Ahh good old Ringwood. I like it there. My boyfriends mum lives there so we usually stay with her when we're in Melbz. Many a time and many a money spent in Eastland. Hehehe ^_^

Hello everyone, i'm new to the guild.
I used to live in Melbourne during the summer of 05-06.
I went there to watch the AU Open and the Grand Prix.
I used to live at Rydges Hotel on Bell St though I migrated between there and my friends home in Templestowe.
I love Melbourne for some strange reason, it's much more sophisticated than many other cities i've lived in except Tokyo.
I got stuck in a tram with school kids in Toorak, the doors wouldn't open and the traffic jam that it caused was incredible. We sat in there for like one hour until the poor tram driver got other tram drivers to open the door.
Gawds... I loved it there and plan to move when I can afford to buy a home.
One other thing I remember is this car chase on Collins St. A cop jumped out of a taxi and the taxi hit the tram stop, flipping over like in the movies. This was during lunch time, I was right there with my friend in his car. That was incredible. I thought, this is what happens in large metropolitan cities. xD
Okay, i'll stop there because I experinced so much then. Oh.. and i've been to Australia three times too. I have many friends who live on every state so free place to stay. xD
