Kat released a breath she forgot she had been holding. "Thank god," Her whole body relaxed. It meant that the change her body was going to go through wasn't going to happen in one day like it had the first time. It was going to be gradual, little by little.

Yakov hugged Jeff a little tighter. "Nope." He kissed Jeff again and then suddenly remembered. "But don't you have people coming."

Yakov shook his head. "Don't worry too much. No one here will be bothered if they just barge in. And I'm sure my aunt has rooms ready and everything."

Yakov removed his hands from Jeff's waist and grabed one of Jeff's hands. "I could use a walk."

Jeff smiled and leaned close to Yakov as they headed downstairs and outside. The fresh air was wonderful. He kept the pace slow as to enjoy every moment he had with Yakov.

They made it back to the cabin without much complaining from Kat. She immediately went straight to the girls and smiled down at them. Christine was awake and looking about the crib intently.
