His eyes widened for a moment, then his brow furrowed. Her stop was unexpected, so he over shot her, then slowed himself and turned to face her. "...Tag. You want to play tag?"

She nodded adruptly, "Yes, we haven't anything other to do." she smiled as she crept away for him. "And your it!" Her tail curled around her leg as she tilted her head at him. She started to trot off slowly, watching him carefully.

His irritation showed on his face, but with a very loud exasperated sigh, he started after her. "This is stupid. And childish."

"Your just jealous 'cause you can't catch me." her eyes glimmered with glamour as she took off without a second thought. She was fast, and not just fast...really fast. She was going to give him a chase, and he would be enjoying the running. That made her smile some more.

He snorted and took off after her, long mane and tail flying out behind him. "Mares!"

Kila giggled happily. She bounded between a few more trees before making a circle around so she could see him. She slowed down and stopped, her chest heaving heavily. She smiled as she watched him. He had a cute personality despite what others might have said about him.

The forest was his home, and he was more than adept at navigating between the trees. Racing after her, he saw her circle and sped up, following her around.

"Well that wasn't very nice." she replied as he was on her before she knew it. She watched how his hair billowed in the wind and the color of his eyes, like ice...she tilted her head slightly. She glanced to the sun, time wsa passing quickly.

He snorted at her nice comment. "I never made the claim I was nice," he muttered, swooping out large wing to graze across her back.

"I do." she smiled, laughing softly. "That tickled." she said softly. Her eyes watched him, before she walked up to him and nosed his neck. "Tag back." she smiled. She shivered, the sun wasn't shining as brightly anymore and night was about to take over. Night was not her friend most of the time. Darkness scared her and it was freezing, even though spring was starting to come back.

His eyes widened at her touch, and he stared down at her dumbfounded for a moment, before regaining his composure and scowling. "What are you doing?"

"I'm shivering, cause I'm cold." She was oblivious he was talking about her touch, it was a natural for her because she was affectionate. She was seeing a lot more emotion than he tried to portray.

He blinked, then looked around. "You're cold?" He hadn't noticed the temperature drop, actually.

"Yes, you have a long lovely mane to keep you warm where as I...do not." she stated simply. She twisted her lips as her eyes narrowed. "Do you know a good spot to sleep, when night comes that its not so scary and lonely?" she asked sadly. "I'm not going to be able to make it home, even if I fly." she sighed. She hated sleeping away from home, because she was alone. In the dark and their was always a possibility of her deepest fear, rain.

He looked around, brow furrowed. He didn't frequent this side of the forest often. Looking back at the small mare before him, he sighed. "Yes. Follow me." Turning, he led her back the way they had come.
