--------Devon is quiet and suave, detached from his surroundings but not really in a cold way. He can be friendly to most he meets, but he'd really rather not meet them. Devon likes to be in control of the world around him. Not for power purposes, but for the feeling of security and stability. He easily grows attached to his surroundings—from the world, to those he loves—and fears that if he were to lose it he would in turn lose himself. Devon finds strength in knowing what is going on around him(aka. Being able to control the outcome of any happenings), and fears losing this control and becoming helpless. He often carries a nonchalant, composed character, and is often calculating in his mind the world around him. He is not one to be lost in strong emotions or act upon the sudden emotions that may take over him in fear of losing control of himself.

H i s t o r y
-------- Devon lived most of his life in a herd of Herla away from the glen. The herd prided itself on its warriors, and general cold characteristics of its members. Small though it was, the herd was lead by a group of five that called themselves "The Council." Devon was a part of this Council, seated as Second in Command. The other members of the Council include are as follows: Iah, the leader, Shawnie, the Minister of War, Peris, Lead Guard, and Kiwa, Advisor. The herd prospered for a long while. After a time, however, there grew internal conflict as part of the herd splintered and threatened revolution against the supposed tyranny of The Council. There was a sort of civil war within the herd. During the time of the battle Iah was among the first to fall; Devon was nowhere to be seen, and was thought to have betrayed the herd and The Council in its time of need. Upon his return to the herd, Devon found nearly all of the herd and Council deceased, including Kiwa, a Council member he had bonded with and Bekkah, a lower member of the herd with whom Devon had a brother-sister relationship with. Upon the discovery of the deaths of much of the Herd, Devon left his home and took on a quiet life in the glen. Unknown to him, Shawnie, a Councilmember with whom Devon was also extremely close with, the two having had a sort of love-hate relationship, had survived the war and was also somewhere in the glen.

-----Earth Manipulation
--------Pretty much the same as the earth bending from AtLA, though it mostly consists of creating fluid-like sculptures and ripples in the ground. He keeps this ability hidden, and will only use it in the most extreme circumstances.

--------With four large wings and a light body, Devon is capable of flight. Not necessarily too far or too high, but its more than gliding.
