 I don't believe that meeting went as well as Headmaster Duchovny had hoped. It seems Mistress Willis might have some ideas on how to help him grow to fit the role better. Shall we allow her to speak? Shifts to give her his complete attention.

 "Thank you, Collins. All I was going to say really was that I think we ought to reconvene after tempers has cooled some, with the rest of the teaching staff. It would seem that Headmaster Duchovny is trying to get a proper staff meeting going and I think that if done properly it would be a good idea." Looks around to gauge the reaction of the other teachers.
