Aura blinked. " Somebody has been biting your ankles?" Aura asked. Shethought and said " Thats not nice!" She was curious and still asked "So you are not having puppies?"

Sighing at little Aura she decided to try to explain. "Little ankle biters are puppies or pups. No we are not having puppies we are far to young to do that."
Glaring at Warren she flicked her tail in agitation a weird habit she had. "I have a very big urge to clobber you right now. I have no interest in pups, not until I am older and even then it's not something I plan to do first. Mates too are quite far from my mind but a pack is what I strive for."
Giving up she stood up and flicked the male with her tail just hard enough to make her anger known but not hard enough to really hurt him. Moving a slight ways away she laid down to watch his reaction. Afterall no one made her get unintelligant it just wasn't her.

Warren rubbed his muzzle with a paw, pretending that had actually hurt him, but managing to keep a smirk off his face...at least for now. Yeah, he'd deserved that. Worse actually, so he'd gotten off easy.
Of course, in his mind, that was an encouraging sign.
Always a hazard when dealing with emotional females.
They were all that way...weren't they? Had been in his experience thus far anyway.
Ah well, might as well repair the damage he'd done. He couldn't leave her mad like that when he'd only been teasing. No fun going through life all angry like that.
"Heh...well, personally, I'm glad you didn't follow through on that urge. My face thanks you too. It's rather fond of being intact, you know."
Taking a chance, the orange male padded over towards the colorful female. Even though it was just the three of them anyway, he lowered his voice a bit so that it seemed more like he was just speaking to Starla.
"I didn't meant to embarrass you, just so you know. I was just teasing. You shouldn't take everything so seriously. Life's too short to worry about silly things." Putting on more charm than he'd used thus far, he flopped down in the dirt in front of her, laying his head flat so that they were almost nose to nose. The look was all in the eyes. He'd learned that as a pup. Hopefully it still worked. "Come on...don't be mad, 'k?"

Aura blinked watching the other wolf wooing Starla. She blinked again. Had shesaid something? hadn't they said they were going to have pups. Or not... She just took it that way.

Still glaring at the other she softened her look once she finally looked into his eyes. She hated to admit it but he did have a point. "What where you kidding about is what I must know. I wouldn't hurt you anyway I don't do those kind of things."
Glancing over him at Aura she gave her a slight reasurring smile.

Warren finally allowed himself a slight grin. It always worked. They never stayed mad for long. "Good to know. Now, let's straighten out a few things, 'k? Honestly, I was just running with it. Half the time, I'm not serious about what I'm talking about anyway. Just who I am."
He raised his head, though he stayed in a reclined position to speak. "No, I'm not looking to start a harem. Fun idea, but no, not right now at least. A pack? I don't have one and I wouldn't know the first thing about starting one, let alone running it, so sorry, not serious there either. Anything I've left out?"

Aura blinked. She was happy with the reassuring smile and she never did think they would make a pack. She smiled listening to them.

Thinking about one thing he left out she decided to let it slide. Afterall she had just met the male. Instead she decided to test something out just for kicks but he didn't need to know that.
"A jokester huh? Well I believe your jokes at the beginning were much funnier then the ones now but that is only my own opinion. If you wish to tease me so I may just have to leave." Teasingly she decided to pass by him very close 'accidently' bumping into him as she pretended to actually leave. Oh what fun she would have.

Warren's ears drooped, tail lying in the dirt. She was...still mad? B-but...that never happened! He always smoothed things over so easily before!
"W-wait a minute! Why are you taking everything so seriously? That's no way to live! Where's the fun in that?" He leapt to his feet, accidentally colliding with her without realizing how close she was to him. There was a yelp and a scuffle with the dirt as the male lost his balance in the tangle of paws and tails.

Aura was giggling. She knew the other wolf Starla was teasing and the boy took it so seriously. SHe threw a bit of a giggle fit when he toppled over. She tried to cover her mouth with her paws.

To say Starla was surprised would be an understatement. She had never expected the male to take her seriously! Feeling him collide into her she fell over aswell. Landing in a heap next to him she shook herself of the dirt and decided to lay back down.
"I wasn't being serious. I decided to get you back for teasing me. You shouldn't take things so serious. Whats the fun in that?" Breaking out laughing she couldn't help but give him a taste of his own medicine. Never had she met someone so entertaining as this Warren

Warren wasn't happy about being made to look foolish, but...at least she wasn't mad at him. Still, didn't mean he had to show how happy he was with that discovery. If she wanted to continue this little game, then so be it.
"Hmmph, he muttered, hurriedly trying to smooth his fur and regain a little dignity before lying down again. "You deceptive females. I should have known, shouldn't I? But that's just my bad luck for being a simple male, isn't it?" He made a face at Starla as he settled down, trying so very hard not to crack into a smirk in the process.

" I sorry..." Aura said in a small voice. She couldn't really tell if someone was faking. She felt bad even though he was mostly lieing.

Starla felt a little bad for doing what she had done. "Look I'm sorry I shouldn't have done that it wasn't right." Flattening her ears she looked at him apologetically.
"We females are no more deceptive then you males. You're not all that simple anyway." Making a face right back she realized what she was doing and shook her head.
"You did nothing Aura you have no reason to apologize." Her tail wagged at the female.

Warren chuckled slightly, aiming a grin at Aura, having no idea why she was apologizing anyway. Tail flipping in the dust, he lowered his voice to comment to Starla, "Not much fun when the tables are turned, is it?"
Without warning, he leaned in, nudging Starla's nose with his own and winking to show he meant no ill will by his teasing, before pulling back from the gesture, grinning.
