He's my favorite! Okay, how about this one:
I am a classically beloved character and have been written about by many authors, though there is one in particular that is being referred to here. (hint hint: You must state the author that I'm looking for, not just the name of the character, otherwise I won't tell you anything.) I started out without a name, but went on a journey to gain that as well as a different way of seeing things.
