Even if he didn't find it that's fine with him. He already has two small ones, there's bound to be more. And there it was right now! His smile begins to grow. Because at that moment a big round moon appeared in his mind. Unlike the crescent red one that was up in the sky.

Perhaps she was a little too eager, and the fragment had anticipated her movement. Which was an absurd thought because fragments weren't sentient beings.

Sterncave knew that the goddesses wanted him to collect fragments, and he was more than willing to oblige; he bounded along, infinitely brimming with energy somehow, though occasionally stumbling over himself as though he didn't really understand what he was doing.
"Gotta get 'em all!" he exclaimed, before standing still, wriggling, and aiming himself at a mote. He was about to lunge, when a wild stranger appeared, and patted him on the head. Had he been there the whole time?
"Whoah, whoah! Hey there, that felt kinda nice," Sterncave said, beaming. He imagined dogs felt happy like this-- wait, what is a dog.

There it is. A big ole fat fragment in broad.. well, moonlight he supposed. That's when the memory of a breeze gushed through his mind. It felt wonderful. His eyes looked up at the big red thing in the sky and his mouth lets out another sigh. Something about the area made him feel needy. But he shook it off and turned elsewhere. Just one more.. .

And there it was. The last fragment and it was a beauty. As well as his memory. Because that memory was filled with a sense of everything. He saw a giant group of something. They were full of.. people? Snakes? Something. He wasn't quite sure how to describe what they were.
He grasped each of them in his hand and decided that it was time to leave. He must take these things somewhere. Where? he wasn't quite sure where it would go yet, but he made his way out. Even following the others that seemed to be going the same way.
He like looking down at them. And kept the smile on his face. it was a happy feeling, unlike the utter despair he had felt at first.
