I seriously just ate right now so it's not a good idea to do sit-ups! But I will be getting me some gym clothes and a bag and towels and stuffs later today!

I always did my exercising about half an hour after dinner. Bring the boombox in the garage, and however long the CD is is generally how long I'd be there. Everyday! You also aren't supposed to work the same muscle group within 48 hours (talking weight training now) thus I would alternate opposing muscle groups. Chest, biceps, abs one day; triceps, backs, legs the next. IIRC.

Yeah, apparently there's some methods to it:
One way is to work a different set of muscles every day. Such as, like you mentioned, chest and arms day 1, legs day 2, abs and back day 3, then back to chest and arms for day 4, etc.
The second way is to do everything one day, take two days off, then start again.
I'll probably end up doing the second one for now as the exercises involved wouldn't be too heavy or do too many sets until I get the hang of things again.

So should I start an exercise thread? You know, you post when you do it and how long, etc.

Oooh! I do exercise! I (rarely atm, due to exams demotivating me) use a set of dumbells I bought and I go to Taekwondo at least 3 times a week which involves a strenuous warmup involving press-ups, sit-ups, jogging and things.
An exercise thread could be a good idea.

The only exercise clothes I wear on a regular basis is my dobok. Which is the one worn by the majority of people in the photo HERE. (I'm actually in that photo, but I'm not telling you where razz )

I have to make this difficult anyway. I've evaded posting a picture of myself all these years. Now that I have, I can't make it easy now can I?

Ok, well I think you are the 5th one over from the left side, standing up, with the dark hair. Either that or you are one of the blonds. But ok, give us a hint then, like what color belt do you wear????????
