Swordfall lifted herself up and shook out her tail. "The key to hunting anything, cubs," *Is quiet.*
Nightfall nodded. *On my way, Redlance and Tyleet are with me.*
"Quiet's boring" a small voice said from the bushes.

Knifefall grinned. *Quiet* She moved to look for another bug.
*That is even better.* "Nightfall, Redlance, and Tyleet will be here shortly."

Swordfall gave a small whimper.
Two paws poked her head out of the bushes. "Whose coming? More Smells? Oh! Right!" *quiet*

*I smell new things!* Knifefall had her nose high in the air and was inhaling for all she was worth.
"Relax, Swordfall. Everything will be fine," Woodshot nodded. "They will adore your cubs."

"I hope s..." Swordfall yelped as a gleam in the tree caught her eye. Another pair of eyes. *Tyleet! you scared the fur off of me!*
*Sorry!* She sent, dropping from the tree silently. *Our sire had to fix a gap in the thorn wall, he and mother will be here in just a moment. Where did all these cute cubs come from?*

Woodshot grinned, holding in his laughter. "Would you like to guess?"
Knifefall turned and pounced at the new intruder. "Related to Mommy. Safe." She nodded to the other cubs just in case they had any doubts of her nose.

"Woodshot! You said you'd tell them!" Swordfall protested.
"Guess?" Tyleet said, her eyes twinkling. Then she followed her nose and found the cubs that were still hiding. "High ones blessed..." She whispered, awed.

"I am telling them. Just in my own way." Woodshot grinned and scooped up Knifefall, who wiggled out of his grasp. "Swordfall's cubs. Every single one."
Knifefall snorted and started to sniff again. *New bug!*

"Woodshot is not a bug, cub," Swordfall groaned. Then she looked at Tyleet. "And you'll notice the lack of my mate. He said he was hunting meat for us. He's hiding. Go back coward" She muttered.
"Woodshot bug?" Two paws asked, bounding over to sniff at him.

"I'll show you cubs a bug..." He slouched down, readying to pounce the cubs, before adding, "You have us...we'll help. Go backs can't be counted on for anything..."

Sword fall gave a small laugh at that.
"Not all go backs are Khavi," Nightfall said, coming to the others. "Where did all these adorable cubs come from?" She asked, nudging Howlsong out of the bushes gently.
Howlsong yelped.

Nightfall blinked rapidly, then dropped down to the ground so she could cuddle with the cubs.
Swordfall took a deep breath then looked around. "Snowfall, where's Snowfall?" she asked, worried.
