As alric neared the door he could not help but stop...something was not allowing him to go...not quite yet. He wanted to stay and no matter how much his head told him to go he could not force his body to leave. Even the look on Rin's face begged for him to come back...
He looked nto her eyes and then down to her lips....it almost seemed like they were calling to him.
"would you like me to stay longer?"

Looking into his eyes, then his lips...
"I... if you would like to leave, I shouldn't stop you."
She turned away, biting her bottom lip... Why was she so nervous?

He watched her turn away, she appeared to be embarrassed.
"But do you want me to stay?"
Wanting her answer to be yes, he waited in the doorway for her reply.

She kept her back to him, continuing to bite her bottom lip... She wanted him to always be beside her...

He slowly shut the door, quietly, walking back over to her. He put his hand to her cheek, turning her back to him.
"You should never be embarrassed about wanting to be around people."

Looking into his eyes, she released her bottom lip... looking into those eyes that lately captivated her.
"I... want to be with you."

He was surprised to hear those words come from her mouth, he wondered the true meaning behind those words.
"I love to be around you as well Rin."
Alric waited for another response from her to fully understand her meaning.

Looking away from him, she didn't understand what exactly everything meant... Did she want to be with him the same way she had been with Einar?

Watching her reactions and hearing her words still left some confusion, he wasn't quiet sure what those words meant, because like her, he always wanted to be around her as well. Knowing Rin, he realized that without a direct action he would not get a direct response. He swallowed his doubt, and again turned her to face him. Leaning in quickly, so she could not turn away, he kissed her gently on the lips, pausing and holding for a brief moment before slowly pulling away.

As he kissed her, she found herself slowly reacting to his kiss, slowly kissing him in return... and when he pulled away, she blushed, looking into his eyes... He... she was glad that he had kissed her...
"Alric..."
She gently smiled...

Alric smiled at her in return, the kiss was perfect, everything he thought it would be.

She leaned against him, enjoying the feeling of being around him... He felt good...

Alric was glad to here it.
"I enjoyed it as well."
He felt extremely relieved, knowing that she enjoyed it as well, but what would happen from here..? He decided that he would spend the night with her, but tomorrow morning he would go to his room early.
"Of course, we should get ready, but I will have to go back to my room early when I wake up."
