1) Oh! I was probably trying to read too fast. Yes I would imagine that they would have laws against it, as they remind me of England back in the day of Oscar Wilde. However, this is a fantasy world and not England, and since it would have affected your character the most (I thought), I let you decide. And of course, Feretris would be much more pissed off about cross dressing since it screws with their social order so much.

2) So what you mean, is that he appeared as a woman and had a false paper or two, and was able to con people that way? That makes sense. It's up to you whether you want to RP this part out. One thing about this RP is that you can RP both the past and the present at the same time because events are contained in separate threads.

They probably didn't want to take the work into their profile and just wanted to start role playing.
Unlike you and me, where we think about the profiles and the character more than just the role play itself, some people just think about the role play, and like to try and skip all the character creation steps. Some people purposely try to make vague profiles as well, so that they can do what ever they want with their character on a whim.
Also from reading the profile, this person wanted their character to be all powerful and able to do anything/everything. Far too many powers for one character, and doesn't even match any of the powers/races of this role play was well.

Name: Mælily Blæd
Gender: Female
Age: 15
Magic: Blæd magic of speed and illusions
Appearance: Mælily is short for her age, only a measly 5 feet tall, but won't easily be thought younger than 14. She is pale, practically white due to the fact she is active mostly at night and stays in the shadows. She has long black hair with a hint of purple that she keeps pulled up in ponytail braids (Pulled up starting off like a ponytail then is braided) on the either side of her head. Her eyes almost appear completely black due to the fact her irises are an unusual dark purple so they blend in well with her pupils. Unlike most in the Kiyap Turea, Mælily covers her whole body with black clothing, a tight fit woolen shirt, black breeches, leather boots, and a black cloak over everything. Her white skin tone never helps while on missions (Her skin is so pale that even when a new moon is out she can seen her hand in front of her face when it's pitch black out) and she hates the feeling of body paint covering her whole body, another oddity among the Kiyap.
Personality: While on duty Mælily acts how one would imagine a spy, quiet, patient, stealthy, nimble, follows orders exactly as told, and very calm, however that is the Mælily on duty. Off duty Mælily is a completely different person. She is loud and obnoxious, acts like she is on a 24/7 sugar rush, talks goofily and makes up words with ease, has the attention span of a monkey, too curious for her own good, rebellious, a complete klutz (she could and would find a way to trip on a perfectly flat surface), and has an attitude that seems to say, 'It's my pleasure to piss you off.' In other words, she is a hyper active brat. Her two different personalities usually stick to the idea of On Duty Calm and Off Duty Hyper, but sometimes if a job is real boring or she's on a mission just not doing it at the moment Mælily's hyper self comes out to cure her boredom. Even if On Duty Mælily is patient she still does get bored, it just takes longer for boredom to affect her. There only two similarities between off duty and on duty Mælily, one is that despite the fact off duty Mælily is a klutz she is a nimble klutz (yes it is possible) and two is that both personalities never show what Mælily is really thinking. She is always hiding behind some type of mask, be is calmess or hyperness her true feelings are locked away in a little box with multiple locks.
History: Mælily has been born into the Hælt family. Everyone woman on her mother and father's side (they claim) had been a Hælt (Either born a Hælt or became one) and had were naturals when it came to healing magic, so both parents were more than confident she would follow in the family footsteps. Their confidence started to waver when they realized that she had no friends among the Hælt, her only friends were in the Blæt. In hopes of making sure Mælily would chose to stay a Hælt her mother taught her whenever she was free about healing magic and the human anatomy. What her mother didn't know was that she was sneaking out at night starting at age 6 and was being taught how to be a good spy from one of the older children of the Blæt. When Mælily came of age to decide what her profession was she was told by her mother that if she left to become a Blæt she was no longer her daughter, but that did not stop the teen and ever since then she has yet to speak with either of her parents. Mælily went through her training for being a spy quickly and made a few more friends in the process. Then for a year she was partnered with an older veteran spy and worked with her, it was almost like finishing school. Once on her own she was started off with smaller missions like all of the other new spies, but she moved on to bigger and better missions after proving that she deserved a challenge. Throughout her years of being in the Blæt she has gotten on Craze's bad side frequently, but since she was so good at doing her job she somehow always returned to being on Craze's good side.

Appearance: Hano's look, was that of an sixteen your old, because he matured fast, year-old with a katana on his back. He wears a long black jacket. ((like high school long jacket)) His pants are that of a shinigami and so are his shoes. He has white spiky hair and medium sized brown eyes. Under the jacket he wears a weighted red vest that carries five peices of licourish((sorry, its a conusing word)). He has four pouches along the vest. He wears a brown supply belt that carries a krazr that he always has with him.
Personality: Flirty, jokes around, but serious when it comes to a fight
History: When he was a child, one of his parents died of Heart attack, so he doesnt eat much junk. He lived in a small house in the Boondox, and his mom was the only ting to protect him, and when they were robbed by a wanderer one day, his mom was crippled for she was shot in both arm a bit below the shoulder rendering her helpless. She has been in the hosplital since he was ten so he took up wandering. As he walked around Feretris, he found someone who called themselves the magic bringer. The Magic Bringer said that if he could bring a self beating drum, he would be granted immortality. He studied for a long time and finally decided to use his intelect. He went to a beehive and hits into a drum and trapped bees. He used a katana he found on the road to kill the remaining bees. The bees tried to get out and it made the drum beat. Because of the intelect, The Magic Bringer, brought out his magic. Over three years he learned what he could do.

Im working on it, at the moment and actually people do have red eys.
