1/28/05 - I feel sick. Reno says there's no way I'll join the military. There's no need.
And now I feel sick again. Not like before, a different sort of sick.
When I was little, I remember mom telling me my real dad was a soldier. My uncle Rick is a SOLDIER. All my life I've wanted to be in the military.
And now my dream's gone. So what do I have left to hold on to? My mom and dad are both dead. Uncle Rick has more important stuff to do, and can't care for me anyway....
I wish I was dead.

1/25/05 - My youngest sister Nikki likes Reno a BIT much for Rufus or I's taste. But what can I do? I'd best not interfere.
.....I'm going to be a father. ._. Lanna believes it's a male, and thus if so, his name is to be Nathaniel. Although, if it is a girl, I wish to name her.....

1/31/05 - Nikki is doing much better. Alex finally wrestled her real name from her lips. Nichole is a very lovely name. It's a shame that she prefers the name Nikki.
Rose has been doing well, and seems to enjoy spending time with Tempest. Andrea should be pleased with that. Speaking of whom, Larxene seems quite upset Andrea went to Rome with Tyson, Namine, and Sora without a chaperone. What Larxene seems to misunderstand is that Andrea is more mature than she seems. Part of this, I suspect, is because of her father, both genetically and considering her history.
Ansem always encouraged her education before he fell into darkness, and I also know he taught her the ways of the court, in case something should happen. Andrea also, perhaps, gets a bit of her personality from her mother Jasmina. Andrea has the same gentle warmth as her mother. It is regrettable that she died in childbirth.
What Andrea refuses to admit to is her father. Had he known what would become of his actions, I feel perhaps his heart would have been broken. She doesn't completely realize what her denial means, or how much of her father is truly in her eyes. She has her father's strength inside of her, and as such I know she can overcome the blackened shadow looming over her as we speak. Perhaps that is why she now carries his halberd, and wears his coat. Perhaps it is true, the heart can remember everything.
I am considering teaching her the customs of Hollow Bastion, and thus I will speak of the matter to Larxene and Marluxia. It may be time that she step into her role as Ansem's daughter, and as the Lady of Hollow Bastion, though it may mean little, or it may mean much. I don't expect she's told Sora or Tyson the nature of her origins, although she probably ought to. They are her friends, and deserve the truth of it. But before she can do this, she has to purge the shadow of Ansem still clinging; and I suspect Alex may be helpful in this. I do suspect this shadow is a memory, that cannot let go of anyone. If so, then we should enlist the aide of Namine; this is her expertise; before it can grow stronger, into a definate presence. Until then, I shall do what I can do.

2/2/05 - Colonel keeps puttering about getting Lanna knocked up. He says if it's a boy, they'll name it Nathaniel. And he wants to name a girl Iris. Something about a sister.
Why are all of my Akma brothers such idiots who putter about bitching about sisters? I was born an only child and I'm FINE, damnit. Maybe siblings mess your head up or someshit. Actually, Rufus and Colonel were quibbling over girl names. Rufus thinks 'Seito' would be pretty. Colonel smacked him and insisted on Iris. Actually, they would've kept on, except Alex suggested Iris Seito. THAT shut them up.
Y'know, I don't know Colonel's real name. What sort of cracked-out name is Colonel? Incidentally, Spider pretty much called me a moron for that. I forgot, mom lets a 'bot named Spider live here. A Merc. Actually, he's not too bad. Honor among theives or something. Atleast because of some piss-shitty "Show and Tell" assignment I got to bring in a deck of his cards. A Sixth through Eighth grade class, and we have Show and Tell to tell people about our home lives and ourselves. That was... Interesting. Mom sent Rufus and I LOADED with crap. Andrea came home this morning too, and kept ranting about how Pope John Paul II is in the hospital. Nova thinks he's gonna croak, but she promised she got pictures of the Swiss Guard. SWEEEEET. biggrin Anyhow, here's what Nova sent with us.

Thirteen - A photo of her in her SOLDIER uniform. D: She said Kunai are against school policy.

Spider - Deck of Cards (Spider nearly went berserk for them back)

Alex - A blank book. o_O And pencil. Actually, he wrote a good deal in it.

Rose - XD Actually Rose came with us all.
Rick - Swaddling. >o; Weird God-baby.
Vincent - He came too. XD
Cyrus - Chakrams. But you know.... I met someone in them.
So I gave my show of stuff about where I live and what their like, then I showed off my battle trophy.
For some reason they think I need councilling. Same for Rufus. Cyrus' chakrams are neat. I met a shade by the name of Gabriel. He was a demon. He's actually not all that bad, but he said if he came out, he'd probably burn my hand. He's also worried about Cyrus and Lenne. Weird. On the other hand, he did say it's a "damned good thing someone can hear me." I like Gabriel. ^_^
On the next note, Nova's been talking about getting more tools for her silly mine, and....
A cat. She wants a boy cat. Named Cait Sith. And someone named Reeve. o_o; She says you can't have one without the other. Oo;

2/2/05 - We had "Show and Tell" today. Nova sent us things representing our homes and some stuff Nikki and I had were different.
Here's what I was stuck taking.
Nova - A Shin-Ra badge. Hn.
Thirteen - Her SOLDIER uniform. I expect her to wear it often from now on.
Ami - Ami sent me an Ipod-looking device. She refferred to me as "Mr. President". Good to see SOMEONE knows their place, although Nova's snickering helps none.
Spider - Deck of Cards as well. Spider was fairly pissed. Apparently their explosive. That could be fascinating.
Marluxia - Marluxia didn't appreciate what Nova sent with Nikki, and sent me with a mock-up of a Castle. Moron.
Vexen - A book on Mythology.
Colonel - Nova and Ami both agreeded on a stupid flag.
Liger - I refused to take anything of his.
Alex - Some of his bandages. Hn.
Lanna - I again took nothing. I do think she is the only female I don't find idiotic. She's usually armed.
Andrea - Since she returned home last night, she sent her pet... Thing. I made it carry our things.
Rose - Rose came with us. I don't like her much, but even I will not REALLY attack an infant.
Rick - Cat n**. Stupid ******** catnip.
Vincent - The damn spirit came. This irritates me, and I don't like what he does with Nikki.
Cyrus - Chakrams. Why? Weapons aren't allowed. But they came. Next time, it's my shotgun.
Apparently, Vincent and Nikki can work together to become something they call "Gunner". I don't like that. I want to know exactly what the ******** happens to her when they do this, because she won't act herself.
Speaking of such, she's been spending time with Reno. Irritation.... He's a lech. He'd do best not to touch her, or I swear, I'll kill him. I'll kill anyone who touches my sister. I'm not losing her....

2/03/05 - Nikki went missing. There was a good deal of fighting yesterday. And she went missing. I think it's my fault, but Mom didn't help. Nikki practically panicked when Mom pulled out some stuff from work....
I've never seen anyone that scared since the incident with that thing from my shadow. But where could Nikki go? She's 12. And she doesn't know anyone aside her uncle. It's dangerious. And Rufus is so upset. He's threatening to kil someone, but really, he's very upset. He just won't show anybody that he is.
Where could my little sister be?
....Although, Alex, Mom, and Vexen don't help; Alex and I are being enrolled in the Chunsa Boarding school. Ironically, Alex took his GED a couple weeks ago and passed, so he'll be in the college. Atleast I'll spend clases with Tyson. heart Rufus actually begged me not to go. He said boarding school is the spawn of Satan.
Oh dear.

2/07/05 - Mom got a carrot. A silver carrot. I tried to eat it but she nearly killed me and said it was her precious.
I really hate that.
Though Mom got a new guy in the house last night with this 10 year old who looks about 5 years older than Emelia. His name is Tseng and he's our uncle. It seems Mom's REAL name is Kasai Yoshimitsu, which explains why in the demon world the guys always went on about a Yoshimitsu chick. Or maybe it's the dead broad. I can't tell.
In either case, I've been spending my time with Devlin, and what we do is none of your damn business!

2/09/05 - Mother's been acting strangely lately. Whatever's going on, I'm not sure, though Nikki has an idea, as does Thirteen, one of her room mates. I've been trying to remember my past lately, but, it's very difficult. I only catch snatches of a glimpse before I start to feel a physical chest pain, then burning. It's truly quite strange; I'm not sure what to make of it. And why did that one fellow... Shinigami.... Refer to me by my Middle Name?

2/09/05 - Vincent says Fromage could somewhat see the spirit possessing Nova. This is good, except Fromage goes into conniptions whenever the woman goes NEAR mako. Yet, Nova's work entails she handle it at times. Vincent admitted though, Fromage said she smells of it. I KNEW it. Then again, I knew that from day one. >_O James had that same stench...
But I'm not going to think about my mother's killer anymore, even if he was my step father. >_< Nova isn't poisoning everything with it. Actually, mostly she keeps it away from us, which is good. Vincent said Rufus and I ought to stay home from school today, given how Nova's psychological state has been. Not good.

2/13/05 - Mother, as Nova seems to be called by the others, thinks I ought to be locked in my room.
Considering Brenda's fixation with marrying Lexaous and I, and the fact we suspect Tempest is fond of me, I'm not suprised. Mother is VERY protective of me.
Then again, she also is a hormone factory.
Alex heard a young lady he met named Heather is in the hospital and he wishes to see her.
Strange.

2/14/05 - So, today is Valentine's Day. Not my favorite day, but not my most hated. If anyone, I think Vexen and I plan to spend it in the library enjoying some tea, a book, and a few biscuits. I think Nikki mentioned wanting to spend her day with Reno once school's out, which she said with a rather uncomforting grin. The child certainly is too intellegent in warfare, honestly. Most children play tag or something. Nikki plays war and then turns into quite the little battle planner.
Apparently, Brenda wishes for Lexaus and Vexen to spend "time" together. I think Vexen and Lexaus both have something to say about that...
As for me, I am contented with no real significant other. Rufus is similiar, although he attributes it to being "the product of a b*****d Factory". And Nova encourages this language. *Sigh*
As for the Akma children, I think most know what Liger and Devlin are doing. Colonel plans on spending his time with Lanna, and while it may seem odd, outside of a party, Nova has been locked in her room. Of her own free will. Oh dear. She seems to lapse into depression EVERY holiday like this, according to Cyrus... As it happened that Nova grew unhappy and moody on Christmas. xX; Oh my.

2/16/05 - Nova's anniversary on Gaia was a quiet one, but she came home from work ranting about a second job. To be honest, I've never seen Tseng more proud. I'd ask what the hell he was strutting about, but I suppose he needs some time to strut.
It seems Nova's been officially drafted into the Turks.
It also seems she still insists if I make her call me by my PROPER ******** TITLE she'll punish me. HOW? She's probably deranged.
Amusingly unabusive, but deranged.
