Smiling, she leaned against him, not really minding wearing what she was in front of him... She didn't know why she felt that way around him, but didn't mind... She loved the fact that he had come to be with her...
"Yes, I did... although I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get to dance with you. I was looking forward to that."

He shyly looked to the floor, before looking back to her eyes, seeing the happiness she had in seeing him. He smiled at her, just glad to be with her.
"You know, if you really wanted to dance, then we could dance now..."

Nodding, Rin smiled...
"I would love to."
As they began to dance, she smiled, looking into his eyes, glad he had asked... There was just something about him that made dancing with him so pleasurable... both of them were naturals when it came to dancing, and it just flowed...
Looking into his eyes, she smiled a little bigger, a truthfully happy smile.

They danced extremely close, it felt right having Rin in his arms. Looking into her beautiful eyes, he could see the enjoyment she was having. As they continued dancing, he let his own emotions out as well, showing visibly how much he loved the dance.

She smiled, loving the contact between them. It all felt so right, both of them enjoying themselves like this. As they began to close down, she soon found herself moving slowly with him, both of them almost pressed against each other. She held onto him, not wanting to let go...
"Thank you... I... am really happy you came here for me..."

"I'm really glad that I came too."
He also continued to hold her, neither one of them wanting to let go. Their faces were extremely close, and it took all of his will power not to kiss her. As they came to a halt, his hand slowly went up her arm, his thumb gently caressing her cheek.
She is so incredibly beautiful...

A small blush went over her cheeks, and she smiled, looking into his eyes. They were so close, and she loved the feeling of him being this close.
This, felt romantic, was this OK? Truthfully... she couldn't think of a reason why not...

They stood there awkwardly, not moving as they held on tightly to each other, neither one speaking. It just felt so right, being together. He did not want to let go, content to stand there with her as long as she wanted to.

Seeing Rin look down, Alric could tell something was out of place.
"Is something wrong?"
The entire time him holding her close to him, in the same position as if they were dancing still.

Sighing, Rin shook her head.
"No, it's nothing. We should be going to bed... I hope you sleep well..."
She pulled away, walking over to her bed, after giving him a small smile...

As she escaped his grasp, he instantly felt sadened. He wanted more of her touch...more of her contact. But tonight it would not be possible. He would have to go back to his own room for fear that patches would catch him.
"goodnight Rin....I will see you in the morning"
He hesitated before leaving, keeping his eyes on her as long as possible.

Giving him a little smile, which she found that she had to force, she looked away...
"I will see you in the morning..."
She really didn't want him to go... her hand beside her gripping onto her night gown as she looked away, disappointed.
