: I was thinking more like he'd managed to flank the group of agents he'd approached while they were pursuing someone else, which would explain their proximity to each other.))
Cado nodded his thanks, reloaded his shotgun as he took cover. He began to lurk beneath the bleachers. Where are you guys? How are you holding up? he asked on the open channel.

"Near the locker rooms," Shae grunted as he kept up his fire on the Agents. The gun in his left ran out, so he reloaded it while diving behind cover, and took the opportunity to reload his right as well.

((Ah, but a grenade belt is heavy, so it'll fly better anyway.))
The agents Shae was firing on were clearly trying to push into the locker rooms, and they were starting to use increasingly desperate measures. One of the agents ducked into the bleachers and came back out holding a man to his chest, obvious as cover. The agent didn't stop firing. A few looked like they were going to move into the bleachers and try to get around that way. Joshua didn't look so good. He was hesitating to fire, and he kept blinking and seeming to lose focus. Perhaps his chems were wearing off. That would be pretty fast, though.

Shae put his right revolver back into its holster as he stood from behind cover. He looked at the enemy Agent with the hostage, took a deep breath, blinked once... ...and then drew as fast as he could and fired. He was oddly only good at shooting when it was quick and from the hip, like he was. Otherwise he would have blown the hostage to pieces. He waited to see what happened.

Gabriel took careful aim and fired at the agent with the hostage as well, unlike Shae, Gabriel had no problems with accuracy and wasn't worried about the accuracy of his shot, he knew it was accurate.
