"I'll go," Leni volunteered. "Or we can all go." She shrugged. "Either works." She stopped in her tracks, halting the entire group. It was all silent for a moment and then she walked into the group, out the back, and gestured for everyone to follow. "Come on," she said softly, the trees rustling around her as she walked towards the small opening in between the trees which led into their makeshift campsite.

Elri was not happy. Schlff had taken her to Price's base camp for prisoners and she was stuck. She could not get out. Normal handcuffs were easy to escape from, but these? Anti-magic... The stuff they came up with... The others were probably looking for her. She was alone in a cell until someone came along to torture her. Great. And of course, they couldn't apparate here. It was like Hogwarts used to be, so no one could apparate in or out of the place. Elri did, though, use the time to her advantage. Although there was no visible escape route, she studied the area, memorizing it carefully for future purposes.

Schlff was pacing back and forth in his office. Although all had gone well with the capturing of 'Elri', he had returned to find out that another of his idiots had gone missing. As part of his job, he sent 'sentries' out in to the cities to moniter rebel actions and keep muggles and witches 'at peace'. However, in more recent times someone had been killing off his men one by one. Just then X011Z entered the room. "Lucky Mr. Price had such valuable charms with him!" Schlff just snorted. "If luck is all you rely on then get out of my sight!! We need to be more on guard because apparently you didn't find them all! Next time...well there won't ever be a next time like this will there?" X011Z winced a little. "No, Captain. I'll be alert 24/7." Schlff walked up to X011Z. "Go check on Fox. I'd rather have him drunk than dead. Find out as much as you can, quickly!" In a flash, the man was gone. Schlff sighed and began to make his way to the rebel girl's cell. "Hmpf! Luck...I don't think it's on anyone's side right now."

Richy nodded and as they reached the camp, Richy swore under his breath, Elri wasn't there.

Christopher was anxious to see his new prisoner. To interrogate her. In a torturous manner. They had never been this close to complete domination before... If they could just figure out the secrets of the rebels, then they could destroy or convert them all...

Schlff entered the dungeon where prisoners were kept. He walked over to where Elri's cell was and stopped in front of it. "So you're the rebel girl Price has been hunting. Price, of course, has his own agenda. But I think you might be able to help me find a certain muggle, since you will be spilling everything you know eventually...unless you can stand death-like pain from the boss. I'm sure you know about agent Fox. He is stationed in a town near where we found your base, as you already know as well. However the information I want is what else you know about him. "

"Fox?" Elri said. "I've only heard the name. Why? Don't you keep tabs on your own agents?" She sneered slightly, trying to get Schlff angry. She wanted to see Price. Maybe then she could see how to destroy him...

Leni took in the sight, sucked in a huge breath and blew it out noisily. "Well, the way I see it, we have two options. One, follow the very light footsteps. And two, use the time turner, again, to follow them." She looked at Richy. "Pick one. Personally, I go for the time-turner. It's quicker and more effecient. However, you have to be extremely quiet." she said softly to him. Leni froze and looked at him, her eyes narrowed. "We have three options. Option three, stick to doing what we were doing. You pick this option, and you're dead." she stated calmly.

Schlff sneered back. He hadn't exactly expected the girl to give him the information but he wanted to try being somewhat polite. Although, he probably already knew the kind of answer he'd get. "Let me try this again." Schlff pulled out his wand but before he could spit out his next words, he heard footsteps and knew he had to get out of the boss' way. He gave the defiant rebel a look of pure irritation and began the walk back to his office.

Richy nodded, "Time turner. That's all I can say..... It's the only option we can use to save Elri."

Elri took in a deep breathe as Price entered the room. Although she had seen him from a distance, she had never been this close to him before. He was very...corpse-like.
"Get up, girl," Price wheezed.
"Why should I?" said Elri, defiantly.
Christopher took out his wand and cursed the girl, causing her to writhe in pain. "Crucio!" he screamed and let her pain endure for almost a minute. "Are you ready to talk now, girl? Tell me everything. Everything you know about the rebels. Tell me, or be tortured infinitely."

Morning was begining to break through the darkness. Beatrix walked down the stairs of the pub, since in return for her work, she is given room and board. (Which is named 'The Bird Cage') When she came into the bar area she found four men at the bar already. "Goodmorning, boys!" Beatrix smiled brightly. "Morning Beatrix," they all managed to grumble through mouthfulls of breakfast foods. Will walked in with another plate of food. "Good morning Beatrix! Here's your food. As soon as your done, there's another job for you." Beatrix took a seat next a man about 5 years older than herself. "I see your 'cage' is full of all the Crows. Did something happen?" The man next to her stopped for a minute before saying, "Price has made a move." Beatrix stared for a little while. Then Will cut into her thoughts. "I know. The big man himself was near here only a little while ago. Unfortunately, we had to take all the back roads to deliver the information and so the damage done is unknown." "So then we're all heading out for information. But what makes you think he actually made a dent in the resistance? Usually he just plays with them." Now the man sitting next to Beatrix spoke up. "A Crow in charge of scouting out the woods by this city said that he heard lots of noises, more than the 'usual'. He went to check it out and found the forest floor trampled." Beatrix looked on with a sense of dreaded gravity. This...is not good at all...

Elri lay in her cell, almost crippled and in tremendous pain. Price had tortured her for almost an hour. Though she didn't give anything away, she knew next time would be harder. She had a feeling something had gone wrong with her friends. She hoped that Leni's time turner still worked, but knew the possibilities were slim. Price had told her himself that his crew had secretly disabled all of the magical gadgets in the camp. Or at least Schlff did. It wasn't that hard, just a power draining spell (they only worked on objects, not on people). Richy's laptop would still work of course, but it wouldn't do much to save her. And she knew Price wasn't lying. She was a pretty good Occlumens, herself, although Price was testing her limits. The rebels would have some pretty complicated spell work ahead, she knew that for sure. But she would escape. She would find a way...eventually. In the meantime, she had much more to learn about Price and his regime. She listened carefully for any small tidbits of information that might fill in her incomplete understanding.

Beatrix walked out in the sunshine, the man from earlier standing next to her. He and Beatrix were assigned to search the perimiter of the city. "Scott, I'll start off towards the north and work my way west. Then you can start in the south and come around the eastern side. How does that sound? " Scott just nodded before heading out. Since it had taken so long to get the message that Price was around, time was of the essence. They would all need to work very quickly in order to get any information as to what might of happended and where they should strike next. Beatrix began to work her way around the city as the sun shone, defiant of the weather man's forcast.

"Schlff! Bloodsbane!" The call had echoed down the ministry corridors. Price was looking for his Directors of Special Operations. Normally, this was a task for one man, but Price had so much shifty business going on -- practically half of the ministry was under the direct command of either Schlff or himself-- that the job required two men. This didn't bother Deidrick that much though. He really really loved his job...normally. With a flick of his wand Deidrick shut the door and magically scrawled a note on it: "Sorry for the inconvenience, chaps, popped out of the office for a spot of tea. Be back soon!"
"OOOOOoooo my head," Deidrick said as he cradled it in his hands. Last night he had partied especially heavily after a successful mission -- the rebel faction in Thetford had been officially crushed--and Bloodsbane was no longer a young man. "Why did I have to drink so much?" He pointed his wand at his head and tried to make the pain stop. The best he could manage was to move the pain out of focus to the back of his thoughts where it could only gnaw slowly and numbly at his conscious mind.
All of a sudden one of the gadgets on his desk lit up. "A prisoner in cell #368 is being interrogated, would you like to watch?" The voice of his secretary floated out of the red stone. Deidrick tapped the stone with his wand and replied, "Send it through."
He walked over to what looked like a bird bath, but instead of water, it contained a swirling silver liquid. Deidrick waited patiently as the swirling increased, accelerating rapidly until a blurry picture began to form in the center of the spinning. Deidrick moved closer and the picture came into focus. A girl lay wriggling in pain on the ground as Christoper Price sneared out another "Crucio!" The scene played out for another hour with Price getting nothing from the girl except winces of pain and the occasional defiant outburst of "Never you filthy, b*****d!". Bloodsbane had to admit that this girl had spunk. It would take a while to torture anything useful out of her, and there existed the possibility that they would torture her mind to mush before she'd speak. But, there were ways other than pain to get people to talk. Something, Price frequently neglected. You just had to know a little bit about them. He walked back to his desk and tapped the red stone again. "Shelly, would you be a dear and get the boys over in Magical Creatures to send a bogart to cell 368? I want to see what our girlie fears most." This should be interesting he thought as summoned a bag of popcorn and went back to the scrying pool. He loved to watch people squirm.
