Edona walked down the quiet sidewalk slowly. A lone moon hung in the dark sky above, there seemed to be stars, but they were not very noticeable. Edona yawned, it was a tired day, though she had not done much except walking around the town. But now it was time to get back to the small park, where she had spent the last few nights. Not much peope would go to the park at night, and it was usually very peaceful, except for some cars occasinally passing by in the middle of the night. Edona turned to her left, and could see the gates of the park not far in front of her. Edona smiled tiredly. At last, resting time.
Edona walked through the open gates and straight towards her bench, practically with her eyes closed. She counted her steps at which she would reach the bench, and stopped. She was about to sit down, when a light snoring noise reached her ears. Edona's eyes flew open, and she turned around. On her bench, was a boy about her age. Edona cocked her head to the right, gazing at the boy with curious eyes. The boy was sleeping, but his eyebrows were knotted tightly together, as if he was having a bad dream. Oh well, better let him sleep here for the night then, Edona thought to herself. A creaking sound from behind her caught her attention. Edona swung around, and saw a girl sitting on one of the old rusting swings.

Maddy looked up and saw an unfamilar face, it wasn't the boy she had placed her jacket over, no he was still asleep on the bench. She'd seen the girl before though, she was always at the park. Sleeping on the same bench the boy was on. She held her hand up and waved silently. As if to say. 'Yes I know you see me, i can see you too, we haven't met before but this isn't the first time I've seen you.' Maddy got up and off the swing's slowly she aproched the girl. "H-hello," she whisperd quietly as she reached for her trench coat. Sighing slightly she slipped into it.

"Umm... hello," Edona was slightly surprised, she didn't expect the girl to come forward to greet her. Edona walked towards another bench, and placed her coat on it. She patted her coat, making sure it was comfortable, before sitting on it, and watched as the girl slipped on her coat, sighing while she was doing it. She must be sad, I wonder why? Edona pondered the question, while looking at the girl.
After a few minutes, Edona sighed, and gave up. It was not like she had the powers to read people's minds or emotions. Edona swung her feet up onto the bench, and lowered her back. She lied on the bench, watching the moon glowing peacefully in the sky, before closing her eyes, and went to sleep.

Maddy looked over at the girl then back at the boy. He was so peacful, yet he looked troubled like he was having a nightmare. Maybe he was dead. Maddy felt his pluse gently before she turned and walked out of the park looking up at the boy she'd seen earlier. "Is there something wrong? I know it's none of my buisseness, but that boy, you seem to be troubled by him.." She whisperd, she felt sorry for the boy, he oviously had no friends and he oviously was affraid to make some. She smiled half heartedly as she looked back at the benches. Cocking her head to the side she awaited his answer.

Kevin sighed as yet another person entered the park, not realizing this was another Hidden, he still focused on the boy. The boy was shuddering... as if having a nightmare. "Huh..." Watching as the Maddy girl and the new one interacted, Kevin decided that she must just be a normal girl. Watching the boy as he convulsed, he sighed. For him, it was going to be a long night. Passing the time, he spoke to his snake. Come here sweety... He gestured to his now, crossed legs and the snake climbed... slid down his chest, into the hole in between his knees. There... Rubbing the snakes back he sighed... so did the snake.
That was when Maddy approached. Glancing up, Kevin felt like she was being sympathetic. Laughing slightly, he replied. "No, that boy doesn't have anything to do with me." He needed to lie, should this human find out the truth, he would have to kill her to... He didn't want to kill any more than he had to, not that he cared that much. It would just be an inconvenience. The snake, alarmed by her presence, slid up to Kevin's shoulders once again and hissed at Maddy. "I don't need friends, they just get in the way." And usually people are afraid of me... He mused inside his head. He was right, this girl was very strange. Standing up and looking at her still, Kevin said. "Also, no... There is nothing wrong, I'm just fine." That was true enough, he was in perfect working order.

Maddy's eye's widend.."You, you read my mind.." She whisperd. She looked at him strangly. "Human's don't read minds, or at least any I know, unless your gi- You are human, but there's something about you.." She glared at him and pulled down his hood. "Thoes aren't contact's are they...Who, no what are you?" Her hands were trembaling as she let them fall to her sides. She took a hesitated step back and shook her head this didn't make sense. Her breathing quickend, she was suffocating herself with her own throughts and qustions. Her eye's rolled back into her head, the last thing she saw was Kevin. She had fainted.

The snake hissed, as Kevin's body grew rigid. "Dammit!" Kevin screamed as she guessed correctly, he was going to have to kill her. No, he wouldn't. If he left right now, she could think she was a weird dream or something, a hallucination. Pulling his hood back up, he sprang from the road and ran as fast as he could, he was going to have to make sure that she came to this conclusion. Climbing up to the roof of the building using the fire escape, Kevin peered over the edge, there was no way she could see him... was there?

[[She fainted, she's not gonna do anything....]] Maddy laid there, her body growing cold, she was alive, yes. But it made no diffrence. Her boddy started shaking, not rapidly but lightly. She felt the back of her head, there was a gooey substance on her fingers. She sighed and sat up slowly, rubbign the back of her bleed head. "********!" She hissed loudly. She slowly got to her feet, using the fire scape to stedy herself. She walked down the road and stopped at her house, climbign up the fire exit she noticed Kevin. "W-why are you at my house?" [[Block...]]

Kevin had been so busy watching her walk off, he hadn't realized that she was going up the same stairs as he had. Looking up at her, his mouth froze into a thin smile. "This is... your house?" Angry at his horrible luck, he shuddered, of ALL of the houses he could've chosen, he had chosen to come up on to her house. Kevin had almost ruined everything, and it was this girl's fault. He was going to have to kill her. It wasn't an option he liked, but still. It was only an inconvenience.

Maddy sighed and climbed a bit higher sitting beside him she sighed. "Yeah yeah yeah your snake doesn't like me, i don't care your on my roof if you don't like it then you can go sit on there's" She said pointing to the people next doors roof. "But they'll get mad. I'm not gonna make you leave or anything..But Please, could you please just tell me what you are, I wont tell anyone, maybe my brother..But he's dead...Please?" Maddy looked at him, a child like smile on his face, begging, no pleading him to tell her everthing. "I'm just curious that's all."Maddy looked up at the sky and sighed, it was beautiful, the stars were.

Kevin sighed and walked over to her, he didn't feel like killing anyone tonight...Then it hit him, he didn't have to kill her, she hadn't really guessed anything yet... So all he had to do was tell a half-truth. Looking down away from her face, he started to speak. He didn't like it when people begged. "I'm just human, comepletely and utterly human. There's nothing special about me, these are contacts. I hate my eye colour so I had my friend design these for me. He's an optometrist. I also really should be going now so... bye." He said with a false grin. Climbing down the rusty fire escaoe, he sighed as he replayed in his maid how close he had been to blowing his cover. Getting down to the sidewalk, he began to walk away.

Maddy sighed, something was up with him and it wasn't normal. She believe he was human, but not fully. Thoes couldn't be contacts. She sat there quietly and nodded. "Okay. G-goodnight.." Maddy waved her hand by her side. She watched him walk away. Standing on the roof she slid into her room. Grabbing her brothers old clothing, she sniffled and slid into them, putting up his hood, she put a hat on, grabbing her brothers shoes and his guitar she took off all her accessories and climbed back down, following at a safe distance behind Kevin.

After Kevin was a ways from the house, he and the snake began to relax. He couldn't help but look over his shoulder, he felt like someone was watching. Everytime he looked though, there wasn't anything there. "God... I must be paranoid..." Shaking his head and sitting against an abandoned warehouse, he bagan to talk to the snake. Darling, what's wrong? The snake was still a bit tense, and it looked mad. After a while the snake responded, it was mad.

Lu Wake with a start he shot up and felt something fall off of him. He rubbed his eyes and found a coat. It was designed for a girl and was too small for him. He frowned confused and picked it up. It smelled good like strawberry body spray and hair product. He folded the coat neatly and stood up. He glanced around looking for anyone who might know were the coat had come from. He spotted a girl on a bench not far away. She was asleep and very pretty. Lucifer walked over silently and knelt near her head. "Miss?" he whispered watching her flawless face closely she was not completely asleep yet he could tell by her breathing.
"Miss are you awake?' he asked and put a hand gently on the side of her face. He stared down at her with his own brilliant blue eyes and waited for her response. She looked kind and knowledgeable in sleep and he hoped she would be able to give him a little insight on how he could go about life in this new world.

Maddy sighed as she followe dhim, he finally stopped moving at a warehouse, he hid behind a bunch of barrles but soon they fell over. Clattering to the floor Maddy whisperd in her male voice. "Huh wha?" He rubbed his eye's and they opend she looked around, still pretending to have been sleeping there. "Huh!?" She exclaimed as she backed agains't the wall. "W-who are y-you?"
