Tay smiled and patted Deka on the head. "Verdigris means green, little one." Her teal eyes followed her mothers figure to the grasses. She felt the need to move.
"Excuse me." The Shaman bowed and padded over to Solio. "Mother...is everything alright?"

Elli captured Briseis's tailfeathers with one paw and leaned down to bathe the white cub.
"BRISEIS!" She laughed. "How on earth did you get so dirty!"
The Elegant Queen shook her head and swiped her tongue over the striped fur again. "Little Mischief Maker."
Aritania waved goodbye to Tay and rolled onto her side, batting at the grass with her paws. "I like her.. Don't you Deka? I think she's facinating!"

The cub giggled at being bathed, a few of the times she tried to get away, but being defeated, she became submissive and got over it. Her saphire glanced over her emerald queen and she purred lovingly.

A wanderer appeared at the edge of Rackna's borders. His golden fur blazed under the sun, tail sweeping from side to side slowly. He had followed the pawprints of a water-colored lioness here, eager to see her again. This had to be her brothers Tribe.
Bracing himself, the lone male let loose a roar.

The lone male's roar sounded in Rackna's ears, and his head jerked up, eyes scanning his lands for the source. He slowly walked foreward, and was soon passed by Solio. 'Where is she going in such a hurry?!' He wondered to himself, bewildered. He raced after her, slowing as a lion came into view. He cocked an eyebrow, stepping infront of Solio.
"And you are...?"
"Yes, everything is--"
Solio's words broke as the rebal roar sounded across Rackna's pridelands. Her flakes twitched, and she stood there for a moment, wondering if she really heard what she thought she had. She glanced down at Kanashimi, a little disoriented.
"Uh.. The pleasure is all mine, Kanashimi. Now, if you two will excuse me..."
She trailed off, unaware of how inpolite she was being. She started out slow, but gained speed as she raced toward the source of the roar, her heart pounding her her chest.
'Could it really be...?'
Deka nodded eagerly, watching as the blue shaman padded off.
"She's very interesting!"
He agreed, watching her with wide eyes.
Brazen's ears twicthed as he heard an unknown roar sounded out, and he trotted eagerly toward it, his eyes glancing nervously about as he saw his father.

The odd male smiled, a closed lip smile, and gave a graceful bow. "I am known as Gold Feather." Blue eyes peered up at the scarlet male. "Are you Rackna?" He had yet to come out of his bow.
The same azure eyes switched to the form of Solio, the one he had followed. "Water Raven..." He whispered under his breath.
"Since Mother has gone, it seems that I shall take care of you." The teen smiled softly at the cub. "You are Kanashimi? I am Tay-yibah...I am acting as this Pride's Shaman."

Kanashimi watched the lioness dash off, and watched after her with a curious stare. A roar had sounded from the boreders. By the powerful sound of it, it was definantly a male.
Her muscles stiffened, and she considered following after. After a moment's thought, though, she decided against it, and sat herself in the warm sand with pursed lips and growl in her throat.
It was then that the Shaman's words got from her ears to her brain. With a turn of her head, she looked her over before replying, "Nice to meet you." She bowed her head in respect and greeting to accompany hre words.

Rackna bowed back, an odd, amused look on his face. He smiled the same closed-lip smile.
"Yes. I am Rackna. If I may, what are you doing here, Gold Feather? I've never seen you before..."
"Gold Feather..."
Solio mouthed, no sound escaping her lips. She felt light-headed, but also deleriously happy. He had followed her all the way here? She panted softly, tired after suddenly sprinting off, and she stepped to the side of Rackna, instead of behind him.

"No, I'm afraid you haven't." He paused, unsure of how to continue. "I would like to stay a while, if I may." Gold Feather straightened then.
The male turned back to Solio. "I met your sister outside of your Pride, she led me to water." Gold Feather's tail stilled. "I would like to court her, if I have your permission."
"And nice to meet you as well." Tay turned towards the Pride. "Come with me, I will show you around."

Kanashimi looked at the teen wordlessly for awhile longer before nodding, "Thank you." She followed behind the shaman without a question.

Rackna blinked, a little surprised at the male's request. he glanced back at Solio, who seemed as though the stars that this lion had put in her eyes were there to stay. His face broke into a wide grin, and he chuckled.
"Of course you may. Stay as long as you wish."
He replied good-naturedly, glad to see his sister had finally found someone respectable.
Solio gasped softly, completly endeared by both her brother's approving glance and at her love's words. She smiled, glancing down at her feet so the two males would not see her blush.

"I appreciate this very much, King Rackna." Turning away for a moment, the loner dug some small stones and a odd shaped peice of wood from a small clump of grass.
"In my home Pride, the guardian of the female recieved gifts." Gold Feather pushed the items within Rackna's reach. He had found them in the stream that Solio had brought him to. A smooth oval shaped stone of purple, a cylinder-like river stone in varied browns and one that was like a ordinary river rock but for the laces of crystal. The oddshaped peice of wood was in fact a awkward zebra.

Kerai slowly glanced up at Brazen, watching him walk off without a word. She grumbled something to herself, before pushing up, off her paws. The lioness walked over to him, with a calm, and weak smile. A full, black mane wrapped around his head, and muscles puffed out, showing his strength. She stepped next to the prince, nudging against him softly.

Briseis made her way to the tree that she had climbed in her earlier days her favorite spot to be, the huge acacia tree. She stretched herself by her hind legs and scratched at the tree seeing thhat her paws went far beyond then they had ever before. She blinked unknowing she was this big. She scaled the tree and climbed out onto a branch happily with her tail swinging down from it.

Rackna cocked an eyebrow, gently taking the fragile structure that Gold Feather had offered him.
"Ah.. thank you. It's lovely."
He smiled, and turned, gently rubbing against Solio as he trotted off.
"Solio can show you the way to the densite. I suspect you two might want to talk for a bit."
And with that, he was gone.
Solio smiled softly to her brother, watching him lope off, odd gift in hand. Turning back to Gold Feather, she shook her head, an amused look on her face.
"You're so... wonderful."
She purred, gently rubbing against him.
