Mmm, I've been getting into Ouran High School Host Club as of late, so I'll cast Les Mis people in that. I've only watched the first few episodes, so it wouldn't be complete...heh...

And I'm only using first names because I'm too lazy.

Haruhi-Eponine (Well, they both come from a poor family, and well, they both crossdress!)
Tamaki-Enjolras or Courfeyrac (He would fit any of them really, he's half-French. Looks like Enjolras, is more of a Courfeyrac-ish type...ehh...)
Kyoya-Combeferre (Second-in-command, very smart...yep, 'Ferre.)
Hikaru and Kaoru-Joly and Bousset or Joly and Feuilly (None of the Amis are twins. xd But, well, they imply an incest relationship to attract the girls, sooo...)
Hunny-Jehan xp (Mmf, I can see him with the stuffed bunny, at least...)
Mori-Umm...Bahorel? or Grantaire (Labeled "The Wild Card Type"...)

Ryu- Combeferre, cause he's all about being like 'deep' and all that crap. Ryu's Theme

Ken- Marius. mad He has a fiancee and everything. And he's not too bright. Ken's Theme

Chun Li- I know this means not putting in Cosette, but Jehan. XD; Jehan NEEDS TO BE A GIRL. Chun-Li's Theme (fitting for Jehan! XD)

Cammy- Joly. XDDDD At one point, Vega refuses to kill her because she's 'pretty'. Joly's freaking NAME means pretty. Also, she tends to get raped a lot in fanfiction. Cammy's Theme (It fits MY Joly, anyway.)

M. Bison- Javert. :c Just, you know, he kinda fits the bill more. M. Bison's Theme (fits Javvy well.)

Vega- OH MY GOD MONTPARNASSE. Vega's narcissistic, gorgeous, and a sadistic little b*****d. He's in my sig 8D He licks blood off his claw after matches, it's so freaking hot. Vega's Theme (fits 'Parnasse well.)

Balrog- Thenardier, as much as I wanna make him Bahorel. In the Animated Movie, he's one half of the comedy relief, and he's on the 'evil' side. Balrog's Theme

Sagat- Bossuet. He's bald and he's not exactly the hardest to beat. Sagat's Theme

Blanka- Valjean, lol. HE ARE BEAST. Blanka's Theme

Fei Long- Courfeyrac. Even if only because of the name. 8D He's also loved in canon because he's a martial arts movie star, so....CourFeiLong. Fei-Long's Theme

T. Hawk- Feuilly. XD; Hardly says anything, but is a b***h TO BEAT, AGHHH. T. Hawk's Theme

Zangief- Bahorel. He's hairy, he's a wrestler, and he's all ZANGIEF ANGRY, ZANGIEF SMASH. Zangief's Theme (which fits Bahorel to a T, I think.)

Guile- Enjolras, hands down. Blonde and in the military :c Guile's Theme (which fits Enjolras very well I think.)

Dee Jay- Grantaire. XD; lol. Jamaicans. Dee Jay's Theme (which fits Grantaire pretty well!)

E. Honda- Madame Thenardier. Even though Honda's a guy and a sumo wrestler. He's enormous, and in the movie he's the other half of the comedy relief. XD E. Honda's Theme

Dhalsim- Claquesous. XD Dhal can stretch out his arms and legs, and rarely speaks. Spends most of his time meditating. I can see Claquesous doing that. XD Dhalsim's Theme

Terrance Mann actually played Chauvelin on Broadway, methinks. Anywho, this came to me late last night.
