She couldn't help but growl. "Still...Synda worry..." As she looked back out toward the horizon, her heart leapt up. The hunting party had returned! She ran toward Jadera and Dashira nuzziling them both affectionately. "Aunt Jadera! Aunt Dashira!" She laughed gently licking both of their cheeks. "Synda welcomes Jadera and Dashira home! Synda congradulates Jadera and Dashira on hunt!" She giggled again then went back to Rellick's side. Her tail flakes gently waved, tail flicking madly with enthusiasm. She was really glad that the two had come home safely.

Jadera smiled and let the kill slide off her of her back, nuzzling Synda in return. She was very touched by the other lioness's care, and could help but smile. "Thank you Synda.. Its good to be back.."
Dashira smiled widely, her eyes dancing. She too was touched by Synda's welcome and greeting. "Thank you Synda, it is nice to be back.. And we did do rather well..." She gave a laugh and nodded to Rellick.
Rellick smiled and nuzzled Synda, winking at his sister and Dashira. "Well done, as always.." He smiled. He could tell both lionesses were pleased that Synda was so glad to see them, and so was he... It mad the Pride feel like home..

Hajari stayed by Brooke, looking around, before glancing over at Areli, whom stayed next to Cade, keeping him safe. Areli crouched low. "Alright guys... just watch me and Brooke, okay?" she said, nosing Cade lightly, before turning her golden gaze back to the herd of Gazelle, and quickly, without another word, she sped off, racing towords the herd. They quickly began to gallop off, after seeing the lioness. Areli pondered thoughts in her head. Should she go after the largest Gazelle she saw, or the next? Finaly... she desided the big one. She just hoped the Cubs would be strong and fast enough, and not get hurt. She ran at it, her speed increasing with every paw to the ground. She got close enough, then lunged at the Gazelle, barely knocking it down. Her tail flicked slightly, motioning for Brooke to come over and try to help her restrain it.

Her tail waved gently as she couldn't help but smile still. After a while of calming down, she noticed the pride was not fully back yet. "Umm...is it just Synda or are some still out?" She questioned, her eyes full of wonder as she blinked. Helping the two lionesses, Synda grabbed the antelope and drapped it over her own back. Getting the two rabbits from Dashira, she managed to walk over to the area of the den where food was kept. Depositing the bounty, she gave a small growl. "Yuck...Blood all over Synda. Synda gonna take a bath..." She nudged the others before trotting out of the cave toward the waters. Her flakes bounced gently as her tail flicked. The adult female was so happy to be with her family. Life could not be better.

Jadera smiled as Synda nuzzled them all in farewell and then trotted off, her blue eyes glinting. Synda was like a little sister to her still, even though she knew the cub had grown into an adult. "She's grown up so fast." Jade murmured. "She is not the only one, Aunt Dashira." Naharia purred, stepping out of the foliage. She had been out exploring the Pride Lands boudaries for most of the day, and only now returned to assure her father of her wellbeing. "Naharia." Rellick sighed, relieved to see her well. "I was wondering where you had been." He paced over to her and gave her a gentle nuzzle, smiling at his eldest daughter. She was a few shades darker than her aunt and grandmother, but had grown up to be a beautiful lioness. "Just roaming the Pride Lands Daddy." She smiled. "Nice to see you again Aunt Jadera." Jade paced over and gave the Princess a hung, laughing. "You look so grown up! Come, tell me about your travels through the Pride Lands.. I want to know everything you've been doing since I last saw you..." Dashira joined the conversation and recieved a warm greeting from Naharia, which she returned, and then the trio of green lionesses set off. "Perhaps Emerald Shadows would better suit these lands..." Rell grinned to himself, and settled down in the mouth of the Den to await the return of the lionesses.

Synda had reached the water a while ago. She had just gotten done bathing. The lioness was about to trot back to the den when something caught her eye. A figure was moving toward the boarders... The rogue's paws flattened the grasses around him, his frame slightly larger than the average male. his grey mane hung around his face tightly as if to conceal it. Stepping at the edge of the boarders, he stopped dead. The scent was strongest of all here. Flipping back his head, he let out a massive and commanding roar, the earth seeming to shake at its sound. The young lioness became slightly scared at the sound. Her claws dug into the earth as she stared wide-eyed at the stranger. Turning quickly, she ran back to the caves chuffing madly. "Uncle Rellick! Aunt Jadera! Aunt Dashiiirrraaa!" She seemed out of breath as she ran into her uncle, almost knocking him over. "Uncle...Rellick..." She huffed. "Stranger...stranger at the boarder!"

((Sorreh for the lateness xPP))
Brooke took a running leap, the power from her hindquarters springing her into the air to land full onto the gazelle. So she had overjumped a little. The struggling of the creature had put her off, and her mind had not been completely focused, as she kept wondering whether or not they had done the right thing to bring out two cubs along on a hunt. But they didn't need to know that.
The lioness placed her forepaws onto the gazelles side as it struggled against the harsh restraints of the two lionesses. She looked up from the struggle, and saw far off into the distance a large figure at the border.
"LOOK OUT!" Cade's cry came too late as the gazelle swung up with its head in one last desperate bid for freedom and life, its limbs askew and flailing wildly. In its panic, its hind leg twisted to what seemed like impossibly tight angles, and one of its hard hooves hit the blue lioness full in the rump. The cub winced as Brooke let out a surprised roar, and then attacked the gazelle in a frenzy, the light of revenge shining plain and clear in her sharp eyes as she lunged of its neck and killed it.
Cade blinked, the feeling of it making him sick. He was glad he had not been asked to participate. He didn't think he could bear the scene of the dead gazelle, blood bubbling out of its fatal wound, up close.

Areli smiled at Brooke, though she had been hurt... she did good, just like she had last time. She looked back at the two cubs, and let out a sigh of releif. Neither had been dull enough in the mind to come over. Areli yelled at herself in her mind for choosing such a large beast to strangle with... But it was dead, so all was well. "That, boys, is what a real hunt looks like." she said with a smile, as she raised her head from the gazelle, placing her paw on its head. "Now that you know what one looks like.. maybe alittle later I can take the two of you out for small hunting practice, with animals such as mice... just to help you practice... then maybe you guys can help Us on the hunts later on... when you're older that is." she said, smiling lightly as she caught the excited look on Hajari's face.

Rellick's form was singing with tension as he listened to the stranger's roar. Seeing Synda running toward him and calling, he met her, making sure she was alright. "Yes I hear.. Thank you Synda.. Please rest, its alright." He smiled reassuringly and glanced at his sister. Jade, as his sibling and a Princess in her own right, would act as Queen if he asked her too. And meeting her brother's gaze, she nodded slightly, agreeing. She smiled and paced to his side, noseing Synda. "Thank you Synda.. Rest, eat..." About to turn and ask her friend a favor, she noticed Dashira had stepped up to Synda's other side. "Yes.. Let's get something to eat Synda.. Rellick and Jade will take care of the stranger and be back here in no time." She smiled, and nodded to Jadera's thankful glance. "Shall we then brother?" Jadera asked, and they started towards the border of the Pride Lands.

Brooke returned her friend's smile, and took a step forward. Where the gazelle's hoof had struck, there was an aching bruise, but it was all well and good, and at least with a bruise, it went away after a while. She didn't mind the sting. The sting was just the begining of it.
Favoring her leg barely visibly, she made her way to the cubs, shooing them toward the deer. "What Areli said." She said with a nod, smiling as Cade looked at the gazelle in awe. She could tell he was affected by the scene of the hunt, but he would get over it, she was sure. "Well, come on, help us bring this back then, you two."

Synda shied back slightly, staying close to Dashira. "Careful Uncle Rellick and Aunt Jadera." Her ears slightly fell gently in worry as she came more into the cave. Her tail gently waved as she walked toward the bounty. Synda was hungry and they did give her permission. She picked gently at one of the rabbits, her teeth digging into the flesh. Slowly, she dived into the meat feeling a bit better and more energized.
He paced back and forth, bored like mostly. His eyes seemed glued to the horizon before him, forbidden entrance he couldn't cross unless invited. Sure, he was making one of the biggest steps in his life, and yet it didn't matter to him. Jager stopped as the scents were getting closer to the boarder. One of them was the one he followed to get here. The hairs on the back of his neck began to stand on end slightly, heart beginning to beat faster.

[Wh00t! Hajari Grew! YAY! -bricked-]
Hajari nodded, walking over to the females slowly, stopping by the Gazelle. He bent down, now noticibly taller... Truely larger everywhere. The now adolecent had yet to no relise his growth, but he probably would soon. He picked up the Gazelle, along with Areli, whom lifted it up from it's neck, and Hajari, whom rested the Gazelle's belly on his back, taking the weight off for Brooke and Cade.
Areli looked over at Hajari and smiled. He's sure grown.. she thought with a light smile as she held the Gazelle by it's neck.

((HAwt! xD))
Brooke smiled past the gazelle as she looked at the young lions, who was growing up to be more her clone than ever, but perhaps just a touch lighter than herself. She said nothing, but her eyes bore a silent acknowledgement to his growth.
If Brooke had thought Cade would overeact to Hajari's swift growth, she was wrong. The cub grinned at his newfound friend, hauling it up to get a better grip. "Rook, oo'f gowd..." He said, voice muffled. Then he blinked, and then realizing that the gazelle was moving along fine without his help, he unlatched his little teeth from the dead deer's hide. "I meant, look, you've grown." He corrected.

Dashira smiled at Synda. "They will be.. And they'll protect each other.. You don't have anything to worry about." Settling to clean her paws, she wouldn't eat, for she and Jade had finished off the other antelope they had brought down on their hunt. It had filled them and given them more than enough energy to haul the other kills back, and that way there was more meat here for the Pride.
Rellick crested the hill and saw the stranger first, pacing down towards him. He bowed slightly. "I am Rellick, King of these Lands and Scarlet Shadows Pride. This is my sister Jadera, acting Queen force for the Pride. Can I help you traveler?"
"Greetings Jager the wanderer." Jade murmured with a smile and a bow. "It is nice to see you again."
Rellick eyed his sister, wondering if she was friends with this lion, as she seemed to be. If so, he would have no problem admitting this lion into the Pride, for no friends would be turned away.

Synda finished her meal and licked her paws and maw clean. She smiled over at Dashira and nodded. Feeling slightly sleeping, the lioness yawned and excused herself from the much older female. Curling up in a corner, Synda gently closed her eyes and feel into a deep sleep.
Jager stared at Jadera for a while. Forcing his gaze away from the lioness, he bowed back in respect. "I would like to join your pride, Rellick. Seems my wandering days are over..." He absently stared back at Jade, not helping to hide a gentle smile playing at his lips. "I'd like to make Scarlet Shadows my home...if I am permitted to do so.."
