RPC name: Dante Caynyne
Is it a Free skill?: Lycan skill
Type of skill: once again, Lycan skill
Skill name: Piercing roar
Rank: B to start it for a short time, the longer it lasts, the more of a rank.(Ex. B is stunned for two posts, A is four, S is 6 etc) The time that an opponent is stunned is twice that of how long the using Lycanthrope is stunned. (Ex: B is stunned for one post, A is two, S is 3)
If it uses ammo how much:
Limits: During the howl, the Lycan itself is vulnerable due the fact that the howl would hurt their ears as well. Only really useful after an attack that takes time to hit the opponent, or in a team of people.
Skill description: The Lycan roars with a supernatural volume, paralyzing or even damaging their victim. It can be combined with wind elements as well, blasting the target back and such. Doesn't affect undead or Machines though.
Sample: Dante was already tired from his fight with the vampire, and really didn't want another fight. But the robbers that jumped from the trees thought otherwise. They wanted the head, although they weren't getting it. Dante shifted again, and there was a flicker of fear in the leader's eyes, who happened to be a gunslinger. He pulled out a pistol and shot at Dante, but Dante was faster and teleported out of the way with his trickster speed. they all had their weapons drawn now, and Dante just laughed. They had no idea what was in store for them. Another robber shot an arrow at him. You'd think they'd learn. He teleported directly on top of the robber, landing on him and literally ripping his head off. He then teleported again, behind a tree so he could prepare his howl. He pulled in a lungful of air, and used a howl that could be heard for miles. he teleported directly in the middle of the group, who were now on the ground covering their ears. He gave one more laugh before using needle fur barrage and instantly killing all of them. He deformed into his human state and began walking towards Lumira city again.

Allucard: Piercing Roar: Ok. This would be limited to Expert Rank Lycans because of its rank. Also, for however many ranks that the opponent is stunned, the Lycanthrope is also stunned. The reason for this is that one of the Werewolf bloodline's main weaknesses is that loud noises can hurt them because of their enhanced hearing, and such a loud roar would also invariably stun them. This only works on biological beings, aka: not on the Undead, or machines. Edit this information in and I'll look at it again.
Neko: Nope, nothing more is needed for Bubblegum Crisis. However, the Kiranu skill needs a line put in about how the fact that the copies are only good for one attack. Also, it needs a delay time before it can be used again.

Username: Pad Chief RPC name: Arturia Irongut Is it a Free skill?: Yes Type of skill: Paladin Skill name: Clarity Rank: E If it uses ammo how much: None Limits: Must have eyes uncovered: Must know 'Sense Evil' Skill description: The Paladin's eyes glow with holy light turning them completely bright white. Their eyes act temporarily as a way of tracking evil beings and taint across the land. When using this ability Paladins see evil beings give off an aura of shadow or dark based energy which is usually invisible to the human eye. Sample: The shapeshifter Necromancer was around here somewhere. The Paladin could tell. He had sensed the evil aura but yet he could not find the Necromancer anywhere. There was one simple way to find out where he was hiding. The Paladin embodied his eyes with the power of the light and looked again. Now he could see the Necromancer. Hiding as a tiny insect. The Paladin walked over casually pretending not to see the Necromancer and then crack he stepped on the roach on the floor with his huge metal boot killing it instantly.
Username: Pad Chief RPC name: Arturia Irongut Is it a Free skill?: Yes Type of skill: Paladin Skill name: March of the Crusader Rank: E If it uses ammo how much: None Limits: Cannot be used twice in a row. 5 minute (post) cooldown. The Paladin must not show cowardice during a fight where they plan to use this skill. They may not attempt a retreat or use underhanded tactics. Skill description: The power of the light fills the Paladin's whole body and give them the fighting spirit to move onwards even in the most dire and horrifying situations. In a battle situation it means that the Paladin can take heavy hits and continue to march forwards at the enemy. It does not stop damage or prevent wounds. Only allow the Paladin to temporarily ignore it. If struck with a fatal blow the Paladin will simply die a painless death. Sample: Encased in heavy armour yet still taking heavy wounds. The Knight facing the Paladin was unfathomably strong and showed no intention of backing down. His attacks were far too strong to simply shake off. The Paladin's body filled with holy energy as he began to use the skill known as March of the Crusader. He Marched forward slowly and stately. Coming for the Knight and ignoring his neverending onslaught of powerful blows. As he approached him though he noticed a huge hole through his heart. The Paladin died instantly, yet, fortunately painlessly.
Username: Pad Chief RPC name: Arturia Irongut Is it a Free skill?: Yes Type of skill: Paladin Skill name: Aura of Hope Rank: E If it uses ammo how much: None Limits: The Paladin must have experience in battle. Killing one monster ,NPC or RCP in RP is required for this skill. Skill description: The Paladin's anti-thesis to the Aura of Despair. An uplifting feeling comes from the very core of those around the Paladin and gives them courage. Paladins usually activate this skill before going into battle with allies or when consoling allies for their losses. It does not affect the Paladin or affect the Shadowknight's Aura of Despair in any way the two ususally just exist separately. It costs E ranked energy to activate and E ranked energy to deactivate but remains passive once activated. Sample: The Paladin looked around at his allies. Preparing them for battle.
"My brothers." He bellowed to the men around him. His aura of hope engulfed the room. "Today we bring justice at last!" The Paladins around him cheered with excitement and hope. Their auras of hope filling up the room too. They were ready for a war like none ever seen before. This was truly a moment to remember.
Username: Pad Chief RPC name: Arturia Irongut Is it a Free skill?: Yes Type of skill: Paladin Skill name: Vow of Truth Rank: D If it uses ammo how much: None Limits: The Paladin in question must have taken a vow to speak only the truth. Breaking this vow stops the Paladin from using this skill. The person in question must have taken the vow to tell the truth by choice rather than torture or forcefullness. Skill description: The Paladin and the person the Paladin is talking to take a vow that they will only speak the truth to one another. This activates a holy bond between the person and the Paladin for a half hour where they find it literally impossible to lie to one another. Sometimes when this is being used the worst truths come out. Some Paladins may use this irresponsibly yet still not have the ability taken away from them. Sample: "You did what?" The Paladin shouted at his wife in pure, uncontrollable, shock. He couldn't believe what she had just said to him even though it really was his own fault. "I sold our Cow to a reasonable looking man for a fish." He had known. Where else could that fish have came from. They did not have the money to buy fish ordinarily so she must've sold the Cow. Such was the effect of a Vow of Truth. They could not lie to eachother even if they wanted to more dearly than anything. The embarassment of selling a cow for a fish was one of those things one could not live down.
Username: Pad Chief RPC name: Arturia Irongut Is it a Free skill?: Yes Type of skill: Paladin Skill name: Temple Body Rank: C If it uses ammo how much: None Limits: The Paladin must be a virgin. Uncorrupted by any evil force. Must not have body modifications or robotic parts. Must not currently be poisoned or intoxicated. Intentions must be strictly for good in Paladin's mind when using skill. Skill description: The Paladin's body is considered to be the same as a temple or Church of their Order or Sect. The Paladin with this skill embodies their crusade against injustice and evil within the world. This skill when activated empowers other Paladins and Clerics around them with their holy energy giving them a boost to the effectiveness of their skills by one rank. Theoretically a group of Paladins together could stack this as they each count as a separate 'Temple' but due to the decreasing number of Paladins in the world this is unlikely to happen at best. Sample: The Paladin stood at the centre of his company of Clerics. He needed healing and it was only fortunate that he was capable of using the ability Temple Body due to his relatively pure status. "You lot couldn't give me a heal could you?" The Clerics shuffled around him and each grabbed one of his wounds. They sealed them up with holy energies more powerful than usual and the Paladin was set now to go on his way. "Thanks for the help. See you guys later." The Paladin charged out onto the battlefield and was promptly hit in the head with an arrow. He died instantly.
Username: Pad Chief RPC name: Arturia Irongut Is it a Free skill?: Yes Type of skill: Paladin Skill name: Divine Pulse Rank: C If it uses ammo how much: None Limits: Know 'Sense Evil' Skill description: By taking the idea by sense evil and adapting it for more combat oriented purposes a Holy Pulse can be achieved. Instead of mustering a holy aura the Paladin should muster holy energy more suited for attacking and form it in the same way as the aura.
The holy energy is then pushed away from the body in a wave in the same way as in Sense Evil except due to its added power it stings unholy beings instead. The string is so minor that it won't ever outright kill unless the being is incredibly evil and incredibly evil. Like an evil mosquito.
Unlike Sense Evil its purpose is usually to call unholy beings to the Paladin as a form of challenge or just to slow their movements for a small moment through jolts of sudden pain.
It expands outwards as a force field initially in the shape of the Paladin's body until distorting into a 3d shape alike to the Paladin's body although much bigger.
The pulse ends about 30 meters from the Paladin's body and mixes with the atmosphere.
Username: Pad Chief RPC name: Arturia Irongut Is it a Free skill?: Yes Type of skill: Paladin Skill name: Steadfastness Rank: D If it uses ammo how much: None Limits: None Skill description: The Paladin fills their feet with holy energy. They do this to hold ground against even the toughest hits and most powerful attacks as the holy energy in their feet keeps them stuck firmly to the ground so that they cannot move. Using this against faster opponents can be. Suicidal.
Username: Pad Chief RPC name: Arturia Irongut Is it a Free skill?: Yes Type of skill: Paladin Skill name: Blessing : Righteous Blade Rank: D If it uses ammo how much: None. Limits: Requires the weapon to have a sheath or holster. Skill description: When unsheathing the blade or removing it from its holster light courses through it seeing the last time it was used for battle. Most Paladins (should) promote peace over violence and only draw their weapons when it is truly necessary. Weapons that are rarely drawn for battle gain an automatic bonus to their offensive power and makes it do holy damage to enemies. This blessing is ususally applied to all Paladin weapons and so Paladins try and avoid drawing their swords if at all possible. The blessing is permanant and cannot be corrupted away or gotten rid of making stolen Paladin weapons often awkward to use.
Username: Pad Chief RPC name: Arturia Irongut Is it a Free skill?: Yes Type of skill: Paladin Skill name: Hand of Illumination Rank: D If it uses ammo how much: None Limits: None Skill description: An incredibly simple, staple, skill of the Paladins. It allows them to create holy light from one, or both hands, to light up dark places and call for help. The light from their hands cannot be used offensively. It can be shot off their hands and used to write messages in the sky and such. It is mainly used in large scale battles or in darkness and is fairly useless outside of those two avenues.
Username: Pad Chief RPC name: Arturia Irongut Is it a Free skill?: Yes Type of skill: Paladin Skill name: Blessing : Holy Water Rank: C If it uses ammo how much: Ordinary Water Limits: May only carry one litre bottle of Holy Water at any time. Skill description: Blesses water with Holy Power. This water can be drank to remove poison from the body or to help soothe wounds of their severity if poured on them. Large amounts of holy water cannot be carried on a single person due to their extreme weight. The holy energy mixed in with the water makes it weigh ten times its usual weight and that's pretty heavy.
Username: Pad Chief RPC name: Arturia Irongut Is it a Free skill?: Yes Type of skill: Paladin Skill name: Hand of Blinding Light Rank: C If it uses ammo how much: Limits: Must know skill 'Hand of Illumination' Skill description: The Paladin extends their hand and gives off from it a beam of illuminating light that both blinds enemies and lights their way. It is impractical to try and look through the beam of light as its intensity is only slightly weaker than that of the Sun seen from a terrestrial viewpoint. ie: Really annoying. Due to its relatively high energy useage it should ususally only be applied in combat situations or lighting up especially dark caverns.
Obviously it only blinds people if the light hits them in the eyes and by closing your eyes it will not burn them. Is is bright enough though that it still can't be ignored.
Username: Pad Chief RPC name: Arturia Irongut Is it a Free skill?: Yes Type of skill: Paladin Skill name: Dawnblade Rank: A If it uses ammo how much: None Limits: Must know 'Holy Weapon' skill. Skill description: The Paladin brings into existence and upgraded version of the 'Holy Weapon' they use for the skill. This skill only works at night and only against 'evil' creatures. It acts in exactly the same was as the 'Holy Weapon' skill it is just significantly more potent.
Username: Pad Chief RPC name: Arturia Irongut Is it a Free skill?: Yes Type of skill: Paladin Skill name: Blessing : The Unshaken Temple Rank: A If it uses ammo how much: None Limits: Must be capable of using 'Temple Body' Skill description: A completely different skill from 'Temple Body'. It requires it as a prerequisite as it shows the Paladin's strength of character throughout their career. A Paladin capable of using this skill can bless themselves before heading into combat to change the makeup of their body. When using this skill the Paladin's skin shines brightly as each and every cell in their body is infused with holy energy. It would be expected due to the nature of how Holy and Unholy magic usually work that the Paladin is made more vunerable to Unholy attacks. It is actually the exact opposite. The Paladin using this makes unholy attacks hit for one rank less of damage. This skill is ususally only held by the very most elite Paladins.
Username: Pad Chief RPC name: Arturia Irongut Is it a Free skill?: Yes Type of skill: Paladin Skill name: Blood of Saints Rank: SS If it uses ammo how much: None Limits: Requires the Paladin to have perfect understanding of their sect or Order's beliefs. Skill description: Empowers the Paladin with the force of light. Every part of their body becomes covered and energised in the same way as the skill 'Arm of the Law' except instead of being an external force it is internal. Paladins under the effects of this ability usually exhibit similar qualities though these may change depending on their bloodline and homeland. The first thing one would see is the huge angelic wings unfurl from the Paladin's back. They burst out of the armour or clothes ignoring them completely and emerge. They are often claimed when seen to be the most beautiful wings imaginable. Under the effects of this skill Paladins move shockingly fast [7] compared to their ususal slow speed and can charge at enemies and fly at them with blinding speed. A Paladin's eyes glow with holy energy when they use this skill and they can instinctively see and feel out threats to the light. They do not see ally from enemy when using this skill and will strike out at anyone who harbours dark power regardless though they will attack enemies first and work down through threat level. Paladins under the effect of this give off an impressive holy aura that is visible to ordinary humans due to the level of its intensity. It is actively damaging to unholy creatures and fighting within range of the Paladin will instantly destroy unholy minions of low levels of power. Annoyingly for Vampires and Werewolves the Paladin acts like a minature sun. Due to the immense amount of light they give off from their power it is impossible to differentiate night from day. Under the ability's effects all attacks are considered as doing holy damage and so wound evil creatures more heavily. Holy based spells do not cost any energy when using this ability. Such a powerful ability unsurprisingly comes with heavy costs. The skill uses 300 energy per a minute draining all but the most powerful Paladins in less than ten minutes of their entire energy reserves. This skill cannot be deactivated after it is activated and will only stop once the Paladin outright runs out of energy, is killed, or does not have another 300 energy to sacrifice to use the skill. The Paladin, due to usually being out of energy, by the time this skill is over is put into a critical state and must be immediately treated. Paladins may only use this ability once a week (realtime). Overusage will lead to certain death.
I really.
Really.
Don't want to do samples for all of these.
Just be quick with me and tell me what's wrong, what can't be accepted and what I need to sort out.
And when I need those samples for.

Pad Chief:
Clarity: Approved.
March of the Crusader: Denied. This copies an ability from Berserkers.
Aura of Hope: Due to a conflict of interest, I'll leave this one to Fenrir or Kagetsukiko to judge.
Vow of Truth: Make this a D rank and approved.
Temple Body: This needs to be at least C rank if it is going to be increasing the power of other RPCs.
Divine Pulse: This needs to be explained a bit better. For example, you say that it damage unholy beings, but then you go and say that it only does a small amount of sudden pain. You're contradicting yourself man. This is a good technique though, and with a little work could be accepted. Also, needs to be C rank.
Steadfastness: Approved.
Righteous Blade: Approved.
Hand of Illumination: Approved.
Holy Water: This needs to be cleared with Fenrir if it is going to be curing people of poisons. Take it to him via PM, or post in here specifically asking that he review it.
Hand of Blinding Light: This needs a part on describing where it needs to be aimed to blind an enemy. After all if I shine an intense light at your feet, you aren't going to be blinded.
Dawnblade: Approved.
The Unshaken Temple: Approved.
Blood of Saints: The only problem I have in approving this is that there is no set list of the Paladin Order's Belief. You'll need to get one approved before any Paladin could ever hope to use this skill.
Allucard: Hmmm. Sorry, I have to say no. Mechanics are used to dealing with loud noises from their own techniques, so no machine/robot person is going to be vulnerable to loud noises unless they have enhanced their hearing through machinery. If they have though, they might damage themselves.

Edits made as requested.
Understanding on the Aura of Hope thing. It's not a similar skill at all though if you look at it. It just has the opposing name.
I've never looked at the Beserker Skills so I'll get something else in place for 'March of the Crusader'. Urk.
Fefnir. Look at Holy Water.
Blood of Saints. You're misunderstanding. From what I'm told there's a Big Paladin Order and lots of other Paladin Orders.
Some Paladins, like my own, come from individual Orders that teach slightly different things.
Anyway. I'll ask about getting a Paladin religious beliefs system installed.

I-x Fallen Hero x-I Username: I-x Fallen Hero x-I RPC name: Andrew Grover Is it a Free skill?: Nope, only I can teach it. Type of skill: Fire Element Skill name: Burst of White Flames Rank: C If it uses ammo how much: None Limits: Trickster Class Skill description: By channeling elemental energy through every part of their body, the user has a burst of white flames ring around his wrists and ankles. Also when in this form, the user's fire-based attacks are all one rank higher and white in color. After this is activated, however, the user is limited to ONLY fire-based attacks, and all fire attacks cost one (1) rank less energy. This form lasts for three (3) posts, and costs B-rank energy to activate it. After the three (3) posts are up, you must wait another five (5) posts before being able to use it again. Also, the user will have slight burns ringing around where the fire was. (Note: You cannot be in a transformed state -- Full werewolf, full Dragon, etc. -- and use this skill.) Sample:" Get out of my way!!" Drew yelled out as he stood his ground. Suddenly, the cloths around his wrists and ankles would tear off as white-hot flames would burst up and ring them. He eyed the men in front of him angrily as he held his hands out to the sides of him, his palms facing upward. Suddenly, sparks of white-hot fire would begin to form in a ball form on his palms. He then threw them at two of the three men in his way. They were foolish, believing that these were still as weak as normal. However, they were stronger and hot as anything. As the fire made contact with the two water-element using men, it burst and set their clothes aflame. Surprised by the sudden power change, they quickly used water from a near by river to stop the flames. -Insert Needless battling-As the men were all down now, the white flames suddenly dispersed as the skill ended, leaving burns in their place. Drew winced a bit as the burns stung, but continued on his path with no interference now. I edited out the Speed Increase part

I-x Fallen Hero x-I I-x Fallen Hero x-I I-x Fallen Hero x-I Username: I-x Fallen Hero x-I RPC name: Andrew Grover Is it a Free skill?: No Type of skill: Fire Element Skill name: Conflagration Bomb Rank: C If it uses ammo how much: None Limits: None Skill description: By utilizing friction in the air, the user is able to generate a charge from it and create an explosion. However, the charge can only be detonated in a 10 meter radius of the user, and the friction in the air must be within this radius as well. The explosions are as strong as the Fire Bomb skill. The one flaw is that this cannot be used in rainy weather, or if the user is wet. For the user must rub something together (IE: Their fingers in a snap), but they cannot generate friction if they're wet. Also, it takes one (1) post for the charge to detonate, and three charges can be detonated at a time. Sample:A smirk could be seen on Drew's face as he watched the man presumptuously. "Do you know who you're talking to!? I'm the White Shadow, Andrew Grover! The one who's gonna kick your sorry a**!' And with that, the man seemed to grow annoyed. He quickly ran forward towards Andrew, entering his 10 meter radius. He was now in Drew's territory. Drew quickly snapped his middle finger and thumb together, then dodged the punch that the man threw at him. Quickly spinning on his heel to glare at him, he smiled wickedly. Suddenly, the area right behind the man erupted with fire, slowly dispersing into smoke. "Damn... I missed...," Drew muttered sadly. The man, as if frightened by what just happened, skidded to a stop, now facing Drew. Drew smiled again, as the ground below the man then erupted. Luckily, he jumped just in time, only getting hurt on his left leg. For, the man was still within Andrew's 10 meter radius, so when his feet slid on the ground, he created friction which Andrew used to power his explosion. How about I make it C-rank, and have him create it after he becomes Novice? The explosions would be weaker, too, equivalent to the explosive force of the skill, Fire Bomb.

Kage, it's not a problem. I have basically two days a week with no classes, so becoming a judge ain't gonna harm me none. Now then, onto the new posts/edits.
Allucard: Ok, I put in the edit I was meaning. With this, it's approved if you still want it added.
Pad: Alright. For the eddits that I gave you, the techniques are approved, though Fenrir still needs to judge the Holy Water. And I did read the Aura of Hope, but I still don't want to judge it because... I know it's a good skill, but I don't like it, so this is probably one of the few cases where I can't be impartial enough to judge it as it deserves.
Fallen: Anything that increases damage ranks, unless it's a talent, is going to be at least B-rank. Conflagration Bomb: Make those edits and it's approved.
Test: Hmmm. Approved.

Witch Hunter Robin 94 Username: Witch Hunter Robin 94 RPC name: Project 666 Is it a Free skill?: No Type of skill: Custom Armor Skill Skill name: Ke-pu Ken Rank: C Rank Skill description: By fusing energy into the cape, the edges and corners of the Cape of the Soul Reaper become as sharp as a sword. This can be used to counter other bladed weapons, as well as an offensive weapon to pierce through an enemy's flesh. The blade lasts for three posts before it needs energy again. Sample: Turning around, Amaya dashed towards her opponent who was standing several yards away from her. The man continued shooting, yet Amaya continued fueling her energy into the cape, using it to power through the bullets. As the bullets richochet off her armor, Amaya continued until she got to ten feet away from him. Letting the cape fly outward, the cape spiraled as it formed a bladed edge. Filled with Amaya's energy, the cape drilled through the man's stomach, blood pouring down his mouth as he dropped dead. Is it a Free skill?: No Type of skill: Custom Armor Skill Skill name: Ke-pu Yoroi Rank: C-Rank Skill description: Ke-pu Yoroi infuses the cape with so much energy that the cape becomes as hard as steel, yet maintani its fluidity. Upon hearing the explosion however, Amaya had just caused her cape to solidify, transforming into not just a cape, but a powerful armor that was able to defend her against the bullet. Turning around, Amaya dashed towards her opponent who was standing several yards away from her. The man continued shooting, yet Amaya continued fueling her energy into the cape, using it to power through the bullets. As the bullets richochet off her armor, Amaya continued until she got to ten feet away from him.Is it a Free skill?: No Type of skill: Custom Armor Skill Skill name: Ke-pu Nakan Rank: B Rank Skill description: Ke-pu Nakan is the most powerful defensive skill in Project 666's arsenal. The cape will wrap around Project 666, creating a dome around her as she kneels down to brace herself. The cape is then solidified with Project 666's energy, able to withstand any energy based attack. However, the cost of the energy used is that equal to one rank above the attack used. Also, there is a cool down period of five posts in order to use this skill. Sample: Her opponent seemed to have been charging up his next attack, launching a beam of energy that headed straight for her. The Expert ranked attack was approaching fast as she dropped to one knee, wrapping the cape around her. Fueling energy equal to a Master Rank skill, the blast exploded atop of the surface of her cape. Her cape however was unscathed, and as she stood up straight, she began to prepare her next assault. Ke-pu Yoroi- Stopping steel is a bit much for a C-rank technique and could be misinterpreted. Can't you just say it stops skills up through C-rank?
