"Well I am definitely not a hippie, but I would be more than happy to answer a couple questions." She said as the boy ran onto the scene. "Kikyo is right... you shouldn't just run around asking for a fight......."

"Well whoever says they are best prove it. Basic Prison rules, take down the toughest for respect. Same rules apply to schools, and the first thing you got to do is take down the toughest infront of everybody." He explained trying to justify himself. "If you wanna survive in these places, you gotta show them you can back what you say up."

Kikyo rolled her eyes and continued on her drawing of Quoth. She was adding fine detail to the wing and side.

"Who's the toughest, eh?" Ren's footsteps made an impressive noise against the marble, even if he was wearing flats. "Who's asking? I'd fight you, but I get the feeling you wouldn't suit me. Since common courtesy seems to cramp your style." He turned on Quoth. "Quoth, how many times do I have to tell you to stop looking obviously suspicious? You make me look bad, as my familiar*."
((Note on familiars:They are animals who are bound to their owners, and will die themselves when their owners die. They are made from being a part of the soul torn and formed. They can usually shapeshift.))

"I might be able to take you as well... but I don't really feel like fighting right now, and besides..... who is everybody..." She said calmly. "there are only 3 of us here right now, don't you want to wait for a bigger crowd?" Sh easked speaking confidently. "After all... the bigger the crowd the more respect you would earn."

Bo looked around him. "Where is everybody? Aww man day one and I came to late didn't I?" He looked at a piece of paper, it was the invitation letter. He was looking at it upside down but they couldn't tell. He was mumbling under his breath about something and crumbled it and placed it into his pocket.
"Like...when was the whole thing suppose to start? I just got to do good this time otherwise it's back to the cage. Well while I wait I guess I'll introduce myself, I'm Boooooo....." He said blankly.

"My name is Rikku." She said looking over at Kikyo. "Oh and the quiet one over here is Kikyo... and I am not quite sure about the bird's name." She stated thinking. "Well Kikyo said it starts in about an our... but she said that a while ago..."

"Twenty minutes ago. I know. I can tell." Then 'the bird' swiveled his gold eye towards Bo. "I'm Quoth. Isn't it funny? Ha ha, Quoth the raven. Only funny thing he ever came up with. Anyway, I know I'm a talking raven, but I don't do the 'N' word."
Ren shrugged. "It's better than believing in anthropomorphic personifications. Anyway, where's Ata?"
"You mean the dragon? She wanted to explore. Look for places to hide so she'd be harder to catch when she does something bad. I think we should look for her, but she's good at hiding. She always blends in with the icebox at home, so don't even start on thinking what she looks like when there's a good place to hide." Quoth's eye swiveled around to look at Ren for a few seconds, then went back to Bo. There was something about the way he looked at you that made your organs want to explode from your body to avoid it.

Kikyo glanced at Quoth.
"I told you not to move!!!" she muttered, adding shading to the bird on her paper. She looked at Bo and Rikku.
"Hi, I'm Kikyo." she said, more to Bo than Rikku.

"What? But I didn't move. Not on the side you're drawing. I only moved the other eye. That hardly counts, you know." Quoth snorted.
Ren sighed at the same time. "Well, I guess I'll just stick around for a while, then, since Quoth won't come home without being dragged there by his ankles." He crossed his arms decidedly.

Kikyo sighed and rolled her eyes.
"Let me finish my picture." She said to Ren, drawing the rest of the head and body. She began adding the feather detail and shading, letting the picture take form under her fingers.

((HEY FourDHatchets.... we are outside..... not in a room... The school isn't open yet.))
"may I see this drawing?" Rikku asked curiously. "I know you wouldn't let me see that last one but this one is just of the bird, right? So may I see it when you are done?" She said looking up at Ren. "Oh! I completely forgot, I have no idea who you are...... Well anyways My name is Rikku... and how do you know Quoth?" She asked, looking at him.

Ren looked at Rikku suspiciously for a few moments, then shrugged off whatever he had been thinking. "I'm Ren. I was here a little while back with the girl, remember? And Quoth is my familiar." He gave her a brief smile.

"oh yeah... but you were here so briefly that I never got a chance to actually meet you." She said happily. "And I don't completely understand the whole familiar thing... but I have the basic idea... I wonder though......" She said curiously. "If it would work.." She said kind of mumbling.
