Sharra heaved a heavy sigh, and darted after his ghoulfriend, lest he lose her in the maze. Dammit, but it was hard to keep on her heels, despite her injury. After all, the djinn could limp like a champ. "Just don't get us killed, love..." He murmured, taking that kiss as his good-luck token as they went to go brave the shots of their worthy opponents.

Hey, where'd Demi go?!

User Image

The fog is so thick, it's hard to tell where to move anymore.. but Yaya and Sharra seem to hear some movement up ahead..

Riley had really thought the fog wouldn't be so reminiscent of their time at the island.

But it was.

That being said, she'd entered the fray a confident machine, and now clung to Jericho's arm with just a touch of anxiety. She was nervous, and jumpy. This wasn't her brightest of ideas.

Suddenly, she heard noise up ahead and her claws clamped down on Jericho's arm. Her gun rose up, pointing at the fog, but she could see nothing.

I heard something..

A shoot out so soon in did not seem a wise decision. She heard the movement up ahead, and pressing a finger to her mouth, she pointed off to the side, leading her nergal away from the immediate danger, hopefully. She'd do her best not to get her boilfriend or herself killed right off the bat, that just wouldn't be fun at all.

Shehk's ears perked up as she continued forward cautiously, her enthusiasm dimming in the face of the idea that she would likely need to use the gun that she could not aim worth a damn sometime in the near future. None the less, she still made her way on the very tail end of all of the boils.

Clearly she needed to move quicker, but just couldn't bring herself to.

She heard something.

Sharra side-stepped, following Yaya's footsteps, but he moved to cover the other, eyes narrowing as he tried to hone into the sounds in front of them. He didn't much like this fog, but at least here he had a chance to fight back, unlike their little foray into islands unknown. Keeping a close eye on his ghoulfriend, the nergal attempted to make his own movements as soundless as possible.

Demi was twitching his ears around, trying to hear even the faintest of steps, since the gift of sight was currently robbed of him by the fog. Hunting without sight when your not used to it, isn't the easiest of ordeals.

Still he trudged on as softly as his clawed feet could let him.

The Fog made Christof anxious, creeping forward with a growing feeling of dread.

Kruel-Ade, and fog... bad memories bad memories bad memories no no no this was just Fog, only fog. It was just a game. Remember that.

He followed closely behind Yaya and Sharra, only drifting up ahead after they rounded a wall. He held his breath. Something was up ahead... hopefully there was something else to hide behind before he ran into anyone wanting revenge for... various reasons.

The sheer amount of students who possibly would want vengeance toward him, was unsettling.

Riley wasn't the only one. Jericho had heard it too. Gritting his teeth, he peered out into the thick fog. It made him kind of antsy really and brought back some not so nice memories.

<> he thought to Riley, not wanting to make more noise than he should.

ROUND 3

The fog made everything seem quieter, calmer, almost eerie in it's sile-

SUDDENLY SHOTS RING OUT.

Demi is OUT of the game! But who could have done it?! ONLY THE SHADOW KNOWS.

And by shadows, we mean the N.A.P. Team.

FIRST BLOOD.

Holding his breath, Christof pressed forward. He could faintly see a wall up ahead... just head towards it, use it as cover.

Remember to breath. That was also important.

His heart was racing and he tried to will it to settle, or stop completely if it was so inclined, so he could hear any sign of movement better..... suddenly, something shot past- a blurr of black and red and green... without thinking, the gun was leveled, and the hunchback let out a quick shot, smacking whoeveritwas directly in the back.

Apparently, shooting a man in the back was not in the Hunchback's list of things-not-socially-acceptable. You had to do what you had to do when it was war.

He would show his Mistress who was nothing but a minion.... he would be the BEST minion. He'd lead their team to VICTORY if he had to shoot everyone in the back in the process.

The fog was frankly way too thick in this area, It was hard for the hound to see in front of his face or in any other direction. But he couldn't just stop to get his bearings. "C'mon Alpha, you stay too still and your dead."
he told himself as he tried to go past a wall in his way.

Sadly missing the shadow that crept along side of him. It was fairly quiet.

At least until the sounds of gunfire were heard by frantic ears. The sound of fire behind him. "Oh Crap!"

It didn't matter where he went, the hunter got caught in his own game and got hunted down. A splatter of paint was nicely smeared on his back armor plate. "Well, at least you were a good shot, whoever you are.' he said softly, slumping to the ground to mock a dying pose. "Just don't step on my tail when your leaving, kay?"

Aksaja jumped when gunfire suddenly rang out. Damn, this was a lot more intense and stressful than just chasing each other around out on the field had been. He couldn't help but wonder . . . who had been taken down, if anyone.

The lightning dragon opened his mouth to call out as he edged around a wall, then changed his mind and shut it again. No reason to give away his own position. Good way to get shot, probably.

Calder had been pushing quickly, eager to get to the other side. The idea of shooting Riley in the face was making him giddy, but he was soon feeling a tug holding his back. Turning, he looked over at a very exhausted, very miserable looking demon. It seemed Calder's horsepower had not gone over well for the boil he was dragging with him. Ears back, he stopped just at the edge of the fog. "Sorry. I forget you're................slow." He said, trying to be polite.

He released the demon and stood still, ears turning about as he listened. He could hear things in the fog. This was one of those times Calder hoped his animal hearing would help him out a bit, but who knew. This wasn't exactly a natural setting for his kind.

Kneeling down, he patted Bath on the shoulder. "Take a break. I'll walk slower." He whispered, promising the boil he wasn't about to just take off at a sprint again. If that was the case, he'd wind up killing his friend instead of protecting him.

As he waited with the demon as he collected himself, Calder's ears turned quickly as the sound of a distant shot. "Our side?" he said, looking over at Barth. It was clearly on their side, but who shot and who was now out?
