Holly put and arm around Kyle's waist and gave him kind of a side hug. "Do you want me to check?"

Kyle looked down at the floor and mumbled something that sounded a lot like 'yes please."

Holly smiled and went and knocked on the door.
A few distressed and tired looking Yakov answered.
"How's he doing?"
"Not to well, we had a pretty big fight and then I lost him again. Right now I'm watching to make sure he doesn't do anything...um...well yeah."
Holly nodded. Kissed Yakov on the check and grabbed a hold of Kyle again. "I wouldn't exactly call him okay, but he's no worse."

Yakov sat down next to Jeff. "Why do you keep doing this to yourself?" He brushed Jeff's hair out of his face and kissed his forehead. "I just wish there was more I could do."

Kyle frowned. He opened his mouth to say something to Holly but was interrupted but a resounding 'Dammit!' from Richards room.
"I don't care how much its going to cost! Just get it the hell here!" He wished he had a real phone and could slam the reciever down but it was just his cell and all he could do was flip it shut.

Holly stopped dead in the hallway in raised an eyebrow at Kyle. "I think its your turn to check."

Kyle knocked adn then cracked Richards door open. "Rich, you ok?"
Richard looked up with his usual clam face. "Fine, drum equipment being sent to my house. they tried sending it to the studio." He spoke softly and like a machine and then turned his back on Kyle.
Kyle shut the door and turned to Holly with shrug. "Drummers..." he muttered before heading down to Hollys studio.

Holly wrapped her arm around Kyle's waist as they wandered off to the studio. She pushed him down onto the couch and kissed him. "Now you stay right there."

Holly laughed again. "I just need you there for reference. This is a little more abstract than an actual portrait."

"Ok, can I lay down?" Kyle wasn't really tired but laying down was more comfortable than sitting.

Holly was extrememly concentrated on your portrait. "Knock yourself out, but its probably in your best interest to stay awake. We've already seen how much trouble I can get into when you fall asleep on me."

Kyle smiled and laid down. He was glad that she was joking about now. He just watched her work away. The faces she made were priceless.

After awhile, Holly's concentration broke a little when she looked up at Kyle. "Are you laughing at me?"
