Kaos brushed himself off, "fine fine... i was going to spend more time with you; without complaint, but since you don't want it... i can go to Enthelda then with whatever time the VonMire doesn't occupy... i'll hang out with Ailes.... " Kaos sighed and began to walk to the front of the house, "I guess i'll be seeing you in a few years then..." he began to drag himself away to the gate with his tail between his legs.

Ian jumped around a bit then replied, "Sure, i'll do the best i can to answer..."

Kaos sighed, "Silly woman... it may seem that I won't be back for a while, but you have to remember two things. one, I am Akuma's father and she is getting married... i do have to walk her down the isle, so i will be attending. Two, not only am i her father, but when Chrono leaves i will be taking his place as her Steward. i will be organizing the documents of the Abyss, and also attending meetings, etc... with her. so it's not like i'll never see the light of day again. in fact i will see it a lot more than most people."

Kaos turned and faced the gate, "What i am saying is, Ailes will be at the wedding... she'll probably even be making visits to the Abyss by Akuma's request. " he half glanced over his shoulder, "Basically, she'll be a lot more places, where i'll see her, where you won't be." he looked back at the gate and sighed, "That's usually how i manage my time. I do not put people on a scale; i just go by how many times i'll see them in the future." his shoulders slumped slightly, "i'm sorry you see me as someone who would do that..." he turned and hugged her softly, "I guess i'll see you in roughly a day and a half..."

Ian giggled, "I didn't... It was chosen for me... Lord Chrono, of the Abyss, kindly granted me permission to live on the surface, and i told him i would live wherever he placed me... well it turns out that he gave me to Kaos and here i am."

Ian chimed, "Well Ailes is Kaos's daughter, and Akuma's sister.. And she does spend a lot of time either here or on Kaos's island, which is where my two trees are planted, and i can travel from between those two trees and my mother's tree back on the Abyss. So, it could be for communication purposes..."

Ian swirled up around his tree and sighed, "I hope i grow up soon... this form is quite annoying..."

"no..." Ian rested at the base of his tree, "I'm fine... thank you for everything..."

Hiyru smiled with a look of pure joy as the words spashed across the page. "Live it up Toole, i will take everything from you, and promise to take really good care of her as well."

Hiyru closed the book and put it back in his drawer. He walked from his room up to the throne room where everyone was gathering. His supporters gathered beside him, clearly giving him a majority, and the absence of Tolly gave him a good feeling. Isabella sat on the throne, clearly something was going down, something steming from her late night meeting with Hiyru, and Isabella stood up hoping a quick call to order would disrupt them.

"Alright, Hiyru has called for this council to convene to dicuss a possible lead in what caused the recent violence against this city, and the recent appearance of slave traders." Isabella sat back down as Hiryu took center spotlight; "Thank you my queen for allowing me this chance to speak before the full court. Now as you know it is one of my duties to find causes and corruption within the realm. I have recently come across some evidence linking a prominent well known citizen of this city to lighting demons. Also, there is another prominent member of this city who has illegally aided in prisoners escaping custody before trials by this court."

Tolly walked into the throne room and hiyru smiled; "How nice of you to join us traitor." Tolly rasied and eyebrow; "That is a stiff accusation, you have a proof to back it up Lord Hiyru?" Hiyru continued; "How about half the blood flowing through Sorrow's veins, and the words of your own son Toole proving that ilicit affair taking place beforehand. You do know that until your innocence is proven you cannot hold a seat of influence in Arynia, your power defults to the Queen sitting behind you. However, given her age she is incapabe of making decisions affecting the whole so we, the court, decide."

Tolly's mood darkened; "I didn't ask for verbal proof, i want to see real proof on record, witnesses you may have talked to, because if all you have is words then by all means I'm fully prepared to have you thrown out of this court and any who support you. I'll have your lands siezed, and provide you with accomdations to support your families with whatever wealth you have tucked away. If you don't have any money well there is plenty of work to be found."

Hiyru was handed a few books and opening to the marked pages he passed them around to the members of the court before they ended up one at a time in front of Tolly's eyes. Hiyru continued; "Your own maticulous record keeping is what brought about proof of your secret marriage. As to witnesses, my questions will be directed to our queen, since her capactiy as your assistant gave her plenty of access to reliable information."

Isabella shook her head; "I won't help you Hiyru, part of my arrangement with Lord Toleranth was i couldn't discuss anything about what he told me in confidence, but i can tell you anything you want to know about his ciriculum for teaching students." "very well then, pending a review of all the bebus family records, I'm placing you under guard Lord Toleranth."

Tolly stepped down coming up close to Hiyru; "Reviewing files is not a offense, but if you want to put me in jail so badly." Toole hauled his arm back and sent his fist right into Hiyru's cheek. Tolly didn't wait for his head to snap back forward before he planted his knee in his gut. The guards came up and pulled Tolly back.

a messenger knocked on the door to Toole's house, when Lisa answered she noted the throng of guards behind him. "Can I help you?" "I have a writ for the arrest of Toole Bebus, is he home, or do you know where we can find him?" Lisa laughed; "No he isn't home, and i have no clue where he went." The messenger nodded; "If he returns you are under obligation to report his whereabouts or he is to turn himself in."

Lisa nodded and closed the door, she walked back throught he house to the kitchen. Peaking out the window she noted the guards leaving there station back there, and after she felt they had gone she snuck out. She looked around again before looking at the strange tree; "Ian....Ian you home?"

"If Toole is nearby tell him not to come home yet, they will arrest him on sight, and it probably wouldn't be a good idea for Isabella to come back either. They would more then likely use her to get to him." Lisa noticed his huffing now; "I'm sorry for making you hurry, but i don't know what is going on yet. I can't leave because no doubt in a few minutes this house and myself will come under watch."
