Adalyn left her dorm room and walked around on the grounds, bored.

theycallmefrog "Well, I suppose that is true. Not many vampires like to tell humans about themselves, do they? Seems odd to me, really. If we can deal with them, I am sure they can deal with us, right?"
Beau chuckled. "I don't think any human would exactly like to be around someone who constantly wants to drink their blood.

"Hey c'mon," he said, slightly insulted. "Not all vampires think like that. I, for one, can't stand the taste of blood. It makes me sick." he continued, his face becoming flushed just thinking about it. "I don't know what it is about me, but I may be the only vampire ever who hates to drink blood."

Wyatt wandered down the dorms heading to his dorm room. He had a black duffle-bag slung across his back, hitting his back slightly as he walked. As he passed down the hallway, the distinct smell of humans filled his nostrils. He chuckled under his breath, Oh the wonder; Human. He passed by one of the rooms, hearding two people chatting. They did not smell of human. He passed by without much noise. Opening up his dorm room, he entered, leaving the door open. Wyatt placed his bag neatly on the ground beside the far bed. He walked toward the window, stopping a few feet away and gazed out of it, his back to the door.

"Probably." He said with raised eyebrows. "I wish I didn't like human blood. I just don't drink it. But it smells good. Very good."

Adalyn sighed, her black-blue hair shining. She looked over to the dorms and saw a boy looking out the window. She looked at him for a few moments, then looked away.

"Well, that is just normal for a vampire. The only thing that makes me angry is when vampires look at humans as a food source and nothing more. I guess you could call me sort of a human rights activist. 'HUMANS ARE PEOPLE TO!'" he said in a mock protester tone.

Wyatt caught the girl's gaze. Who is she? Rather, what is she? he asked himself. He rubbed his eyes, removing his glasses. His eyes flickered from a dull green to a bright silver-blue. He strode accross the room with strange speed. Gazing back out the window for a moment, he exited the room, locking it tight behind him. If he was going to stay there, might as well look around. He sped out into the grounds, slowing to a human's walk. He wandered for a while, the strange girl within his sight.

Beau laughed. "I agree totally." He said with another chuckle. This guy was funny. And lucky that he got to not like blood.
Adalyn smiled at herself as she thought of the boy. He'd been cute, like most of the people here. She saw him look at her out of the corner of her eye, then he walked away. She sighed to herself. Of course. It was weird, but a lot of the people here so far seemed to either look at her like she was food or not be able to be around her long. But then he was outside, and she wanted more then anything to talk to him, but couldn't bring herself to do it.

"Well, there is a limited amount of time I can stay in one place. I'm gonna go wander around the school for a while, if there is no problem with that," he said as he started to walk to the door. "By the way, do you know when our classes start? I myself have no clue at all."

"Oh, I think they start in a week. We have orientation and stuff. I'm gonna unpack. See ya around." Beau said with a small wave. He opened his trunk and began to put his clothes sloppily into the drawars.

"Alright, thanks." He said, then leaving the room. After he left, he started to wander the grounds aimlessly, searching for something to do or someone to talk to.

Wyatt spotted the girl looking toward him. He strode over at a normal human speed. As he approached, he snifed the air. Human, no doubt about it. He continued to approach until he was only a few feet away. His pale skin glinted slightly in the light. "Well, hello there" he said, his voice smooth and flowing like water. "Who might you be?"

Adalyn smiled and blushed. She was finding it slightly hard to believe that this boy with his perfect voice that made her immeadiately feel lightheaded was talking to her. "Adalyn. What's yours?" She said sweetly, hiding some of her shyness.
