Opening his eyes, Taiki realized where he was. Oh right, Taiki thought. He looked up to still see Youko up on the tree, seeing her awake.
Youko looked down to see Taiki awake. She gave smile while he was looking at her. Youko started to climb down the tree to join him.

Leon led Alice to the lobby so they could sit down in peace.
Jake saw Leon and Alice walk into the lobby from his seat at the bar. He continued to sip at his drink.
The shadow was now in a fox and was running around looking for an easier host. It saw Taiki and Youko up in a tree. It ran up to the tree and quickly slithered out and twisted up the shade of the tree ready to strike.

Hollis picked up Ryan, who was playing with the tv remote.
Mara rubbed his back, bringing the garbage over to him.

Katie closed her eyes and made a sound kind of like purring.
"I...can't believe he did that. He took over my body...he could have killed me."

While hanging out, Youko noticed something strange. She had a bad feeling. She started powernig up her darkness.
Taiki also noticing the strange thing, told Youko, "Let's go to another tree."
Looking at Youko, Taiki knew her expression. They went away somewhere not near the tree, observing.

The shadow hissed silently in frustration. It slithered back down the tree, and headed out towards Youko. It sensed her darkness powers and wanted them for it's own. It was within reach and lashed out towards Youko wrapping itself around her arm trying to go in to take control.

Youko was trying to release the shadow. Struggling, she made the wind surrounding stronger.
Taiki knowing he can't just let it happen, blasted a fire towards a shadow.
"Youko, you're going to have to control it instead," he suggested. "You know darkness is your strongest element."
Youko afraid, still tries to take control of the shadow, or least trying to suck in its powers.

The shadow felt it's powers being sucked away. It hissed loudly and let go taking the form of Youko. It smiled and looked to Taiki. It jumped into the tree and shot darkness at both of them. It was satisfied with the power it acquired from Youko while attached to her arm.

Seeing that the shadow had got what it wanted, Youko felt down, she had failed. Due to some loss of her powers, she felt weak.
Taiki, seeing Youko about to fall, ran towards to catch her.
"Dammit!" Taiki said angrily.
After being hit by its power, Taiki felt pain, but Youko had a slight pain.
((sorry, didnt know another word to replace that word that Taiki said.))

The shadow walked back to the weakened two. It grinned. It was ready to strike when Jake's soul stopped it. It pushed it back and looked back at Taiki and Youko.

Youko started feeling better. She looked at the scene. Eh? What's going on? she thought, looking at the shadow and something that she's not sure is.
Taiki watched the shadow being stopped, as he was healing himself.

nick smiled at ryan.
"good little man." he said high fiving the baby.
nathan threw up in the trashcan.
Alice sat and sighed.
"I am glad she had them okay..."
Kittie kissed katie.
"shhh hush now. Katie, I won't let him hurt you...." she whispered rubbing the girls back while pulling her to her own chest.
Jacklyn cried out as a contraction hit her the placenta ripping part way from her.
david kissed her lovingly.
" Come...." he said backing away.
" I want to be alone in a bedroom...where we can lay." he whispered to her and pulled her gently by her hand.
evan stroked her cheek and her hair gently.

Leon sat next to Alice. "I am too"
Jake's soul kept the shadow at bay so that Taiki and Youko could heal. The soul could not keep itself there for long. It started to fade. It looked back at the two as if saying he was sorry. He disappeared.
