When Lily drove her swords right into Prince Damien's shield there was a loud crack of energy. Although meeting heavy resistance, Lily's blades plunged right through the shield up to the hilt though she herself was unable to get through. The swords both punctured the shield but didn't shatter it instead causing two sword edge-sized holes in the top. Prince Damien looked up in surprise, but after a moment he broke into a grin. "A 9 tails hum? Well what an exceedingly rare beast. I have no idea how the officers were able to recruit the likes of you." As he was distracted Captain Cross took a step back, breaking her blade-lock with Damien. "Strike Blossom, go!" She yelled as the blade suddenly glowed a bright pink. She slashed out at Prince Damien her blade drawing a neat, thin cut straight across his forcefield. However, this wasn't the extent of the attack. Small, pink blossoms winked to life around her before suddenly shooting straight for Damien. The blossoms impacted on Prince Damien's shield, flashing and cracking against it. The blossoms left cracks spider-webbing all across Prince Damien's shield showing that they were for more than just looks. Captain Cross's blade also left a neat, clean slice across the shield. Lieutenant Kiea blurred around Prince Damien, striking the shield multiple times wherever she could. Each of her attacks were causing permanent scars across it as well. It seemed their combined attacks were beginning to have an effect. Prince Damien's expression changed to a faint frown as he saw his shield slowly weakening. "Stronger than I expected but it will be of no consequence." With that he raised his sword up in the air like a champion winning a victorious battle. "Deus Harmony," he said calmly. The golden glow on Prince Damien's blade became much brighter. For a moment the faint feel of electricity filled the air. Then lightening bolts began to rain down on the team forcing them to scatter in all directions. The lightening didn't just hit the ground though, it arced in all directions chasing Lily and the others who were attacking Damien.
Meanwhile, the assault on Despair continued. Captain Schifo, Betsy Red and April May all fought back against him. The Machinists worked together to keep him off-balance. Betsy's Uzi fire, April May's ice spikes and Captain Schifo's blade strikes fell on Despair and although he was giving damage back as much as receiving it, it was clear he couldn't last forever. The tide was slowly turning in their favor, but ultimately it wouldn't be the Machinist/DWMA team who would end Despair's half of the fight. Suddenly there was a loud *zip* and a huge chunk of Despair's chest literally exploded off of him. The other Machinists attacking Despair paused in shock. "An...anti-demon round...?" Captain Schifo breathed in surprise. Although taken aback by this sudden change of events The Machinists didn't let it distract them from an opening. They moved in towards Despair as one, guns blazing and swords striking in a fierce attempt to bring him down for good.

Lily Treinna Lily with Blood Blade Nine tailed Form _____________________________________________________________ Lily would find her brute force managed to get through some how, this gave her a smirk including when he spoke up "Oh...im sorry did i suprise you?" she stated "and for your information no one recruited me, i came here to kick the a** of those who tick me off...and we are just getting started" she stated as she would push off the shield and pull her blades out back flipping when Cross was about to strike. Soon Damian would resort to electricity by calling Lightning down, Which Lily reacted to quickly, quickly jumping around trying to avoid them as well as the arcs that were chasing her, "you know...having this mind link isn't the most helpful thing when fighting, i'll admit...especially fighting multiple people" she stated, Though being the fact lightning moved much quicker than most beings alive she wouldn;t outrun it very much, so the best she could do was create blood from her blood blade and freeze it to create a small shield to proect the most of the damage. Of course it would break through but in her head she figured it heped in some what, her eyes went to Damian "Don't think you can just scare us away with alittle bad weather" she stated as her blood blade began glow a white energy, she would then Sash it at Damien, sending a wave of powerful energy at him, it consisted of her four elements as well as her antimadness to keep them together till they reached the target as it was unstable.
+ Weapon Creation: she can create weapons she owns(puts them in a sort of collection only to pull them out when needed) in total she only has the blood blade + Elemental force: she can harness 4 elements with the help of her sword Fire,Water, ice, and Air + Nine Tailed form: an extra form that She can tap into, she hasn't perfected it yet so she cant keep it up for long, but her abilities are much stronger making her a force to be reckoned with. she is able to manipulate her tails to the point to being able to grab things and attack with them as well as defend. + Enhanced speed + Anti-Madness manipulation: much like Madness it can take its own form, but because she has this she is immune to madness, she can take damage from attacks from madness but she can't be infected, this element is strong against madness users and Black blood users for some reason, she can also add it to her own weapons or limbs, +(unknown) +(unknown) +(unknown)

"Well even if it isn't directly helpful, you seem to enjoy using it for complaining purposes," Mirai teased Lily as she complained about the telepathic link. Mirai's gaze shifted towards Despair as he launched a blast of light at Mirai. She quickly moved Texas and launched a huge wall of flames and then reinforcing it with a telekinetic barrier to defend against the blast. She was about to move forward before seeing Despair's chest explode open. Mirai paused for a half a second before charging again. Texas turned into a sword once more and she lunged into the air before swinging the sword made of flames down on Despair from above. "Everyone, be careful of the sniper,"she told the group through their telekinetic link as she began searching for whoever shot the bullet while she was fighting using soul perception.

Just as Despair appeared to have had gotten into the flow of the battle, he would feel a sharp, excruciating pain in his chest. Stopping in his tracks, Despair looked down to see a large portion of his chest had been blown off. Now, if this had been a normal attack, Despair's body would have instantly regenerated, however, whatever struck him, had an affect on his body. His powers weren't stable. Suddenly, blood would come spurting out of Despair mouth. Reaching up and wiping some of it, Despair seemed to have been eerily calm about this. "Well, s**t." he muttered as his body was then pelted by a flurry of bullets and sword strikes. Bullet holes and slashes decorated his body as he became drenched in his own blood. The very ground beneath him had turned a deep crimson. Still, as he was pelted and beaten, Despair didn't let out a single cry, that is, not until Mirai and Texas ended the onslaught with a flaming strike that completely engulfed the already weakened demon. Once Mirai struck, Despair let out a powerful wail, as his body burned. A few seconds later, Despair's voice would give out and the demon would collapse on the ground, still burning. The demon appeared to have been slain, his soul wavelength completely gone.
Confirming the target, the sniper would report to headquarters. "Target eliminated. Proceeding with primary target." Loading a second round, She would be swift to adjust her scope and fixt it onto Mirai. She could spot all of her fierce features within the scope. her worry after learning about her presence.
The radio would reach Brisbois. "Yeah yeah, cover's up. But you can't rush art." Beneath the mask, she would lick her lips as her breathe would hold, fixing the targed before observing a beautiful opening. As she retreated, there was a perfect angle in which the weapon was just between the riffle and Mirai's heart. Even if Texas could change the bullet's trajectory, she knew the riffle packed enough punch to split the sword in two right before the hybrids eyes. The index would hold onto the trigger, savoring their last seconds together. ".... Good night, sweet prince." The bullet flew swiftly, letting time run slowly... so slowly. flying across the fields, entering the camp like a swift sound. They were still regrouping. They were barely aware... it was so... perfect. Mirai wouldn't feel it until it was too late. The fierce shock wave that passed between Her and texas Carried enough force to have her arm move away and Texas to move forward. Making The duo perform a striking pose for the scope. The shot missed. On purpose. It was a declaration. Or a promise from a secret admirer. "Adieu mon petit démon" Brisbois chuckled. After leaving her signature she would stand up and flee into the shadows. There had been an outbreak and her contingency skills were needed.

Damien gave a slight smirk at Lily's comment. "Oh, don't worry 9 tails. I have much more than that." He lashed out with his sword sending a golden wave of energy towards the one Lily had released. The two collided in an explosion releasing a blast wave of energy in every direction. He turned to face Lily again but his focus on her would cost him. "Emerald Lace! Go!" Yelled Lieutenant Kiea, her sword blazing a bright green. However, instead of rushing Prince Damien she began slashing the air in a blur of rapid, broad strokes. Each cut she made left a green after-trail that hung in the air. It only took a second for the air in front of her to be filled with a seemingly random pattern of green afterglow. Then as quickly as they had come, the streaks vanished. Suddenly Prince Damien's shield started to take a pounding. Sharp slashes began to appear across it seemingly out of nowhere. It took a moment for the slashes to show themselves as the same pattern Lieutenant Kiea formed in the air moments earlier. By the time her attack had finished Prince Damien's shield was spiderwebbed with cracks and fractures. It seemed the combined assault of Lily, Kiea and Cross was working. It was Captain Cross's turn. "Take this you b*****d!" She yelled, thrusting her blade straight into Damien's shield. There was a bright flash of light and a sharp sound of cracking glass before Damien's shield shattered entirely. Damien took a step backwards as he realized what had happened. Then a small smirk formed on his face. "Oh, you've asked for it now," he warned. He lifted his sword up in the air, grabbing it with both hands before plunging it blade-first into the ground. "Erupt! Destroy them all!" He yelled seemingly to his blade. A gold blast pulsed from the blade straight into the ground, causing it to shake violently. Suddenly jets of golden light began to erupt below Lily, Lieutenant Kiea and Captain Cross. Cross and Kiea were forced to throw themselves out of the way of the initial blast only to find that subsequent explosions began to follow them through the ground. They continued to dart around the battlefield, unable to keep still before more explosions would erupt below them. Lily would of course face the same problem as well. "Enjoy your dance," Prince Damien said with a grin as he watched the three of them attempting to survive his explosive attack.
Meanwhile, Despair's seeming demise was met with cheers from the other Machinists. They stepped back from his body, looking down at their defeated opponent. Captain Schifo had a wry grin on his face. "You look much better that way demon," he told Despair's corpse. April May put one hand on her hip, shaking her bangs out of her eyes. "Good riddance," she said. Cassie spun her magnums letting out a slight sigh but making no more comment. Betsy was the only one who seemed slightly bothered. He had saved her life after all. She frowned before looking away from his body. "I guess what's done is done..." was all she said. The group then turned to watch the fight between Prince Damien, Lily and the other Machinists, weapons at the ready. Tempting as it was to swarm Prince Damien they knew that at this point too many attackers would only get in each others way.
"Guh!" Yelled Texas in surprise as another sniper bullet zipped into the camp passing straight through his flames and causing them to gutter for a moment. It didn't hurt but it certainly came as a surprise. What the heck was that!? Texas thought to Mirai.
Lily Treinna Lily with Blood Blade Nine tailed Form _____________________________________________________________ Lily's tails would seem to react to the energy below her as they seemed to try and move out of the way of it, before lily could even notice it, of course lily noticed when the light began to come through, she would jump out of the way like the others, but she kept having the same problem so she would instead of stop after the third time and just kept running. Though as she was running, she decided to make a turn, instead of just running around to avoid it, she used this opportunity to get closer to Damian, her hopefully plan was to get close enough to him that he would be in the blast as well, and o ensure that, while being chased by explosions she would lung at Damian swinging her swords at him. "Mind if i cut in?" she stated

As Mirai was trying to search for where the sniper was, she suddenly felt a chill run down her spine as a bullet ran through the flames of Texas. Her focus quickly went on him to make sure he was alright before looking around again. The sniper left it seemed. "A warning shot..." she replied to Texas's question. That was a bit too close for comfort. She had to be way more on guard now. Her attention went to Damien as he was busy attacking the others. It was time to focus on that main target now. If they killed him, a lot of the worries for the Machinists would be done. Debris nearby came to life and launched at Damien like bullets while he was occupied with Lily.
Damien turned to face Lily as she came in with her swords swinging. There was a sudden burst of light and Damien himself began to glow. Or rather, it wasn't quite Damien who was glowing. It was his veins. A faint golden glow outlined the veins running through his body and his power seemed to markedly increase. He lashed out, his sword slamming against Lily's with a loud *clang!* and a flash of sparks. There was a brief explosion of golden light and Lily was forced backwards. Unfortunately Damien didn't seem to be damaged by his own energy as Lily had hoped. Captain Cross launched herself at Damien from the opposite side and with hereto unforeseen swiftness Damien spun, parrying her blow and throwing her backwards as well. Captain Schifo was met with a similar response. The power of his weapon was having some kind of effect on him and it was making him much stronger. "Die! All of you!" He yelled angrily. It seemed the weapon was starting to affect his mental state as well. Cassie, Betsy and April were all pounding away at Damien with their long range weapons but while they seemed to be doing minor damage it was as if Damien hardly noticed. Mirai's telekinetic attacks were meeting the same fate. Only Lieutenant Kiea was fast enough at this point, zapping around Damien and drawing thin ribbons of blood with each slice of her katana. Unfortunately this didn't seem to be near enough to bring him down. "This isn't working!" Captain Cross yelled angrily as Prince Damien continued to resist their attacks. "I'll slay you all!" Yelled Prince Damien as more golden lightening shot forward from his sword towards his attackers.

Lily Treinna Lily with Blood Blade Nine tailed Form _____________________________________________________________ Lily would meet Damian with his blade causing spark to come off of it, he was much stronger then before, even with her full power and her elements she couldn't even get him to back down, which of course to her was now a problem, she was going all out and this guy was just getting stronger. she would be soon pushed back by the energy, Landing she would look around seeing that really no one was getting anything done minus one person for being fast enough. This, actually gave her a possible idea...which would either fail miserably and put her in huge danger or work and possibly give them a change to go all out...but much like her idea to use the explosion against him it could crash and burn fast. she would soon make her way to where majority of the group was at so that they could hear her, she knew Texas and Mirai could as she would hope the connection would keep them in the loop "Guys i have an idea...If someone can get his attention and keep him distracted, I can get behind him and Try to immobilize him, even if its brief it could possibly give you all the chance to strike with everything you got...otherwise we may not get anywhere" she told them "can't promise it will work though...but its better than attacking a random right?" she would ask as she would begin to move again avoiding the lightning coming at everyone.

Mirai grimaced as her attack did nothing."We need to get that weapon away from him," she told the group telepathically before she managed to move out of the way of the lightning attacks that were thrown at her and the others. Damien seemed to be growing more and more unstable as well with the use of the weapon. As she heard Lily's suggestion, Mirai glanced at her and nodded. "I can distract him." Her gaze shifted down to Texas "Let's give it our all in this attack. Make him feel the heat," she told him before making sure the others were out of the way enough before Mirai activated her ability. Time froze then except for herself and Texas. Mirai focused on building up her wavelength before charging towards Damien as flames began building up and swirling around her from Texas. She ended up behind him right as the ability deactivated. In real time, this made it seem like Mirai had just disappeared and reappeared behind Damien in a vortex of flames in no time flat. She swung hard then towards a blind spot on Damien's back. Even if her and Texas's attack wouldn't do much damage, she really hoped that it would distract him long enough for Lily to constrict him.

The other Machinists who were within earshot of Lily each nodded silently. They weren't getting very far with straightforward individual attacks. The Gene Children had been created to be a cut above even the strongest Machinists except perhaps Saint Clara's Royal Guard and they were clearly successful. Whatever mechanical augmentation and genetic manipulation that had created the Gene Children had made them tough as well. "How are you going to immobilize him, Kitsune?" Captain Schifo asked as he and the others prepared for a united attack. "We're ready when you are," confirmed Captain Cross. Meanwhile, Mirai's attack was too fast even for Prince Damien and Texas cut down deep into Damien's back. A spray of blood erupted from him, but instead of red the blood glowed the same bright golden light that Damien's sword did. Damien roared in anger as he spun towards Mirai, striking out at her with a full 90 degree swing of his blade. "YOU'LL PAY FOR THAT MONGREL!!" He yelled as he swung. "Just die already!" Texas yelled back at him.

Mirai grimaced as she saw the color of Damien's blood. What the hell? The attack did do some damage but it pissed Damien off even more. As he spun towards her with his sword, Mirai managed to react fast enough so that the blade collided with Texas. Mirai grit her teeth as she could feel how strong his swing was before her legs locked and she used her her telekinetic abilities to keep herself in place and so she wouldn't get moved back from the force of Damien's blade. "Turn up the heat all the way, Texas!" Mirai told him telepathically. "Lily, go now!"

Lily Treinna Lily with Blood Blade Nine tailed Form _____________________________________________________________ Lily would smirk "did you know if one Rope cant keep something tied down, multiple ropes can" she told him as her tails began to move in sync with one another, true lily didn't have the best control over them to move them independently for long but she can grab with them, and that was enough, if she just got to using her limbs and tails she should have enough objects wrapping him he would find it harder to move, which was better than having full movement. "and please don't call me Kitsune it sounds rude...especially if i have a name" she muttered before she would wait for her chance to attempt her plan, which Mirai jumped into action instantly using her attack to distract. once this happened she moved quickly to get ebhind Damian, she would use her arms to try and have her arms go under his arms and grab each other behind his head, of course this would be pointless with his strength, so thats where her tails came in, as they would soon quickly Wrap around his Arms pulling them back to help her with this feat of holding him still, she of course had one tail on each leg so he couldn't jump as well. the tails would make it harder for him to move, even if he could overpower her it would hopefully slow him down "NOW" she called out.

Got it! Texas replied as the flame blade suddenly blazed brighter and higher. Prince Damien was focused on Mirai now. The veins in his body seemed to glow brighter as well, almost as if in response to Texas's and Mirai's power increase. The more his power increased the more single-minded he seemed to become and so he was caught completely unaware by Lily when she grabbed him from behind, her tails wrapping around his limbs and body. The other Machinists didn't waste this chance. Cassie, Betsy and April opened fire immediately, pounding Damien with rounds and spikes of ice until their allies were too close for them to continue. Captain Schifo and Captain Cross both stabbed Damien straight through the chest drawing two more large sprays of blood. Lieutenant Kiea made rapid slashes across Prince Damien's body ending with a brutal slash across his throat, cutting it wide open. The wounds were deep and Lily as well as the Machinists who had moved in close were covered in Damien's glowing blood. For a moment Damien faltered. But only for a moment. Damien let out what seemed almost like a howl as his power and the glow within his body surged even higher. "YOU SCUM!! I'LL KILL YOU ALL!! I'LL TEAR YOU LIMB FROM LIMB!! I'LL FEED YOUR CORPSES TO THE DOGS!!" A sudden blinding explosion threw back Lily, Mirai and the others, a searing heat washing over them in the process.
Once the light faded it revealed a disturbing sight. Damien's entire body seemed to be glowing now instead of just his veins. Even his eyes seemed overtaken by the golden glow that whirled around him. The open wounds in his body had golden light issuing from them as well and no more blood seemed to come out of them. "Well that's just great!" Texas spat angrily. "What's it gonna take to put this creep in the ground?" April asked in derision. Damien seemed practically inhuman and if he was unstable before he certainly wasn't thinking straight now. "How are we supposed to beat THAT!?" Captain Schifo spat. "We don't," Cassie replied simply. "Yeah thanks," Betsy retorted sarcastically. "No seriously, look..." Cassie pointed at Damien. "The power he's using...his body can't take it. At least not for long." Sure enough, upon closer inspection Damien's body seemed to have small cracks slowly criss-crossing it, golden light shining through each one. "He'll destroy himself if we keep this up. At least that's my theory." Captain Schifo looked around at the others. "Well then, how about it?" He asked them. "Think you can push him hard enough to make him overload?"
