Hi there! I don't know how Karu Hitoshi found me, but it looks like he invites a lot of literate role-players! I'll be right at home! ^^ SINCE you're all dyyyyyying to hear more about mee, *fanfare*, here goes. My real name's Michael and I'm 19. I live near Seattle, Washington and have loved roleplay for... how long's it been...? probably three-and-a-half years or so. Got my start in a MEO kinship (for those of you who remember MEO before it turned into the bleck that is LOTRO). Anyway, I'm the type of kid that LOOOOVED English in school. ^^ Right now I'm working on the world in which I shall write all my stories. Heeheehee. But in the mean-time I'm always scouting for good places to role-play. You'd be surprised how little I've found. o.O So HOORAY for Gaia!! xD Even before school, though, I've been a pretty good artist. My medium is usually graphite pencil, but I sometimes use colored pencils if I want to color the stuff I draw. I actually have an Elfwood gallery that I've been neglecting. razz ( ) (Please forgive the plug. Thought you guys might like to see. smile ) Let's see... more about mee... I have a large family (1 bro, 7 sisters. I'm number 2 with my bro the oldest). Sisters 2 and 3 are WAY into manganime and it's rubbed off on me. Especially Rurouni Kenshin and, just recently, Naruto. I also like Last Exile. ^^ (Hooray for Kenshin, Shishio, Naruto, Gaara, and Alex Rowe!! xD) Of course, I am firstly and foremostly a Tolkien fan. ^^ As far as stories go, I also love Eragon. Besides those two, though, there seems to be hardly any huge elves-dwarves-and-dragons fantasy out there. That's the main reason I'm writing my own. ^^ (By the way the Eragon movie is a crime against Paolini. >( ) Hmm, have I digressed too much? razz Well if anybody wants to add me as a friend, I'm always open to lots and lots of friends. ^^ See you all 'round! Oh wait! I'm also an avid gamer, with such favorites as Zelda, Fire Emblem, and Super Smash Bros. ^^ So, you can imagine, as soon as I saw the banner for this guild... with... with SOREN!! xD That poured a bucket of wax over the already-sealed deal. ^^ ok I'm done now. razz *waves* (can't wait to get the armor to make my siggy my avvy help 'cause I don't know where to get it razz )

Greetings fellow mortals!
Yes, I am just yet another person that Karu Hitoshi himself ended up inviting his literate roleplaying guild, since he said that he thinks I would fit well within this community. And before I move on, thank you for the invitation Karu. 3nodding
-clears her throat.- Anyways, tis time to move onto the whole 'about me' section of this particular introduction.
I'll start off by saying that my true name is Jennifer, but you don't need to call me that. You can call me by my account name or even a shortened version of my account if you so desire. -shrugs- Currently, I'm only twenty years old and I'm still waiting for my twenty-first birthday to come about. xP
I live in the oh so wonderful state of New Jersey and I'm a college student to boot. I only go to a mere community college, but hey. It's better than having no schooling at all after the whole high school experience is over and done with.
My interests: Reading novels, mainly those of which happen to be fantasy or science fiction related and whatnot. I do watch movies (Horror/science fiction. That sort of thing.), along with a select few animes and I do happen to read manga's as well.
I do play video games as well, like Halo, Dead Rising and the Resident Evil series. To list a few. 3nodding
I also tend to listen to music as much as humanly possible. My taste in music is 'somewhat' spread all over the place in terms of the different genres. So, chances are, you name a certain band, I probably heard of them and or listened to them. If it's country, pop or rap though, don't count on it really. xP
Anyway, there you go. Introduction is done and over with. That's actually a bit longer than I had planned, but oh well.
I'm looking forward to roleplaying with everyone here!
I'll get to working on character profile soon enough and I shall post it in the correct thread, when it's all finished of course.

Greeting to everyone or at least the one’s who might be awake.
The Wizard one was the fellow who led me to this place….Now how do I get back home to Canada?
Well, guess I’ll introduce myself. I am known as Adrian Sung Rathforth, least that is what my Gaia name would call me. My real name is sort of something I rather not like to hear, but I am called by the following nicknames, and you can add your own weird nicknames to me. Don’t worry…I have grown to accept random nicknames, seems to be what I live for…”Ahem” Well, the nicknames I go by are.
Nana, Shun, Red, Adrian, Bittingdemon (Yeah, I know its spelled wrong. >_> ), Kaze, Pron Lord, Tofu, the evil little one, little one itself, Sakano (For the gravitation fans), Pink Kirby (I laugh at this one all the time.) and Akuma.
I am currently at the age of nineteen, who acts like a five year old and looks like a little child. Really…I do look like one. Also I am a First year in College…YEAH LOANS! How I will dread you when I get out of school!
I am half Fillipino and half Chinese. My hometown is in California (The State that will be burned alive.), and I live in Silent hill. No, it isn’t a joke…the place I live can be considered as Silent hill…
I have been known to go off and on with Gaiaonline, I have been a member since two thousand and USED to have four accounts, but was bucked down to two, due to hackers….”Shakes fist” I’ve been rping for about five years or six now, I lost count. Gaia wasn’t the first place that I roleplayed though, it was through the chat rooms…(Thank you people of the Chat room..for helping me with my typing.)
Personality wise….As you can already see, I am one of those really random types of people who talk and have a weird sense of personality. Doesn’t everyone? But, I am not the hardest person to get a long with and can be categorized as one of those really optimistic fellows who listen to anyone that’s got a problem.
These are the things/objects that I like to do and because I have obviously become lazy at the moment and do not want to write another sentence, least for now, it shall be listed in a number format.

1. I love to draw and write, obviously.
2. Love Tofu, since I don’t really eat meat at all…
3. Gaiaonline, because my friends are there and can be also placed in the friend sections.
4. Being evil towards some certain individuals, not in a mean way but just in a sort of menacing way……Its also known as an evil love…if I had a better meaning to it.
5. J-rock/J-pop/ Korean-pop/Korean-rock…Okay, just basically a lot of Japanese, Chinese, Korean and German…Sometimes Russian.
6. I do play games and my favorite would have to be Silent Hill, Resident Evil, Final Fantasy Tatics, Phoenix Wright, Trauma Center, Legend of Zelda, .Hack series, Grandia, Brain Academy, Shadow Hearts and Suikidon (I think I spelled that wrong. O_O)
7. Well…this would be more under the word of passion..but I want to cosplay so badly..that I am trying to sew…So, yeah. I like to cosplay…

17.) my name is Travis H.C. (No, my last name isn't H.C. those are my middle and last initials.)
5.) I am 19 years old and work for Coca-Cola.
46.) I live about an hour away from the Twin Cities, in Minnesota, with my girlfriend whom I love very much.
1911.) I like food. Especially Tacos... and french fries... and pizza... How about a french fry taco pizza?
9.) I love reading and writing. I hope to be a novelist one day, but I plan on being an English teacher until that one day comes. I have read more books than I can count, and my favorite series is The Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan. My love for writing is what drives my passion for Roleplaying.
11-7.) I love random numbers if you haven't guessed that by now, and one of my favorite numbers is Eleventy Seven.
76.) My sense of humor can often be a bit morbid at times. I think it has to do with the fact that I didn't have many friends through middle school and high school, and was constantly picturing the deaths of those who harassed me on a daily basis. I am better, but my sense of humor can still be twiztidly morbid >.<
92.) I feel more closely tied to the Native American way of life (where everything coincides with the Mother Earth), than the Get Rich or Die Trying way of life that the damn white people introduced to the world. People are greedy bastards and they should all die.
1111111.) I have a pet Bearded Dragon (a kind of lizard for those of you that don't know,) named Damion. He is still pretty little, but will grow to be about two hundred feet long.... I mean two feet long. I wish he was two hundred feet long, I could really cause some damage with a trained war dragon....
- 15.) I am actually really down to earth, and for the most part a happy guy. I consider myself easy to get along with as long as your not too judgemental. I am what I am and nobody will ever change me.
5.) I got kicked out of college because I dropped below fulltime status and lost my loans. Seeing as how I can't afford to pay them back, I am currently broke, trying to survive, and pay back an education that I never really received.

I, like many others, was invited by Karu Hitoshi. I am a very avid role player, but I also run many threads in the forums, making my Guild time limited(even for my own crying ). I hardly ever log out of my account, so I'm not always on, even if it says I am. I play almost every mainstream TCG out there(minus Pokemon).
The only manga I've gotten my hands on is an awesome series called +Anima. I use the Queens English(when I remember to) and am currently learning Japanese. All of my direct family is on Gaia, and I have several friends that I have recommended. I'm a little artsy, just don't ask me to draw your avatar. It will suck. Badly.
Uh... I can't really think of anything more to say. So, yeah, I'll shut up now. whee

I'm a nice person, though, and not just to those I like. I don't hate anyone, generally, but that's just because people who pick fights with me are people that I don't think much of.

*appears* Allo, all. The name's Meri. Karu is an old friend of mine on Gaia, from about two accounts back (I have a nasty habit of getting banned for no reason. Apparently, the admins think I'm a super-botter or something...). I hadn't heard from him in forever and a day, and then, all of a sudden, at one AM my phone goes off to inform me that I've gotten a formal invitation from him. It was interesting, but would have been more so if I weren't angry about being woken up. *hehe*
So, I'm almost a professional RPer, I've been at it for years and years. In fact, Karu was in my very first literate game. In character, I'll be as literate and elaborate a person as you could want. But, of course, OoC, I'm much looser, and don't mind breaking into chatspeak if the situation allows it.
I'm seventeen in the real world, but I'll play any character from 12 to 45, and play minor character from age 12 up. I can't play children, though, because that sweet, observational ingenuousness is just beyond me.
I'm pitifully dependent on other players to help submerge me into the game at first, but once I'm in, I'm in for life. Ask old boss-man. That game he took part in all those years ago is still a thriving continuity.
I'm forgetful as hell, so if I don't show up for a few days in a row, don't hesitate to harass me via PMs.
I'm getting bored here, though, soooo... I'll seeya later. Besides, I need to go read the rules and plot before my boyfriend comes in and demands I leave the computer the hell alone (which, you'll find, is a common interrupter of my game play).

I have passed it down to Karu Hitoshi, a.k.a Pablo, and have joined as a regular member only because Karu and I are...well we're one of the same. I will be the guild mule here, and would love it if you guys would donate to me so that we can get great prizes for events, and what not for the guild.

I'm another baby to the group. I'm Emey, and I am currently awating December for it brings me turning 17! However, I have been role-playing a rather long time. And I have the worst addiction to using the same basic character and tweaking her to fit the situation. ^^;;; So yeah if you come across her several times and get confuzzled I'm very sorry!

I am moody. Remember that, it even irritates me.
I believe in God, don't worry, I don't want to shove my beliefs down your throat, I'm just like everyone else.
I'm Filipino, full, no one ever believes that because I am light skinned, fairly tall, and have freckles [no joke, I actually have light brown spots sprinkled on my cheeks].
I love manga, writing, and reading. I love the books East of Eden, New Moon Series, Southern Vampire Series [yes, I like to read mild erotica], and the Joy Luck Club.
You should know, I act like a kid, I'm young, as in, I am a teenager.
I like RPGs; Guild War; Children of Mana, Final Fantasy. I honestly hate Halo, I hate it, I did not say that it is a crappy game, so don't get offended.
I am an "over-achiever", I not only have a 4.0 but a 4.167. I hate sports, I don't play, at all, yet, I am still skinny, w00t for high metabolism.
I love being polite, I don't mind apologizing, but if I make an attempt to apologize and you blow me off, I won't talk to you unless you talk to me first.
Ah, I love Johnny Depp and his movies, so far, I am in love with the movie called Chocolat, I am looking forward for Sweeney Todd; note to people who don't know, yes it is a musical.
Major fact, most people don't really catch on, but I am a huge pervert, so expect to get glomped and sexually harassed in OOC forums. ;] (not in real life people).
I am happy that this is a literate roleplay guild, you see, I hate ebonics to no end, I really hate one-liners.

Hmm... I'd not usually respond to the posts of introduction, being I'm a newblet myself, however, something about your post intrigues me, Miss Rhapsody. Do I actually know you, or was the KU a noise of some sort? Because if I've met you before, and we're crashing into eachother in this guild (which seems to be a hodgepodge of literate people I've watched or played with before and just forgot about) I'd like to know, and if not, well, I'd like to get to know you anyway. You sound fun! Or at least highly enthusiastic!

Hi there, everyone, I'm Pupp (or Lara if you feel like remembering other nicknames [no, Lara isn't my real name]). I'd like to thank Karu not only for the invite, but for helping out when I was having trouble joining earlier today.
I recognize some names. :3
Anyway, about me...Let's see... I'm seventeen, and my birthday was October 10. I joined Gaia in '04 or so, and I've been roleplaying since 2003-ish. Since 2003, I've also been in the continuing process of writing a series of novels with a friend of mine. It's interesting how things evolve over time, isn't it? Of course, I don't expect to be anywhere near finished with any of the books for years to come, with how I work on things...
I really like playing video games, like a lot of other people. It takes me ages to finish most games, but I stick with them (even if I go on and off, like I did with Final Fantasy IX until I finally finished it). RPGs are my favorite, and I'll probably play any one that comes my way.
I like a lot of genres of roleplaying, but I'm fairly picky about what I actually join; usually, it depends on how I'm feeling. I dislike sci-fi and roleplays where I have to find a real picture. Fantasy-types are my favorite, and there are specifics inside fantasy that I like more than others, but again, it really does depend on the mood. I hope I'll be able to figure out a good profile in time, and I'll jump on in once I'm done...Even if it takes a while.

Well, it is nice to see so many people that are intrested in Literate Role-plays. So many faces, some new, some old, some I have seen but not talked too, so little time.
