(Reeshie Hack) Personality/History Summery Malik was born during Mufasa's reign. The traditional firekin ruled the desert under Makadari with Kui sitting as the successor to the throne. Mwali, Malik's father, saw himself as unnecessary within his pride and decided to seek a life for himself. He fell in love with Mufafa's half-sister, Koho, a pridelander lioness. Malik was born the oldest of the litter. He grew up with Sukutu and Jasiri's cubs. Of the lot, Malik was the largest and became sort of the big brother figure. When his brother, Azeze, was kidnapped by a firekin hunter, Malik (Along with his best friend, Rehema) set off to rescue him- an endeavor that never saw success.
Malik spent his life searching for Azeze. He and Rehema went their seperate ways when the lioness fell in love with a lion of the Ela pride. When Malik found his way into the desert, he joined up with the rebels in hopes of finally finding, and rescuing, his brother. During the rebellion, he was forced to face his father, Mwali, who had returned to the desert to claim the throne and restore his father's line to power. After the battle, Malik found no sign of Azeze. He's finally given his brother up for dead.
He returned to the pride lands just long enough to find that his famiily had scattered, Mufasa had been slain, and his mother had vanished.
espite his difficult life, Malik remains an optimist. He's a warrior at heart, a guardian, and protector. He's never been much of a romantic, so he's never really taken time to seek out a mate. He faces disappointment and failure with a note of humor and dry sarcasm.Plots: ♦ Malik is a member of Ela, he's not really up for moving. That's where his family is being raised and growing and his best friend is living. he won't be leaving permanently.
