Karin made an attempt to smile, but then coaxed her throat. She new she couldn't talk anymore. She looked for something around her that she could writ on to say wwhat she wanted to say, because talking was only takeing her farther from better.

Karin took the pen and paper from him. She wrote down thanks on it and then followed by 'you look sick, you should rest," she wrote down some other jj=ibberish to get the pen working. 'i'll be fine, just need to eat and rest' she wrote again. She looked up at him and handed him the notepad, waiting for him to take the pad of paper so she could start eating.

Karin took the small sips from the soup to warm her throat and to sooth the aching in it. She smiled as he left. She hoped that he had done what she had asked and to study to become a surgen. After finishing her soup she layed down and started to sleep. she still felt tired and just wanted to sleep.


Natysuki layed in her bed. She was still running a high fever. She groaned as she fet so sick. She was still asleep though. She felt like she had been placed in a boiler room. A nurse had checked on her and placed an ice pack on her head once again and had injected something ito her for a pain relever. She just wanted someone there for her.

Natsuki moaned in pain before her eyes opened to the jabbing pain in her bosy as well as the movment on her bed. She looked up and caught the icepack from falling of her head. "How long hav I been out?" she asked curisly. She manedged to sit up, but imidiatly fell back down again. Because getting up so fast made hr feel dizzy. Then she relized Brandon was in there. "What are you doing in here"? she asked him, foarse being put into her voice a bit. But doing that made her throat hurt.

Natsuki sighed and looked up to him. "Are you deaf? I told you to go rest. It's just going to make things worse if you keep on staying up. You pulled an all nighter, followed by a surgery, do realy expect me to let you ear a patient now?" she asked him. She had a hand on her forhead, steadying her self. "Ten thirty minutes, not long." she said. "You're torturing your self, so just go and rest," she said to him. She didn't want to show an real feelings.

Natsuki smiledd. "WEll, I guess it would be imossible for me to stop you....." She stopped and held a pillow secretly behind her back. She took the pillow from hiding and the flung it at Brandon. "Pillow fight?" she asked with a smile. All though she was still sick . She planned to make him feel tired or soemthing so he would rest.

Natsuki sighed, looking a bit disapointed. "Hey, Brandon? she said, curling her self up into a small bal. It's the every other day," she sid, reffering to their creations. It was the night that they would be coming out again. "Karin will be safe, because the recovery dome can't be reached by them, but the other patient, Tonny, they'll be able to reach him," she said to him. all though then she thought about it, Tony's rooom was right by the recovery, meaning they couldn't get to him eiter. Scratch that, i'm mixing up things the patients are safe, but here........" The lock down came and the lights went out. Natsuki got scared she hated the dark at this time.

Natsuki nodded. "Yea, I have many. Battery powed lamps, everything, there over ..... there," she said pointing to a cubored. She had stored over 10 battery powed lamps for these occasions, she hated being i the dark. Natsuki's door clicked and shut completly. "Guess were in here for a whicle," she said curling into a ball when she heard a scream.
