After all the damage Rake fell down onto the ground and could be seen as taken out. Yet then after a short while his eyes sprung open and was burning with fire. Thanks to pheonix down technique that phenoix taught him. Even though he had been paralyzed he stood there smiling.
Technique Name: Phoenix Down
Description: No matter what danger the user is in or how much damage they receive from battle, the user rises rises onto their feet and continue to fight, much like a phoenix rising back from its ashes. The user can only use this technique a certain number of times depending on their stamina. Each time this is used a person will lose 5 stamina, not permanently, once the user's stamina can no longer be subtracted by 5 this technique is unusable.

"It ain't over until it's over b***h. Don't get you hopes up that you'll kill me. I'm feeling dry after that electric attack. I'm feeling as if I'm able to burn!" Ferfall turned into fire and created around Ariana a dome of fire. "Second Gear!" Ferfall then appeared behind Ariana to strike her with his sword, aiming at the neck. After that he would vanish intot he dome again.

Aa power blast of water shot out of the back of her suit sending Rake flying back before he lashed with the sword at her neck. With the bird above she was able to see this battle from a third perspective while fighting. As the blast shot out Ariana ducked and rolled to the left then ran forwards usig soft step. She would appear on the water again standing still a few feet away from the docks leaning more towards the misty peaks side.

Rake escaped the water since he vanished into fire and the water just hit the wall of fire and was vaporized. Rake looked at the girl and just shook his head as he stood there, now completely in fire. The dome vanished behind him the second he stepped out of it. "Is that all you can do? Splash me, electrify me and then run away like a scared kitten? I'll stand in this form until you take me out or run away. I'm about to gladly accept a draw but nothing else. If you can't accept that, THEN JUST GO AND ******** YOUR SELF. COME HERE AND AIM FOR MY BLOODY NECK. END MY LIFE SO THAT I CAN NO LONGER BE TORN INTO PIECES WITH MY SOUL." Rake moved to the very end of the docks and blew out of fire from his mouth that came as a cone towards Ariana and it seemed as if there was no stopping this fire. Rake blew out his hate towards his very own soul. He hated himself for loving the wrong girl. He hated himself from not being able to be with that girl. He had begun to hate everything lately.

Ariana laughed at Rake's frustration then created a special hollow sending it towards the flame allowing it to explode scattering the flames away from the targetted area saving her.
"A draw would be nice" (lol we've been here forever)
Ariana said simply looking to him though she felt she cxould beat him this battle was becoming unexpectedly lengthy

Rake sheathed his blade and turned back to normal. The sweat was glowing in his forehead. Well he could still go on a bit but why. He couldn't deal damage to the lady and if he was careful neither could she deal damage to him. Well why fight about, they where both pirates and even if she wanted to join the marines he was in love with a CP9 member. He offered her his hand as a gentleman who would help a lady from a boat. Why not? He was there and they messured their strength towards each others. "I'm Rake and if you wish, I can set you up with a date with a special cook that I know." There was a smile on his lips, after all this lady had never disturbed his peace and Rake had no wishes on having a mortal enemy with anyone really.

"When I joined my captain it was after that he had shoot me through my flame body. He was strong then, he was the most promising pirate yet he fell and seemed to have lost the will to continue. You on the other hand is as stubborn as me. My stubbordness cost me a leg you see." Rake had no bad intentions no more and led Ariana over to a bench not to far away from the docks and sat down and sign for her to join him. "I've lost faith in my own squad. I've lost faith in my own piracy and it happened when I met one woman. Torn away from reality and sent to a hell and a heaven. I've kept a rage within me and I search for targets strong that can make me stronger. I want to beat the woman and kidnap her, so that I can be with her. Yet at this date she's far from my reach. I think that she might kill me if I get to close again. Yet maybe she won't, I don't know. Why I'm telling you this is because you seem to love Kale even more then I do and you're a stranger so what you think of my words will do nothing if you walk away. Some men are easy and others are complicated and I'm a bit of both I think"

Ariana sat down after being lead to the bench. She listened feeling similar about quite a few people when it came to losing faith.
"Well I don't know what to say to you. Personally I wouldn't make a mistake such as falling for Cindy. (Is madam still active?)"

Rake didn't know that he had found such a hate towards the girl he loved. Yet this girl was drawn to the very same side as Cindy. "Well I'll say she has such an a**. Yet that may just be me now. No, I lost greatly to her as I was trying to avenge my captain and lost a leg in the fight. Then later I somehow managed to fall for her. I don't know how but it happened and now this is the position I'm in. I can't ask her to come with me and neither would I be able to go with her. My own crew wouldn't understand. Quite the mind trick huh?"

"yeah I see what you mean. Thats exactly why Kale and I wouldn't work when I look back at it. I view cindy as light work if I am protecting someone but on my own I just dont have the will to think as strategic."
Ariana explained then ended with a slight sigh wishing she could kick cindy's a** at the moment but she had some training to do.

"How did it all come to this? I remember the time when I had only hate for the world government and it's kind. I had revenge upon my mind and in my hart. That's what i think at least." Rake looked to the sky and took out a cigarette and lit it up with his finger.
