Yakov's smile shifted to a smirk. "Certainly not." He leaned in and kissed Jeff gently yet soundly.

The kiss was good until Jeff started coughing again, he had to pull away quickly. When he was finished he mumbled, "Stupid...sick...broken rib..."

Yakov forced Jeff to lie down as he stroked his hair. "Oh stop your complaining." He wrapped an arm around Jeff, careful to avoid his rib and pressed himself as close as possible. "I for one intend to enjoy having you here where you can't run away from me."
