Crystal cringed as the Persian began to Bite into her. She wouldn't struggle, knowing that it'd only help injure herself. Instead, he loosened her body. The moment the cat came up for air was the moment she'd squeeze out.

Her fangs would find the Piplup again, but as she seek for the death grip she would feel the pokemon slip away from her ...leaving feathers in her mouth and the metallic taste of blood. But, she hadn't managed to get it into him as deeply as she pleased. It was this lack of a good hold that save the bird, and that alone as she stood there with her tail wiping back and forth viciously.
Then she sat on her haunches and started to clean the blood from one paw as she waited for the in coming attack .....a swift flick of the other paw as she switched would have her defending herself with the Piplup's own blood as she carved an arc in the air that would have that blood splashing against the water type's face.
If she was truly lucky it would be blinding for just that moment so that she could easily slip underneath the pokemon's guard and avoid her attack all together.

((fumble. -1 to all defense rolls.))
Things had gone downhill and fast. Not wanting to have his Piplup die against this Pokemon, Tsuki returned her into her Pokeball. The Persian never stated they couldn't switch pokemon out. Before going into the safety of her ball, Crystal made her position quite clear by giving a rude gesture. She vibrated her neck, looking like she'd aim to spit out her gizzard on the cat. Of course she wouldn't.
Once the water type was returned, Tsuki would send out the real fighter of this match. He just needed to return the weaker member while sending out a stronger one. Chael had taught him about that training method. What came out was a Heatmor.
The fire type would let out a burst of fire upwards, boldly showing off his power. With that, he'd look lower. A small wall of fire appeared before him, ready to defend himself. He hadn't tried this before but it made enough sense for it to probably work.

The switch out of pokemon ....had taken her completely off guard ....as her claws slide against the ground lightly. Her eyes would sparkle lightly she had messed up in her defense, but instead of it being taken advantage of this creature had decided to simply switch out.
She flick her tail happily ....as she would move slowly and cunningly toward her opponent. A much stronger opponent, this one doesn't evolve ...as she would lunge for him with her claws out as she uses this time growl. It was a complete turn around from what she knew her opponent would be expecting as she lands on all four paws right past his right shoulder with a purr in her voice.

The growl attack proved ineffective as Bane clogged his ears and blocked out the move. Removing his fingers from his ears, the Heatmor sneered at the Persian. He didn't know the cat was fake. So all he saw was a meal. And if he was going to eat her, she'd need to be crispy.
Inhaling air, a thin chain of fire was spit out. It moved in a waving fashion, aiming for the Persian's paws. It was a disarming move although there was nothing to disarm. But it could still hurt.

It was a risk, as she saw him take a deep breathe ...as he released it sending out flames she decided to risk it. Her tail would flick behind her rapidly and angrily as she would come at her opponent as swift and as quickly as a cat's strike ...her claws were open and prepared to tear into his flesh.
She wasn't going to skirt around this fight, not at all. As she saw that this boy thought she was a fake, something unreal, and she knew better .....as she aimed for his mouth ...to cut it and make him stop at the same time as she counter-attacked.

Failed Counter!
(10-5)+(14-11)=8x2=16
Persian has 4 HP left!
Persian would literally get her arms scorched in fire as her counter attack failed greatly. Her opponent sneered with a snicker, lifting his arms to defend from any attacks she might throw. The next attack wouldn't be fire. No, he wanted to tear into her flesh and end this battle now.
Using the Pokedex, Tsuki saw they were close to ending the battle. Most of it's health taken in one stroke. Much like the fight with Crystal, being ironic.

She was in pain, a lot of pain ....as she felt her fur scorch as she hit the ground in pain. A yowl would escape her loudly ...as she scrambles back upon her paws ...as her tail lashes strongly over the ground. Her ears flatten ...as she hisses lowly as she got up slowly ....the pain sparkling behind her own eyes ....as she closed her eyes and allowed her nose to sniff the air ...she was trying to take a deep breathe.
Staggering to her feet ...she would flick her tail only once before she would leap at her opponent with her claws out and her fangs gleaming. She was going to tear a hunk out of him for this.

The Persian would bite into Bane's thigh, breaking through the skin. The ant eater cringed at the attack, flinching. On instinct, he prepared to block once again. It was nature to defend oneself instead of attacking blindly.

It was a show of pure force .....as she managed to latch on. Her fangs sinking deeply as her claws ...as she saw that he was trying to defend himself ....as he flinches. Her tail swishing behind her ...as she would draw her mouth away and would aim her attack higher up as she looked to lock her fangs into him again.
Defend all he wished, unless he can free himself of her, she was going to continue marking him until he dropped.
She had been hurt, and was more than prepared to share the pain as she used Bite again.

Ada strode in to the arena, flipping her hair as she entered. There was a grin on her face, and she looked as lively as ever. Of course, how could she not be? Clean clothes and a good portion of prizes, two new pokemon as well. Ignoring the...other things she had an overall fun time.
That being said, she needed to get stronger. Behind her would come a Zangoose, oddly made gloves on her paws as she walked on all fours, bushy tail flicking back and forth behind her. The Zangoose had no clue what they were doing now - all she knew was that the girl mentioned strength, hit her with another disc and she found a new trick up her sleeve. It wasn't enough to replace what was lost, but it would have to suffice for the time being.
The magician would stop suddenly, holding her arms out. "Hello everyone!" she'd call out loud and clear. It was directed at no one in particular, though she knew that a voice or something of that nature would show up soon (that's how it had been in the battle arena, at least).
She stood at the ready, Specter at her side with a more serious air about her. All the Zangoose cared for now was battle, to achieve such strength that she should never have to feel great loss again.

Fire would seem to spring to life in the side of the room as Ada would enter to see a fight between a Persian and a Heatmor. The entire situation seem to be quite heated ....as the flames would die down to show a little Flareon as the creature of introduction.
(you can hear me right?)
The pokemon would declares as he motion for her to come towards her. The area behind them would change and wavier a bit as the fight would vanish as they seemed to enter another area.
(So, I need to find out what sort of a battle are you searching for here? A singular match, double battle, or if you are looking for a best out of 5? Either are good for me.)
He would swish his tail as he walked into an area that seemed to be nothing more than a huge metal box. He would shift his tail around to touch her front paws as he waited for an answer. The entire, it's strange to be dealing with a pokemon thing ...he wasn't going to wait around for her to figure out with those sort of demands.

Tsuki turned for a moment when Ada yelled an introduction as she entered. Huh, the Zangoose was still kicking. Turning back to the battle at hand, he said "Use Night Slash and finish the match."
Bane would nod, flicking his claws together before lunging at the Persian. A dark aura filled both claws as he slashed a path towards the cat.

She had missed as she lands lightly on her paws. Her tail would come up behind her as she seeked to catch that attack at the upper arm and hold it up and and away from her exposed back. Her ears flatten as she hissed in his face.
Did that trainer think things were going to go his way?
SHe would catch and try to hold the dangerous attack away ...as it become a battle of the wills in that moment.

Specter's ear would twitch as she heard the command. The move...she'd give a low growl when she heard it. The scent was familiar too, and she'd have ran right over there and sliced him clean in half if it weren't for the fact she knew better...only slightly so.
Ada would stare at her intently before looking over to the Flareon that had come to them.
"Of course!"
Ada gestured forwards, Specter walking forwards with her. She'd listen to the flareon's words as they walked, ohh~ she'd been planing for a single, but now that the option was out there..."I'll go for the double!" she'd pay little to no mind to the fact he was a pokemon. Fact of the matter was that he was attending her, so it'd be best if she not question and instead went along with it.
She's look around in awe as the setting changed entirely. How interesting! This sort of technology sure seemed nice...maybe there was a portable version? An illusion was an illusion, and if something could do it so easily then certainly the illusionist should know of it! She'd have to remember to do some research on that later.
She reached up to her neck, calling out Carmine by her side. The Scraggy looked around, smirking as he noticed Specter. Lil' roughhousing with the daddy's girl, eh? He'd try not to outclass her.

Ada had felt so guilty after that, that when given the opportunity to take any Pokemon she had found there home with her as a copy, she had chosen to take Specter, it was as close as reviving her as she could get.
