Dain took her uniform and room number and left the immediate area, she did not want to get mauled by the boy she was trying to help. "Have a nice day!" she said pleasantly before walking away. "Room 4" she read the card room four was on ground level in the left wing. Once out of sight she ran down the halls until she found he room.
She dropped her bag and striped down to her undergarments. She opened the uniform packet and slipped on the black pleated skirt. It was a little shorter than she was use to and it kind of bothered her. "Should have asked for a boy uniform, after that guy they would give anyone pants." she chuckled, and pulled on the shirt and tie. She did not know hoe to tie a tie so she knotted it into a bow around her neck. She slipped on a pair of pinstripe dark red knee socks and pulled her slip on shoes back on.
She trudged back into the hall and closed the door behind her. The short skirt made her a little uncomfortable but she kept a smile. Once she was back in the main entrance hall she walked in to the office. “Umm. Miss is there a chance that there is a longer skirt or girl’s pants that I could buy?” Dain pulled the hem o n her skirt down another inch revealing a strip of her pale torso.
“Sorry Sweetie, but that’s the uniform.” The woman gave her a sympathetic look “you could try wearing black tights with it if it makes you more comfortable.”
Dain sighed and thanked her. Then she walked back out into the hall. “God damned old men and their stupid pervert uniforms!” she hissed

Daedalus shook his head with a slowness, that only a dream whould have as he picked up that comment on the school's uniforms. "Some people just don't like what they end up with... And if I'm right, she might be a .....", his thinking to himself was disrupted as the secretary asked for his name. "My name is Daedalus Paren, age as of current, 16, Male...".
Daedalus looked indifferent as the secretary turned a bit pink as he pronounced his gender. "Here's your uniform and your room number.", the secretary tried to sound as indifferent as he, but her anger was still visible, even when he left to headed towards the rooms.
He looked at the room number that was written on the index card as he walked, "Room number 23... First Floor.... Right Wing". Daedalus turned right and stopped at the 3rd door to his right. He opened the door and walked in, the room was alright, a simple room that had shag carpeting and white walls. He put his things on the nearest bed and then proceeded to change.

"Awww, that didn't answer my question at all!" she stuck out her tongue as she pointed to him, "Your waaay to be mean to be a girl!" She nodded her head up and down in an agreeing fashion. "Note to self, never be friends with a cross dressing male!"

Dain slipped quietly from the main hall unnoticed. She walked back to her room and grabbed her sketch book and pencil. Then with not sound at all she went to explore the school for a place to draw. It did not take her long before she was in the right wing. At the end of the wing after all the dorm rooms was a green house.
She opened the door and not knowing if the door was locked or not she left it slightly ajar. The green house was botanical with many strange and lovely plants. She grinned and twirled around before taking a seat under a large mango tree. She opened her book and started to draw.
She drew a bird. It was kind of like a dove but a little smaller. And once she was done the dove rose from the page and fluttered around the room. Dain laughed it was very pretty and drawing always gave her a better mood.

Daedalus finished changing, his previously worn clothes were in the drawer that was located to the left of his bed. When he turned around to unpack the rest of his belongings, he started to hear laughter coming from the hall, since his door was still partially open. "Who else can be here.... And why does it sound like a woman..... Is it that boy from before?", he thought as he absent-mindedly opened his door and proceeded to the source of the sound.Daedalus walked down the hall, stopping at the door at the end of the hall. He knew this was the source of the laughter, because it was the strongest here and he could finally tell it wasn't the boy's voice, due to the slightly lighter pitch. He opened the door a bit more, he was careful not to make any noise and went inside, the first thing he noticed was the girl, and then he noticed the flying dove. "It's strange that a dove is in here... Did the girl let it in? And wasn't she the one who made that comment about there uniform....", he thought to himself as he moved silently into the shadows of the Green House. He literally melted into the shadows, his body becoming one with the darkness.

Dain quickly sketched another dove. And to too rose from the page and took flight. The two birds flew together and landed on a branch of a cacao tree across from her. When they were still it was easy to tell that they were not normal they carried no color but where tones of gray. They were exactly like she had drawn.
Dain watch them and grinned foolishly thinking that the birds looked cute as a couple. She started to draw again this time with much darker lines. She pressed hard onto the clean white paper. And when she was done a nest lifted off the page. She picked it up and set it in the mango tree above her. The birds fluttered across the divide to occupy the nest. Dain watched them admiringly her eyes twinkled in the faint midmorning sun coming threw the glass roof.

Daedalus gasped a bit, and covered his mouth, but it was too late, the sound was made. "I hope she's too preoccupied to have listened....".(((Writer's Block, Sorry.)))

Dain jumped up and tugged her skirt down. "Hello?" she called out looking around. "Who’s there?" she clutched her sketch pad close to her chest and looked to her birds in a few seconds the fell apart in a cloud of ash. "I know your there!" she called out hoping it would sound like she was sure of herself.
She stepped up onto the large planter she had been sitting on and looked out over the plants as best as she could. "I will find you so you should come out now." she waved her pencil out in front of her like a weapon. It was clear that she was extremely worried. “I mean it!” she called her voice wavered.

Daedalus stepped out of the shadows, the shadows clung on to his shirt, but as he moved further away with each step, they started to peel away, since the light was magnified through the glass of the Green House. "Sorry if I scared you... I didn't mean too."He examined the girl, she was wearing the skimpy school uniform, and she looked uncomfortable in it. "It's not like I was going to do anything...", he stood where he was to insure her that he had no ill intentions at all.

"What the hell?!" she stepped back the shadowy thing creped her out. "What are you some kind of creepy shadow evil wizard Guy?" she shuttered and took another step back. She could feel the trunk of the tree against her back.
"What are you doing here? Don’t you know it’s polite to knock?” She looked at the door calculating how long it would take her to reach the hall.

Daedalus looked back, "Oh... About that.... Shouldn't I be asking about those birds tha flew out of your pad?, he turned around again and stared at the ashes, "So.... Where did they go..."As he spoke, the shadows slowly closed the door. The distance between him and the shadows were too far away for them to be fully physical, but he could atleast do simple things, such as moving simple items.

"What birds?" she asked and looked around. "I don't know what your talking about." she put her pencil to the paper and with out looking started to draw. "You must be delusional." she laughed nervously and stepped forward to stand on the edge of the planter. In a small quick motion she was standing on the path that was on floor level.
She laughed again and stepped towards the door. “You might want to see and eye doctor or something. She stepped into the shadow around the door and grabbed the door knob turning away from the boy as she did. The shadow was cold against her skin lifeless and draining. She gasped and stepped back, pulling her hand to her chest.

"Auug, I'm a guy, munchkin! Im not even cross dressing right now, what the hell is wrong with women at this school." He picked up the uniform the lady had given him earlier and walked to where the hall entrance was. Before he left, he turned around and said to Michiyo, "Go grow some boobs little girl!" as he pulled down the bottom of his eye with his finger and stuck out his tongue.
While walking down the hall, he looked at his room number, 25, (Okay, right wing then) he thought to himself. After a couple of minutes of wondering around, he finally found his dorm room. He opened the door to a very blank room. "Not bad, not bad..." he said to himself as he dropped his belongings on the floor. He picked up the uniform off the floor and tried it on. It was a tad big on him, but he didn't complain. "Might as well check out the place..." he said while he walked out of his dorm room.

"2 male uniforms and 2 female uniforms please" Sakura said.
The lady gave her the 4 uniforms.
"Thank you very much!" Sakura said with a smile.
Miaka pushed Sakura to their dorm "Umm......13....13....When I get in there it better not be bigger than the rest of the other dorms...." Miaka mumbled
"I have room 10 for some reason......" Sakura said
Miaka stopped speechless then clenched her fists "I'm gonna kill that old man!" She said angirly.
"Miaka, you shouldn't call our father an old man." Sakura said with a giggle.

Daedalus sighed, he knew that she was going to make something.... But the danger of it was the fact that she could possibly draw a particularly dangerous creature... "It's not going to hurt you... If I will it not too...", he walked slowly towards her, in an attempt not to frighten her, and to solidify the shadows to make a solid wall.He stopped when he was a foot or two away from her, "Can you stop drawing, I think know what you're going to try to do...", he spoke to draw her attention away as the shadows solidified themselves and made a more solid wall over the door and the surrounding wall. This started to drain him and he felt like ran a hardcore marathon. This became visible, when his breathing started to get heavier and sweat started to gather on his forehead.
