Austria, from my sources I do believe he is of another nationality. But with damn liberals consistently whining and nagging. He's managed to become the president.

Sealand-Kun I-Its so scary... I went to fanfiction.net... There are only two fanfictions with Sealand in it.... And one has a really creepy murderous, cannibalistic Latvia! DD;

Oh, Hazel Nut in the middle...but yet not.... Do you know? Are you certain you tasted something other than compressed chocolate and hazelnut? Perhaps it was the candy coating which made it taste a little different... hmm... Truly, however, a Ferrero Rocher is preferable to a Noggy.
