Alric allowed Rin tto go and stayed a bit on the deck continuing to help. He soon bid the other hands a good night and followed below decks to the kitchen then back to the room.
As Patches steared he noticed the man who had accompanied Rin. He watched him as he left the deck following Rin below he was sure.

When Alric entered, she was already done eating, and lying on her side, looking at the wall. She was exhausted, but wanted to wait for him.

She gave him a small smile, looking over to him.

Alric began to eat his food, making it quick.
"its good to actually be doing something...it does make one feel useful"

she mumbled this, sighing contently.

Alric finished his food and began to get comfortable. He began by changing out of his working clothes.
"I'm glad you are enjoying yourself...i noticed you smiling while you worked."

She watched him, her eyes barely staying open.

Once in comfortable clothes Alric joined Rin laying on the bed. He layed next to her on his back.
"Yes I felt awkard not doing anything"

She moved closer to him, sighing as she cuddled for warmth.

Alric put his arm around her pulling her into him. He allowed her to drift away into sleep as he looked at the ceiling. Looking at her every once in a while he stroked her cheak. then he began to drift off himself.

Sleeping peacefully, Rin cuddled to him, a small smile on her face, just calm.

after rin fell alseep alric continued to watch her. She slept so peacefully. Eventually as he fell asleep he dreamed of them being together. Of him being able to be himself.
