yesterday i ran into something coming out of my room and hit my head pretty hard.. i have a lovely little gash on my forhead that hurt really bad yesterday and i even have a tiny bump.. today it's not throbbing pain, but it is still soar and sensitive.. and a bit bruised..

As for Vixen and Vanguard: yeah, Vanguard really isn't for the soloist. Well, ok, that isn't absolutely true. There are some things you can do solo, it's just harder to find them than group quests. In Dave's case it's even harder cause he's a cleric; healers traditionally aren't supposed to solo anyway.


With that said the other 2 spheres are pretty much solo, save for Civic Diplomacy which is best used in groups.

To Skully: yeah, I had friends who played EQ for a long time say that playing Vanguard is like "coming home". ~drags skully to Vanguard~

Not my computer, I don't think. But someone got into my hotmail account, changed my passwords and secret question, and made it impossible for me to get it back. crying

Plus *cough cough hack* I've had the flu (as in, influenza, not the pansy little stomach flu everybody else gets...life is so unfair) for the past week...well, since Sunday. Fever of up to 103.6, chills, body aches, muscles so tight it felt like they were going to pop off the bones, massive headaches, stomachaches, nausea, vomiting....today it developed into a cough so bad it feels like I'm hacking out a lung, looks like it too, with all the phlegm that's coming up and a sore throat to go along with it. This week has felt like a backwards progression of warfare starting with nuclear meltdown and progressing from there through WWII, WWI, and now I'm somewhere around Civil War. Take my advice: Get a flu shot. Sixteen bucks is well, WELL worth it to avoid this misery.

I'm going to revive this thread cause I'm mopey and depressed. Maybe it's cause it's spring, and "Love is in the air" which means "Depression is in the cups" -_-

Poor Ethan. The only solution I have for you is to get a dog. They love you no matter what; they will adore you even if you don't share half of your dinner with them...but they will give you big, begging, puppy dog eyes (no one can do puppy eyes like a puppy) until they give up or you give up, and I'm about to give up *goes to see what's in the fridge Hunter can have*

So, my rant. Who else here has to do taxes? Up until this week, I thought my Dad had had mine done for months. Then he gets angry with me over some little pissant reason (he's been stewing for months, I should have known better than to press - when he gets in this mood, he's liable to explode just to let the tension bleed off) and then he dumps my tax stuff onto my bed with a note that says, "better get crackin'." Fortunately I don't have any really difficult stuff to contend with, so I just had to pore over the sheets for maybe an hour, but still. How rude is that??
