It was nearing noon and patches still had not seen Rin or her friend. He slowly walked down to the rooms going to hers and knocking on the door.
"You alive in there....the party wasn't that hard"

Slowly, Rin began to stir to the knocks on the door, her eyes slowly fluttering open, as she looked towards the door. A slight "hm" left her lips, to acknowledge that she had heard him, before she rolled over, to get out of bed and answer the door. She hadn't heard what he had said, she had only heard the knocks, the constant knocks...
She knew it was Patches, because of how his mind worked.
Putting her cloak on over her shoulders, she closed it, looking at herself in the mirror lazily, to make sure she looked presentable, before opening the door, stepping out and shutting the door behind her.
"Good morning."

Alric stayed in bed, he didn't want to stir things up by showing that they shared a bed together, even if it was inocent.
"Good afternoon....you slept in quite a bit."
Patches wondered what kept her in bed all day...she was never one to sleep in too much.

"Yes, sorry..."
She covered her mouth to hide a yawn, before giving him a little smile.
"When I get ready for the day, I will be ready to help with anything."
This was something she knew she used to always say...
And she expected him to, as always, tell her no. Hopefully not, she felt guilty not doing anything, especially having worried him.

Patches never let her do anything on his ship. Its not that he thought she couldn't do anything he just wanted her to relax while there.
Alric continued laying in bed waiting for Rin to come back in. He laid motionless awaiting some sign that she was going to return to the room.

"I would like to be able to contribute somehow..."
She looked down at the floor, thankful that he wanted her to relax, but feeling sort of useless at the same time. She didn't try to show it.

"don't worry you just being here is a help....everyone is in better spirits because your back...but i will find something you can help with."
With that Pathes began walking back to the deck...
"I'll see you topside...come see me when your ready for the day"

Nodding, Rin watched him walk off, before going back into the room, slipping off her cloak again after she shut the door. Seeing that Alric was up, she gave him a small smile.
"That was Patches, he just wanted to see if I was up."
With that said, she excused herself, taking the bathroom first, to get ready for the day.

Alric continued to lay in bed waiting for Rin to finish with the bathroom so he could take his turn. Patches always seemed to be around during the worst times....but i guess he was just keeping an eye on her.

She came back out once she was in her attire and ready for the day, her hair still semi-wet from the shower she had taken. Looking over to him, she gave him a gentle smile, braiding her hair while speaking quietly.
"Do you mind if I leave the room without you, or would you like me to wait?"

"i don't mind at all, i will get ready and be out shortly."
Getting up he headed for the bathroom, he would need to get ready now and a shower sounded wonderful. As he turned on the shower he thought of Rin...getting in and letting the water flow across him.

Walking out of the room, and onto the deck, Rin found Patches, giving him a smile while saying good morning.

Patches waved back to akina motioning for her to ome to him. He had a plan to have her do some things so she felt useful and he wanted her to get started.

Smiling, Rin was ready for the day, a little surprised that he was actually going to let her help with something.

patches brought Rin over to the stearing wheel...allowing Tom to go and rest.
"well grab a hold"
Alric took his time changing. He wasn't in a hurry, he kew she would be safe out with them so there was no need to hurry. He dressed in his normal atire..covering all that would make him known.
